When I lived there the workers are super nice and they have a pool even 2 pool the rooms at nice and you get 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and super very nice clean stoves and kitchen and they are really hard worker and there nice a lady helped me when I was about to faint from a heatstroke but she gave me water and took me to my room they are so nice I super recommend going to that place read more

This place has unfortunately gone down hill. The cleanliness. The upkeep. Especially with the amenities that they boast about. The quiet that used to be. The fact that the HOA has to be in everyone's business and they DO NOT CARE about you or your home. They've cut hours to security/concierge so now you cannot pick up packages two days out of the week. Mind you, you can only pick up packages through the concierge. I literally just witnessed them let someone they like cut through the line trying to pick up their packages, pick up their packages. While others were standing there waiting for at least 10 minutes. They consistently cut off water and other things. This place has water cut off three days next week. "Sorry for the inconvenience" Pool was closed down for almost 4 months last year. "Sorry for the inconvenience" Pool was closed down this year for almost a week. "Sorry for the inconvenience" What? They definitely don't prioritize the tenant. I lived at Boca Raton for nearly 16 years in building 4, long enough to experience multiple management teams, several transitions, and both the good and the challenging parts of living in this community. Over the years, there were certainly some positives, but unfortunately the negatives grew harder to overlook. One of the ongoing concerns was the frequent domestic disputes within the community, often involving the same repeat offenders. This created an environment that didn't always feel stable or consistently well-managed. However, the biggest issue--and ultimately the reason I made the difficult decision to relocate--was the persistent lack of hot water in my unit. Despite reporting this issue early and repeatedly, and despite 2 years of back-and-forth between management and the HOA, the problem was never resolved. I went long periods of time without reliable hot water, which is both a basic expectation and a legal habitability requirement. After 2 years of trying to work through these ongoing issues, I finally had no choice but to move. I hope future residents experience improvements, but unfortunately my final years there were marked by problems that were never adequately addressed. read more

Recently these apartments have become the worst. Kids running around the courtyard throwing rocks where you're supposed to be able to walk your pets. Security does nothing about it. Or the joints and cigarettes on the ground, there's beer cans and trash all over, dogs being walked off their leash. I'm so glad this is my last year here. I would never recommend anyone to live here. I was assaulted at the circle K next door and found out the culprit lives here. Please watch your kids and yourself. This is not a safe place to live at. The leasing office and Stout Management are great. The problem is the owner and HOA. They admit the building hasn't been properly maintained so things are always broken, the pool and elevator for example. The HOA is a nightmare. They change the rules all the time and never tell anyone. You can't get deliveries or Uber. They do not allow deliveries to your door and they take all packages but you cannot pick them up after 6 which doesn't work for people who work. Don't ask about a package locker they said "it's too much money to put in." You can't put a wreath on your door and they actually tried to limit how long you could have holiday decorations up in your own unit. The HOA even restricts how many keys you can have to your own unit. They have one security lane for residents and guest and won't change that and if you come home late expect to find security asleep and you have to honk the horn to wake them up. There are just so many challenges with the HOA and the renters have no say in the rules. It's a quiet property with good floor plans but not getting updated at all. The laundry in the units is horrible. It doesn't dry it just makes your clothes smell. read more

Living in Vegas one needs to be careful of the area that one calls home. Their is a reason for the walls and gates that surround the community's here. This property has plenty of security to protect the residents. From the tour and information that I received from the front office security is top priority! The lay out of the units was almost by design. This design is to ensure the protection of those whom call his their home. Mom almost used to say that: "a house is not home a home, until you make it so!" In all respects she was right, always, even if a little old fashioned. The comfort of these condos feels immensely relaxing. The design of the architecture is done in an outstanding old Spanish feel. The building is similar to many early Floridian style structures. As one walks the halls the ceilings are vaulted and are so appealing creating more space. The layout of the units is beyond what I could of ever imagined. The style that was used is very contemporary in making the condo elegant. The amenities offered are more than one would expect, but it is Vegas. It truly is gorgeous in all respects. The office staff here are very professional while still having a friendly aspect in meeting and greeting potential clients. In my dealings with the staff here I offer nothing but praise to the service that I have had. The tour was amazing that we took around the property. The information I received answered all my questions, and leaving nothing to chance the compassion that I received when I explained my prior experiences with security was handled beautifully. The staff ensured that in addition to security on site this property is very well protected. Do I take the plunge and call this our home. That is still being determined. I would offer some advice before committing. Do your homework? Do not rush into a decision that you will regret? Once you sign on the dotted line then your responsible for that decision, right or wrong. Chances are great when betting on red or black, or the push of a button on the slot machine; not with big life changing possibilities. Never has the staff pushed me into anything that I was not ready for. The office staff allows the client to make all the decisions with no pressure at all. If and when I make a decision it is nice to feel in control. Luxury and living in an environment that is suitable for the whole family is what most will discover here. Come and see if this could be your home. If it is you will find all that you seek. From underground parking to a security that no one can take from you. I am counting down the months until I can move out. This is definitely not a resident focused community. There is very little value for the money I spend on this property. The two stars are for the two guards who speak to residents respectfully (like we pay rent or something) and the one young lady and gentleman in the concierge office who are also great. I have lived in this building for several years. And over the last two years have experienced not only the most poorly maintained facility but also the most inappropriate response to general customer experience questions and negative reactions to feedback. Hallways are dirty. Landscape inside the property is frequently overgrown. Guards are often rude and unprofessional. Mailboxes are damaged and have been for ages. Package retrieval is a mess. Poorly displayed signage is everywhere. Leaks in garage. Pool is still not open with many many many excuses as to why. Multiple changes to basic things like cable requirements, rent payment process, utility billing. This property has been under new management numerous times and it shows in the complete lack of understanding of the needs of residents. Because of all of these reasons I have been trying to exit my lease without penalty but still feel unheard or accommodated. I could go on with other issues in the property. read more

