I have lived in Marysville for the better part of a decade and for some reason had never been to Bob's Burgers. I've been missing out! I had the seafood platter with a side of soup--chicken poblano--and it was all quite tasty. The battered fish was great. The prawns were ENORMOUS. Like small lobster tails. The soup hit the spot. I was excited to see a soup other than chili and chowder which seems to be the only options at most restaurants in this town. My kids happily munched on their chicken strips kids meals and my husband enjoyed his chicken bacon avocado salad. His only gripe was that he's a steak guy but didnt want to pay $35 for a 10-ounce sirloin, which I agree is a bit pricey when you can get a rib eye for the same price at most other establishments. Anyway, I will happily add Bob's to our rotation. Looking forward to future meals here! read more

We've enjoyed the food, service, and ambience on several occasions at the Marysville location, but Father's Day this year, there was a hairy glob of something on my daughte's potato wedges - like the wedge had fallen on the floor and someone picked it up, put it on the plate, and served it. I had the street tacos. Although the flavor was good, it is hard to not imagine something from the floors having been in my food, as well. We will not be returning. read more

I love everything I've had there! This is my go to, but when I'm in the mood their Southwest chicken roll up with tots is the bomb. The fish and chips are really good too!!! Nice large pieces that are juicy and not overcooked. Probably one of my favorite places to go for it. They used to have a ranch with dill in it and they changed it. I didn't like that one but luckily they changed it again and now it's delicious!! The bartenders are always really friendly, and would recognize me even if I hadn't been there for awhile which was nice. The place has always been clean. Can't wait to go back! read more

I have been going here a while and I love the Santa Fe Chicken Wrap with the JoJos. I usually go when they have the Craft & Carafe event or a happy hour after work with coworkers and the service is always nice, quick and very sweet. I don't have complaints about service. Sometimes the fries are a bit dry, but the fry sauce makes up for it! The ambiance is nice and the bathrooms are well maintained. It's a typical burger chain so I don't get anything else on the menu unless it's an appetizer like the mozzarella sticks and those are pretty good too. We stopped in after looking at the lights at Tulalip; we figured it would be busy and would have a bit of a wait. We only waited about 10 minutes (for 2 of us) and were seated at a nice 2 person booth. I had the prime rib dip with fries and my spouse had the squirrel sandwich. I said, I would come back for the prime rib dip; it was so good! Our meals were brought to us fairly quickly, they were hot and tasty. Our service was good, nothing to complain about. It was a bit loud but it was crowded too. I am surprised at so many negative reviews that I have been reading. If I had seen them first I probably wouldn't have stopped there for dinner. My husband and I stopped here for a lunch date, was our first time there. We walked in and were greeted right away by the host. We asked to be seated outside and they sat us right away. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable and very helpful. We got our drinks right away. And she continued to check in with us throughout our visit. We ordered the potato skins as an app. They came out hot and fresh. For our meals we ordered the orange pecan spinach salad and the Turkey dip with bbq sauce not Au Jus. The salad came out and was amazing. The ingredients were all fresh and the chicken was hot. My husbands Turkey sandwich came out hot. The Turkey was real sliced Turkey. The jojo's were a little bland but the sandwich was great. We will definitely be back to bobs. We would recommend this place. On a side note, we have 4 daughters that weren't with us for our lunch date. This is a place that' we would bring our girls to and feel it would be family friendly. read more

It was okay. I came here years ago and remember this place as amazing. The menus look like they are from 2000 with pictures that look like ones you would see on a Denny's menu. The fries were completely unsalted and boring. The burger is the only redeeming factor. It was simple but good. Worst service ever. I eat out probably 4 to 5 times a week, so I understand service. The bar staff here is the worst. If you are not a regular forget about going here. Stopped in for a few beers and a quick dinner after working all day. The bartender and waitress were more concerned about what their friends were doing than waiting until us. Then they decided to shut off March madness so all the TVs could show the Mariners game at the same time. I asked if we could have 1 of them for the basketball game that numerous tables were watching. The bartender quickly bitched something at me and proceeded to complain to one of "the regulars" who asked if he should go have a talk with me!! Way to make people want to come back. Drinks took way too long for a bar that was less than half full. The waitress forgot several things we asked for,but was very quick to hand us the card reader with a minimum 22% tip unless you want to change it while she is staring at you. Bonus was when she finally took our food order someone else brought it out so she wasn't interrupted during her conversation with the regulars. I had a nice meal at this restaurant with my wife recently, near closing time, and left a 10% tip on two burgers and fry's. Service wasn't that great. Our server chased us into the parking lot demanding a larger tip. When I explained l left a 10% tip because the service "wasn't good" she got angry and muttered a few words under her breath. Bobs Burgers and Brew has fantastic food, and wonderful wait staff/bartenders. That being said, the owner is ineffective and essentially-a liar. I enjoy coming to Bobs with my family, but now that we have a young son, it has become increasingly difficult to eat out at restaurants. Additionally, trying to change my sons diaper is unnecessarily difficult at this establishment. This restaurant has neglected to include a changing table in the mens restroom. I left feedback on a card at the restaurant in December 2021, and the owner called me back and let me know he would get that ordered ASAP. He mentioned the previous one was vandalized and they haven't put one back in since their remodel. I revisited this restaurant June 2022 (giving the owner 6 months to own up to what he assured me would be fixed) and still no change table in the mens room. My husband had to have a wait staff (thank you Shayla for assisting) clear out the woman's restroom so he could change our son. Incredibly embarrassing for him. I sure would hate for a man to be dining out with his child and have a need to change his child. Given that the owner of this restaurant is a man-you'd think he would understand. Sexist, disrespectful and shameful to not own up to a promise made. I hope for better. Bottom line-hope your kid doesn't soil their diaper while eating at this family restaurant with dad or go somewhere else. read more

