I've had many bikes and been to many shops and dealerships. Live in Moco and do what I can but have no problem getting help when needed. I like to buy original oem parts because I like things to fit rite the first time and work properly. I was going to bring in my monster for tires and md nape croon but the tires were not locally available so after I got a follow up call from ian(who is one os the best customer service people) and was floored he was so thorough. I mean WOW! Gave me a time frame and offered to have the tires put on even I got them. So that's what we are now doing. Since that happened I thought I would try the same thing with my Bmw airhead. Ian was spot on, got it done rite on time like he said and set it up for the Ducati next week. Parts people were super friendly and got me what I needed. I've been to the local Bmw/Ducati place by me in Moco. NEVER AGAIN! The place closer to me lied about parts I inquired about and tried to sell me a $800 caliper, I get it, it's a business, but no need to lie about things to make your sales! I'd highly recommend BOBS I've met bob, worked with him when I worked for GM dealer and MAN WHAT A NICE GUY ALSO!! Support local businesses, makes it easier when people are nice and honest

Very friendly staff and if you're into motorcycles, specifically BMW brand bikes, this place is gonna be like heaven to you. They've got a ton of bikes, both new and used. On top of that they've also got a terrific pro shop with everything from jackets to gloves to boots and jeans. It's pretty impressive I've got to admit. And anyone who's read my reviews in the past knows I'm big on customer service, and this place definitely nails it in that department. There's no doubt I'll be returning in the very near future. I just need to convince my wife that buying a brand new motorcycle is something we need in our lives lol.

Bob's Salesman, Paris, and a happy customer picking up his 2015 s1000RR

I just dropped my husband off this afternoon to pick up his brand new 2015 s1000RR. He has been riding well over 20 years and this was his 'dream bike'...he's been waiting a long time for the day he would get one. We were going to wait another year or so, but Paris and the other staff at Bob's worked together and were able to pull some strings to get my husband on his dream bike NOW. My husband doesn't have Yelp, so I'm doing the review: The past several days, my husband had been in nearly constant contact with Paris on the status of the transaction. My husband was trading in his bike, plus dealing with our bank and insurance company to respond is sometimes never easy, especially when they are busy. The dealership staff was patient every step of the way. The past two days, my husband would come home and filled me in on his conversations with the staff at Bob's. He can tell they are incredibly knowledgeable and care about the bikes and take their service seriously. I wish I knew everyone's names to acknowledge them here. We are not new to Bob's hospitality! We have come to Bob's in the past for an Open House, a Dyno Day, and met Paris at a Hospitality tent at a Motorcycle Xcitement track day. Oh yeah...the first time my husband rode on the track was because he won a free track day at the Open House we went to! I don't want to spill all the (good) secrets Bob's has to offer...there were some additional benefits to purchasing his bike from here, that last longer than the moment he takes his bike off the lot today. If you're contemplating purchasing a bike from here, just wait to learn what they have to offer when you inquire about your new bike. Oh, and message to Bob's: if you get anymore tank tops with the girl on the sportbike that says "I'm one of 'those' girls" - please let me know! I want one but you're out of my size ETA: I got my tank-top...it actually ended up fitting perfect. Can't wait to wear it!

Definitely a great place if you need to have your BMW serviced or for picking up the latest gadgets for your next 500+ mile ride (:

I spoke with a really nice girl at the front and she was super helpful. I also spoke with one of the other guys that worked there when I had came back to actually drop the bike off and they were both really cool. It bent the forks and more. 2 Wheel had my bike 3 times over the span of 14 months. They gave it back to me without replacing the rotor and caliper which was in the scope of the work. I took it back to them when I realized it which was immediately. They gave it back with that taken care of but my drive belt was hitting the chrome swing arm drive belt cover. It is gnawing off the edge of my belt. I took it back to them and had to pay another $780 dollars, $110 for the rubber mount engine vibration dampener which put my engine and arm back into a normal position and $670 dollars in labor including what was already paid. I took it back again for backordered parts. Now that I have it back, the drive belt was not changed nor tensioned to spec. It's extremely loose. They missed putting back wire harness bolts all over the place. When I finally got it home after the third time, as soon as I pulled up to my house the check engine light was on so I called them. They said a note was in their system about it and if the light came on again, the O2 sensors would need to he replaced. This didn't make sense to me so I pulled the seat and battery cover and had a look for myself and found they didn't connect the male and female ends fully. Once I did that the engine light issue was taken care of but I noticed they also did not hook up my FP3 Tuner. It was rattling around inside the battery cover. At this point I am furious wirh them. Now that I have had the bike back for a few weeks, I am noticing that they did nothing with the front tire or rim. I'm getting feedback from the road while riding that either the tire egged on impact or the rim buckled and it is not noticeable to the naked eye. 2 Wheel was referred by my friend and former neighbor and they had good reviews. I did not notice they mostly work on foreign racing bikes. I am now having my friend Paul at Charm City Choppers take a look at the tire and rim, belt tension, alignment and to go over the bike to check for possible errors. 2 Wheel Precision is two minutes from my home. Charm City Choppers is about 35 minutes from my home and I must take the tunnel and tolls. I am never taking my bike to 2 Wheel Performance again. Oh...and throughout this ordeal, Jennifer acted mad at me because I caught all these issues. Don't take your Harley or Domestic bikes there. Please trust me! You'll regret it!

I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. Recommended all the way.

I made my purchase on a friday and still hadnt received a confirmation email by monday, so I decided to call them and ask for an update. They informed me my order would ship the next day when the sprocket order arrived. Tuesday came along and still no email or tracking. By wednesday, I called again. Steve informed me that the sprocket order came in a day late and also the front sprocket I ordered was not in the order and I would have to wait 3 weeks for it to come in. Its as if he didnt even know what products he would be receiving. He made a suggestion to switch the gear ratio from 24t front 55t rear to 25t front and 56t rear which they had both in stock. The rpm difference was only about 50 which was fine so I said ship me those. Waited for my confirmation email and tracking the rest of the day wednesday and still nothing. I called AGAIN thursday asking what the heck was going on? They simply stated they werent sure how I wanted the items to be shipped so they waited for me to answer their emails which for some reason I wasnt receiving. Finally I was fed up and suggested that they pay for expedited shipping of my items, and when I suggested it, the woman who I spoke with said she would have to ask her manager. She called back and said that expedited 2 day shipping from Maryland to southern california would be approximately $70. She said I could pay it and it would get there by saturday but didnt offer to cover it for all of the mistakes and issues I had been experiencing. I told her she needs to go back to her manager and try to help me out. She called me back AGAIN 10 minutes before they closed on thursday saying it would be approximately $100 to overnight my package to me and that if I paid the $70 for the expedited cost, they would "eat the remaining cost" as if paying for 30% of the shipping cost that I shouldnt have had to pay in the first place was going to make up for all of the wrong they have done by me the customer. I was fed up and finally told the woman to just ship it standard free the way they promised on their site and understood that it would get there when it got there. I verbalized to her how upset I was and how wrong this was and all she could say to me was "thanks for being understanding and patient." All in all, customer service was a 0/5 stars but unfortunately I have to give them at least 1 star on yelp.