BAIT and SWITCH! Be very careful when you lease at this location. I submitted an application for a two bedroom that was listed at $1300 a month. Their system proceeded to charge me $60 for the application fee. After completing it, I was told by Mayra Rosales, the leasing manager, that it was a computer error. And the actual price was $2050! They were not going to honor the advertised price. Later on when I asked about the miscalculation of the pro-rated rent before moving in, she said that the computer dictates the amount and she couldn't adjust it. This is despite my detailed explanation on how the daily rate should be legally calculated. (The total monthly rate x 12, then divided by 365 days, then multiply the number of days for the remainder of the first month.) Their calculation was off in favor of the leasing office by well over $100. She wouldn't hear any of it, and just blame it on the computer. This shows a pattern of honoring any computer error, as long as it benefits them. Very dishonest! Stay Away from this place. read more

I am dumbfounded that people actually own in this place. - Original owners can't get their money back values dropped so significantly. You can make your own judgement on why they haven't come up to the highs like the rest of the market. and The mismanagement of HOA money and being told how to live, probably doesn't help values. 1. Estimated: Less than 50% of the residents wear masks for the first 12 months of Covid (no problems what so ever). Now, they need money and control, or there is a huge outbreak in the place. So, they started fining people for it $100 per offense. Yet, I have caught Security and the lady in the office not wearing their masks. 2. Security on property 3-6 at a time, all in a little box at then entrance (what's the point?). 3. ***NEW RULE*** Guest can not bring pets with them on property (HOA can't even take care of the RAT problem in the grilling area, haha.). 4. At this lovely Luxurious community, going outside without a mask is considered an offense! It is awesome and you are free to live your life the way the HOA says to! read more

I wanted to take the time to share how happy I am living at Boca Raton. I moved 5 weeks ago and it was a huge decision for me to move from the Bay Area , to Las Vegas. I've never lived out of state before and searching for a new home online was exhausting & challenging to say the least. I started to have faith in the process when I connected with the leasing manager, Mayra Rosales at Boca Raton. Mayra was friendly and professional from the very first phone call. I had just started my search when I called Mayra initially and contacted other properties but ended up reconnecting with Mayra about 2 months later. There's a lot of beautiful properties in Vegas but I decided to stick with Mayra. She remembered me & made me feel like she cared. She has amazing follow through and really listened to me. I wasn't able to fly out because I was moving during the holidays. Mayra even offered to tour a friend of mine who lives in Vegas, so he could FaceTime me. I decided to apply for the unit at Boca Raton and this place is even more beautiful than I imagined. I want to thank Mayra & Bree for putting up with my many many phone calls and emails with a smile throughout the leasing process. I couldn't be more happier that I picked Boca Raton as my new home. This place is trash I lived here ! The staff is horrible. They share history of negligence after a young lady died in the parking garage bc she couldn't get out and the security who are paid with the $399 HOA fee to monitor the premises failed to do so. Halls smell like weed. The elevators are almost always broken. You have to call the office for permission to use the gym. The pool was closed for 3 years bc they didn't want to complete maintenance. They main area with conference rooms and movie theater are not allowed to be used by residents. When ever there is a problem they make extremely manipulative solutions or they tell u there is nothing they can do about it. Them people behind the desk are spiteful & crooked. They will smile in your face and then go do something evil related to your condo. This is not a safe space. I repeat this is not a safe space. Idk what's worse the bleached carpets in the hallway or the broken elevators. They bring a unwelcoming vibe with cameras everywhere and WATCH u like a hawk. The penthouses are occupied by pimps so prostitutes are always coming in and out the place. Don't be fooled by smiles and pictures or special move in prices. They will not honor it later and add additional unnecessary fees. All of the wealthy natives who purchased a condo here shortly sold their condo property and moved out for all of these reasons. Furthermore, they do not allow Uber/Lyft drivers past the gate to neither pick you up nor drop you off. I have NEVER experienced or heard of ANY other gated community that doesn't allow for these services. While they say they make exceptions for disabled people, they do not make ANY provisions as a community for them. My $400+ patio furniture is ruined because of someone in one of the 5 units above me throws out their lit cigarettes onto it, burning holes throughout. Yet, when faced with a CLEAR HOA violation, they tell me they can't enforce the rule because they can't prove who did it (citing it as a neighbor-to-neighbor problem). I do believe lit cigarettes are a community problem if it catches my patio furniture and thus the whole building on fire - especially while we're in a "red fire warning" in the middle of summer in the desert. Something else they don't tell you when you move in: you can ONLY get furniture deliveries or move in/out of your condo Mon-Fri from 9a-5p. No exceptions! You can't even park your Uhaul truck overnight on the property, no matter the size. The only gym with any semblance of machines is only open from 9a-9p - a time frame most people that work during the day would never be able to work around, so you can forget about THAT amenity. I am SO over living here - definitely the worst multi-unit community I've lived at in my 8+ years in Vegas. I have been in Vegas for 10 years in multiple apartments. I can honestly say that BR has been by far the best place. Before Boca I was at a BRAND NEW Apt complex in this neighborhood paying way too much, I fell for the 'Amenities' sell job. My first night at that complex I could hear my neighbors through my bedroom wall chatting, my FIRST night. They are popping up these cheap complexes all over LV and selling them with 'Amenities' not investing in the actual craftsmanship and sound insulation in my opinion. Boca Raton is SOLID, you can tell when you're walking throughout the property that it was built with community living privacy as a priority. The walls are thick and its concrete in-between floors so you don't need to worry about heavy footed neighbors. Mayra and the leasing office are hospitable knowledgable and on point in getting you into the unit that is right for you. The Maintenance staff is also professional friendly and quick about solving issues with your unit. This is my home 100% until I can build a replica Winterfell somewhere lol... It's old, gym is basic, but safe and calm. I lived here for two years and I'm treated pretty good.