Before the manager came, we were told two tables were open but we're not near each other which we were fine with but was told multiple times that it was no, that we were just trying to get around the no wth! We stopped here on the way home last night, and overall are very pleased we did! I went with the Aloha Burger and it was cooked perfectly, and the pineapple was very good! I went with the fries as my side dish and man, I must say there was a lot of fries there lol, they were really good fries though! and to drink had a beer (I forget what it was, but some seasonal beer) Wife went with a Southwest Chicken Salad and a Mt.Dew (Another plus! Came here tonight with my family after visiting the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival... So needless to say after a long day of field wandering and flower gazing we were all starving. We waited about 25 minutes for a table, it wasn't too bad but since I was beyond hangry it was 25 minutes of pure torture. They have a current menu outside posted in a glass case so at least while you wait you can figure out what you want to order. They seem to have a seasonal menu as well as their regular one, so that was cool to have additional options. Both my husband and I got burgers. I wanted to upgrade the cheese on my bacon burger to bleu cheese but for $2 extra no thanks! They also charge $1 to split a plate and $1 to swap out a regular burger for a garden burger. Their prices are a little more pricey than Red Robin for burgers, but they were decently sized. I ordered jojo's and my husband got sweet potato fries ($1 extra). Neither of our meals were that great. They were satisfying and did their job but if I ever came back I wouldn't order another burger. They're supposed to be cooked to order but ours were cooked well done (almost to the point of dry). The kids meals are a good deal - big portions with a soda and a scoop of ice cream for right around $5 - good savings after a day full of spending! Our server Russ was nice, when he found out we were celebrating a birthday he gave us a huge ice cream sundae (off of the dessert menu) and wished my daughter a happy birthday. I've visited this location since it opened many years ago. It used to be great for family dinners and group get togethers. The burgers and wraps were always great- until the past year or so. This place has gone significantly down hill with their food quality and service. I've ordered take out the last 2 times. (This has been pretty consistent issue)and the waffles were soggy. We finally complained to the server and they comped our meal. Not our intentions in the least bit. I'd rather pay for the meal and have quality food. We were there for 35 minutes and still no fresh eggs. I think that the cooks should make sure that there are fresh eggs in the buffet so when someone sits down to enjoy the buffet, they can get what they pay for. I'm not quite sure they deserve the full three stars I think it's more like 2.5 stars but I gave them the benefit of the doubt I'm local to the Marysville area and have been to this location for eats and drinks at least a dozen different times so I know what I'm reviewing when it comes to their food and service The good - it's close ( remember that I live in Marysville ) - everything on the menu is comparably priced with most other food places of similar quality - decent selection of beers and happy hour makes things a little better deal if you hit it right The bad - most of the staff that works there just seems really disinterested and act as if they could care less whether you're a customer there. On a few occasions I have had my order messed up or received really subpar food. As I said overall this place is in between two stars and three stars it depends on how lucky your visit is. There are other places locally that are better to eat at for similar pricing. One super slow, negligent waitress in the half full bar couldn't handle it - we had to wave her down every single time. She didn't know what the drinks were or some of the menu. Service seemed good, at first. Soon we realized that the smiles on our waitresses face were fake and she was really passive-aggressively rude. Even so, that's okay, one server is allowed to have a bad day. My water isn't allowed to look like it did though. When it was delivered to our table it had a lemon seed in it (but no lemon) and the glass was smudged with something besides a typical fingerprint... something sticky. (I added my picture of it into their business profile) We ate our food trying not to wonder about how gross it might be if our water was so obviously second-hand (one glass was less filled than the other). I wish i could give this restaurant negative stars. Worst experience with a manager ever. Ordered pick up and drove 25 minutes to pick up meals. By the time I got home my kids meals were ice cold and my meal was wrong. I called the restaurant and ask for a reimbursement due to the cost of gas having to drive and go pick up the correct meal. The manager got combative right away when I explained to him what I wanted done and that I wanted a refund for the meals. Told me he couldn't do a refund and I would have to call and talk to bookkeeping the next day. Never in my life have I ever heard that a manager couldn't do a refund for a meal. For some reason I got it in my head this past weekend that I just had to go to Bobs Burger & Brew... It'd been years since I had so I figured it was time to make a visit. This location next to Walmart is kind of pain parking wise but I finally found a spot. Although the joint was packed we only waited about 10 minutes or so and ended up with a nice big table that was comfy for the 7 of us. Our server dude was awesome, I regret I can't remember his name. He was attentive but not overly so, refilled drinks, got us dips etc. Ok so the food. Basically a gut bomb... I didn't feel good the rest of the day and just had a burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were excellent but I've had way better burgers. The salads that others at my table got didnt look too exciting, especially for the price.
