When I first moved in here it was described as "resort style living" because of the incredible amenities that are offered. That USED to be true. But with the complex being sold and under new management, it has gone downhill in a hurry. First let's start with the pro's: Conveniently located to the I-15 freeway. Now the cons: Roach infestation around pool area, so enjoy your nighttime swim or walk around the complex with plenty of insect companions. If you have an electric vehicle you're in luck! You can PAY for charging here. It used to be FREE, but that wasn't "included in the lease" so the company decided to remove that as a privilege with no possible recourse for any tenants. The restaurant is now up and running, with potential free meals for residents, but be prepared to jump through numerous hoops to get anything. And heaven forbid if you're not one of the first to RSVP, you're out of luck. Many of the units come with a built-in smart home system... but the complex decided they're too cheap to work with a real company, so they are ripping them all out and replacing them with... NOTHING. Regardless of what you think, this is another "added luxury" that was not included in the lease and can therefore be removed without any replacement. The complex has cleaners and landscapers constantly doing SOMETHING, but various units are routinely dirty and not taken care of - ironic. The management office has taken a very flippant attitude about their responsibilities, and unless it's something that can be handled with no real effort you can expect your requests to be ignored. The corporate lines are even worse, because they won't even return phone calls regardless of the issue. I don't have pets, but I have a few friends who do at the complex, and they have had multiple issues with scorpions and black widows. When alerted to the issue the office shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing that could be done. And if they wanted to be on the pest control list to let them know. The occupancy rate has dropped so drastically that you'd think this place would be doing whatever they can to hold onto current tenants - but they are actively working to alienate as many of their residents as possible. If ever there was a company that put "I don't give a f***" as their tagline, this would be it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. FAR AWAY. read more

The new Management Company has started changing the resident profile and not in a good way. You've got cars being vandalized in the parking lot. You've got broken down cars being worked on with oil all over the driveway. I highly recommend you find someplace else to rent the crime here is getting worse and worse. While the place is a paradise at first, beautiful and offering so many entertainments and amenities, management is the worst. Once you sign your lease, everything they sold to you disappears. When I lived there the place was NON SMOKING (including weed). I think there was more smoking there than a smoking lounge. And that was never corrected. Some of their rules were no glass containers at the pool. I should have collected the bottles every day and sell them. I would have probably make rent money. There was and still is a drugs "free to do" place. The best, management will never call the police for that or anything else, just so there's not much criminal records for when you review the community. But when I was there, auto burglary, domestic violence, storage burglaries, drugs, etc. Patrol security was hired later on. But talk to them and they won't even know that weed is not allowed. It's just a coverup. I broke my lease for drug activities and non repaid in my unit, and was charged a penalty. It always work that way. Landlord will charge lessor but lessor can never win a battle when management don't do their job. I took them to court and the judge ruled to their favor. Management is only up to making money. They won't spend a dime. They are understaff and nothing to do with pandemic. They just use a minimum, one porter for the entire community, young staff for restaurant and pool (sometimes), non experience people. Anyways, if you are transitioning from places, looking for a place for a few months, you'll probably enjoy it. It's probably a motel concept as far as gym, pool and room. Can't compare it with a hotel, as definitely SERVICE is not their priority. Maybe a WEEKLY MOTEL is more of their concept. Pet friendly and with that, don't worry about picking up your pet's poop. They will have you sign on the lease that they will test the poop found and charge you if it's from your pets. Dont worry, they won't spend that money so expect to see dog poop everywhere. I'm sure you get my point. When deciding to rent at communities like that, find a new place that's opening. It is just perfect when they start. After 2-3 years make sure you talk with residents and get the scoop of what's really going on there. read more

WORTH IT!!! I'm new to this place but let me tell you about the amenities. PROS: 1. It's a resort! Heated pool and cabanas, which we also free to reserve for residents! Also got a volleyball court, table tennis, pool table, and that's just the outdoor games. There's also a game room which has way too many activities to list, you have to see yourself! 