I'm a resident here. I absolutely love my unit, the property is kept up, and the amenities are good. I would seriously think twice about moving here per the assistant manager don who operates the front desk and who seems to take it on herself to also act as security at times. I have personally witnessed her screaming at different residents for reasons not apparent to me. I have also been subject to her harassment in front of my children and family multiple times unprovoked and unprompted. I utilized an exit gate as an entrance by mistake once and this promoted don to deny my re entry to my residence, and curse at my loudly in front of the security manager (who did nothing) and other residents, from across a parking lot. Other residents also complain about her when I have run into them in the elevators and we all seem to have some of the same issues with don at least in my building (located closest to the front desk) It's a decent place to live when she's not working. But if you leave your home between 9am to 5pm when she is working you may be subject to her abuse and harassment. If you are thinking about moving here seriously re consider it unless you enjoy being yelled at daily! read more

I thought this place was really nice and fancy because of the strict security and pretty outside but I soon found out that they've had a rat infestation for YEARS and won't do anything about it. Some of these units are individually owned and some are up for rent. But nobody cares since the rat infestation is in their underground garage and their living spaces are upstairs. But why they SHOULD CARE is because the rest of the block is suffering due to THEIR lack of responsibility. My friend even saw a homeless kitty attacked and eaten by these giant rodents and even tho I believe in Live and Let Live, I don't support infestations. You guys Need to control this. I've done some research while looking for a new place to move into in the area and all arrows point to your place INCLUDING My girl friend who lives there with her husband. Also, apparently the residents throw down garbage into some sort of a disposal for maybe laundry or something like that.. which is causing his problem to grow even further out of control by providing Food scraps in places where there shouldn't be any food. read more

Got a confirmation for Noon today. The guard at the site called Moira to let us in. She said she was too busy and there was no such thing as an online appointment. I live here and I love it! The grounds are very well-maintained and manicured. It makes me feel like I'm back in New York in some areas with the trees and the shade and the grass. One thing I don't like is the person that signed us up for the lease....and you know who you are !after we signed the lease she just doesn't acknowledge us anymore. And that's very unprofessional. Other than that I have no complaints but one other coming up in a minute! The Concierge is awesome and the maintenance is awesome they come quick when you need something. I would recommend living here to anyone. Although I must say the people that live here are not very friendly. I've been saying hello to everyone I see ever since I've lived here for nine months and nobody says hello back to you very stuck up but I don't care I just live here. I'm just talking about when I walk my dog, I feel the time I have interaction with other people besides going to the gorgeous pool they have as well as cabanas and jacuzzi and steam room. I did enjoy living at Boca Raton for about 2 years. The third year they starting allowing anyone in. We started to have metro police coming to the condos more and more. There were fights and loud parties in the court yard areas. When I checked out after about 3 years, I knew I would have to pay more than my deposit to get the Condo fixed up for the next renters. I never received a itemized list of what they repaired and a month later I got a letter from a collection agency for about 1300.00. I called Boca raton about the bill and how come they refer it to a collection agency instead of sending me a itemized bill. All the Manager said is that's the way we do it. I explained to her now I have a credit issue on my credit report and she said I should have paid it faster. I asked for an itemized list of what they repaired and she said it was sent. I told her I never got it and could she send me another one and she said no. I asked for the company that runs the condos and she said she would not give it to me.
