The only place that is approved that sells Pennzoil isn't that close to my home and is inconvenient. If I'm 100% honest, I get tired of receiving nasty emails when I go to a place that is on an unapproved list just to get Pennzoil. With that being said, this location may have sealed the deal. VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC. At least in my fleet vehicle, I will keep coming back.

He even offered to show me underneath the car while it was on the lift so I could take a look myself. That level of honesty and openness goes a long way, specially when I know I can be a little picky on how things are done considering it's modified! The rest of the staff was also very friendly and professional, and the whole process felt smooth and straightforward. On top of that, it was a great value for the work done, which is always a plus. I've tried giving them several chances. I've called at least 10 times since January 2nd because my…read moreoffer was made in mid December to purchase the vehicle I was selling. I had two days to complete the paperwork and mail back via fedex which I did. However I received an email the next day saying my price expired that they originally offered $26,063 even though I submitted all paperwork within the timeframe and have fedex receipt and screenshots to prove it. My new offer on my car was now $24,000. I call and get put on hold forever. I keep being told I should hear back from them and I never do, I have to keep calling them and they said the offer expired even though I did everything right. They said they reopened the offer and didn't hear back for another week. I called back and they said the offer was expired again. No empathy towards customers, I do not feel important to them. Every time I call I keep getting sent to different departments and no one can answer why my car hasn't been ready for pickup. I will never go through VROOM AGAIN, I am disgusted and disappointed. I tried being patient but this is insane. My car should have been picked up before the new year and yet here we are January 18th with no update once again.