2. Lifestyle membership (monthly charge) included free food and drinks for all events! There's an event like almost every day? 3. The community! The people were all so friendly! My wife and I have lived in some pretty lavish places and The Tuscan Highlands of Las Vegas is definitely one of them. Tuscan Highlands located in Southern Highlands which is a small quant suburb in the secluded part of southwest Las Vegas. It is definitely the trendsetter ideal residency for the future. From the moment we set foot on the property it felt like home and has been now for 3 years. The property definitely had some rough patches over the past year due to the property being sold and turnover with the staff. I initially gave Tuscan Highlands a 5 on Google and a 3 on our community site and now I will give my final verdict. Everything is top notch from the beautiful landscaping to the lavish amenities on site. There is a Restaurant onsite that could be a lounge and the views are great. With The lifestyle membership you get complimentary food three times and week. Brunch on Sunday's, Tasty Tuesday on Tuesday, which gives you a variety of different foods every week and a mixer which is held every Friday night. You get drink coupons when you attend as well. Last, but not least, I have to mention the new staff and old. Stephanie and Mark from Lifestyle are great and Katrina the new Manager is shaping Tuscan back into shape. She's awesome and reminds me of my favorite Property Manager back in Orange County. Katrina is very easy to talk to and will resolve any and all issues that you may have. She's making it great here again! Even the maintenance crew here is great! Julio and the new guys are awesome! Julios attention to detail is impeccable and appreciated. There have been maintenance in the past that rush in/out just to check a box only for issues to not be resolved or broken again. Julio gets the job done right on the first try and has even corrected things from previous employees. I mentioned Terrell Jones before and he is still crushing it here. The hallways were really bad due to not having enough staff, but now that there is a full maintenance staff again, Terrell seems be able to take care of the property like before. I had mentioned in our community survey that the hallways were dirty and had Cockroaches at the bottom of our stairway. I am pleased to say that the Cockroaches are gone and this property looks vibrant and great again!! Thanks Terrell! Either renew asap or get hit with a ridiculous month to month - Be prepared for insects in your apartment - No sound insulation: you hear everyone walking through the hallways - They charge you for "communal utilities" which are actually more than what you pay for your own utilities. - That "included smart home" - they make YOU responsible for it. Supposedly - the cheap knock-off amazon echo thing they provide was "not working," even though I NEVER used it and charged $300 @ move out - They will increase your rent on renewal at exorbitant rates yearly. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I have never took the time to write a review on anything, but this apartment complex is so scammy. The worst management/leasing office I've ever dealt with in my life. No one ever calls back, manager is never in. Every time I've walked in the office it was empty. I even sat in there for 30 min waiting at one point. When I do call and get an answer the person cannot assist me they keep saying I'll have a manager give you a call back...... they never do. I have to say since they have hired some new staff, It has been much more enjoyable. Andrea Bates, leasing agent has been very welcoming and extremely helpful with needs in the office. Tuscan continues to go downhill every week. - YOU HEAR EVERYTHING - and I mean everything. - The staff have ZERO answers, and if you do happen to get one, there will be four-eight conflicting ones to follow - The Amenities fee increased, and quality decreased. Last week the "meal" for Tasty Tuesday was noodles, one white and one red sauce, and lettuce. - Residents have quiet hours they enforce, yet landscaping begins at 7:15 am for hours, and four times a week. - The digital keypads to get access into your building overheat when the temperature is above 85 degrees. We went to check this complex out for a family member that will be moving here soon and is looking for a more luxurious style apt home. When we entered the office the two female employees were busy talking and on their phone and playing with their hair. They looked annoyed we came in and didn't offer a professional greeting. We had to initiate contact and as we began asking questions they both told us to go online to find answers about monthly rent and said it changes daily. Excuse me is this the gas station or a place to live? So confusing. We wanted to know answers and it was like pulling teeth to get help. Finally the one lady with a high long ponytail begrudgingly went online to get us information but the other one just walked off. I don't know what your purpose is as office staff if customer service is not your priority. If you're the manager you should rethink your personal or at a minimum get them better customer service training. Your ship is going to sink if you don't take care of your customers. Too bad it was such a crappy experience with those ladies and their poor customer service because the property is beautiful, but we won't be going back. read more

If you see Lizet, run very far away from this place. The apartment is beautiful at first glance but turns crude the more you gaze. Things that break stay broke. The sauna, for one of many examples, has been out of commission 7 of the 12 months I have been here as well as the gym mirror being broke. Not to mention I've had to put over 30 maintenance requests in for my overpriced unit that go unnoticed for months. Literally had requests sitting since my move in May 2022 all the way to December 2022. About 9/10 of my neighbors in my building alone also expressed throughout my lease the frustration with the lack of timeliness with these matters especially paying something so premium. One neighbor told me he waited 4 months for someone to come fix his blinds. The office will take 2-3 weeks minimum to reply to anything and if you head to the office to speak to someone, nobody knows anything. Or gives completely wrong and inconsistent info. If you don't believe me, don't say I didn't warn you. Overall, great location, and very nice looking apartments, but not worth the pricing or the headache dealing with this apartment complex. Especially with the plethora of new communities being built in the area. Let this be a last option for luxury apartments. You've been warned. New Update, On top of this, the property manager and assistant manager left a fake voicemail lying saying there was a notice on my door and they think that the apartment was abandoned. I work from home and there was no notice on the door, and then they left a 24 hour notice to enter the unit. Very weird stuff going on here especially when they want to try and enter your unit they will do whatever and lie to try and cover their tracks. They will lie to their advantage. Rude and discurteous sales people. The apartments are overtly and outrageously over priced and the amenities are similar to that you can get in any apartment complex in Las Vegas. They ask to show your ID, not just visual check but stored in an unsecured drawer, where any one can access it, scan it, copy it or whatever when you are out viewing the property. Meanwhile I don't have the same previlage and courtesy of possessing the driver's license of the person showing the property and not to mention not even knowing their last name. This is a serious violation of privacy with potential for ID theft. This is ia predatory practice that the Federal Trade Commission and the Real Estate Board should put an end to and also there is no valid reason given for this transgression. Now I have to incur monthly fee for a company to monitor my Identity information. Why is the review from a previous reviewer not reccomended, even though it seemed legitimate ? read more

my wife and I have recently moved out of the Tuscan Highlands resort after 12 months of living there, it is a great concept, we met so many great people, the Lifestyle fee paid by residents enabled you the opportunity to meet and get to know others, the facilities are excellent, gym, pool, Becca's, location, all great. we hope the owners keep on top of maintenance issues in the communal areas to ensure the quality is kept. I cannot post a review without mentioning a number of the TH team, Terrell is on the maintenance team, you see him day in, day out, cleaning, tidying in all areas, always with a smile on his face, what a great guy, a real asset to the team, as is Tes & Susie on the Lifestyle team, "thank you ladies", your positive & cheerful instruction kept us in great shape during the worst of the pandemic, we miss you! This is honestly the most unprofessional apartment I have ever leased. Lived here for 13 months and nonstop problems with the management. THEY WILL LIE TO GET INTO YOUR UNIT. That is huge. They will leave voicemails to cover their tracks and lie on the voicemails to back door the residents. Also they will random notices on your door that are inaccurate or false. Too many maintenance issues to count, well over a couple dozen that went unanswered for months. Management will make errors and try to make you pay for the errors and ignorance that they show. Things are always broken and I mean always (the sauna, gym equipment, bathrooms even out of order in the public areas. Cops are always being called to this complex and they cover up the stories from the community. Just a lot going on here and not the right minds behind it. I am a future resident of inclusivity meaning a person of color. The office treated me with passively aggressive racism because they fought me all the way to the end of signing lease agreement. Unprofessionally verbal. Waited 3 weeks for approval of application with no reassurance. Bilergerant communicative skills. They were Professional via email but in person very judge mental. I hope this information gives an individual an insight on rental properties. I hope this does not happen to you! Don't give up! You deserve the respect where u lay your head at. You have to fight to get in. This happens more often than non people of color would like to admit with commercial companies. Everyone deserves the right to housing and food without the judgement of more privilege ppl. Basically there was no reason to deny my application but they wanted to me to service them instead of me paying for there service. I have to say random acts of kindness are very far and few in between, when they happen the people that are kind enough to perform them without any thought or intention to not get anything in return should be acknowledged and rewarded. As one of the longest standing tenets at Tuscan the staff has always been super friendly and always treated me as if I am Elite. However today, Terrell The Groundskeeper went above and beyond to fix the most minuscule problem in my unit that no one would have ever noticed otherwise. He did this so selflessly and could have easily gone unnoticed by anyone else. However this is not the first time he has gone out of his way to go the extra mile to make sure that the residents & staff are happy. This man never complains, speaks negative about anything or anyone and even in 100° weather when working outside all day he's always happy and always greets you with such positivity. I think we all can take a page out this mans book when it comes to positivity, humbleness, gratefulness and doing random acts of kindness not for recognition, but just because it's from the heart. Don't move here. It's got lots of vacancy and more coming for a reason. They also remove tenant posts on Yelp, plus give folks prizes for a review. Don't trust much of the positive reviews. Keller just took over and os taking away and replacing with their vendors. No improvements, only less for more rent. Lifestyle benefits such. Food is awful. Esports was removed, and the one facility we used. Mgmt sucks asst mgr luzer is almost as bas as the supervisor. I can't believe how much of a face we were sold, but the reality of Tuscan is very disappointing on so many levels. Keller is terrible and even Cactus they took over and it's worse now too. It's just f'd up and less occupancy means we are all paying more utilities. So they can run fires pits during hit weather, and a screen that never shows movies, and non working TV screens in canana. Sauna etc... the issues are great, and the value is lower than mediocre. Sad read more
