I…read morebought a car from Jeffrey and Audi Westwood on-line from Chicago, and got a wonderful deal. It was my first experience purchasing a car from another state. Buying a car from another state presents a whole host of challenges, many of which I was not fully aware. But I became more aware of some of those challenges right away, including the difficulty in registering the car bought from a Massachusetts dealer in Illinois. Because the car market is now a national market, we really should nationalize what are now 50 different car registration requirement platforms, but I digress. At EVERY turn, Jeffrey and Audi Westwood stepped up big time and navigated those challenges in more than satisfactory ways. Jeffrey and Audi Westwood were very responsive, and nimbly and effectively navigated ALL of those challenges! Multiple times when I needed documentation that I did not have to address issues with the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago, Jeffrey got those to me immediately. I would eagerly purchase another car from Jeffrey and Audi Westwood! I was so pleased with my experience with Jeffrey and Audi Westwood, I sent them a little taste of Chicago!

They begrudgingly gave me a service techs car as the loaner, but had to put up a fight to get it. (They kept my vehicle for nearly a month.). Fast forward to yesterday, got a flat tire and called Audi Roadside Service at 8:50 am. By noon the tie company still wasn't there and continued pushing back the time of arrival. I tried Audi Roadside repeatedly for help and also tried Audi Westwood who were if no help. I was told by a Service Mgr that I should have picked the tow company to change the tire they would have been quicker. Requested another tow same issue. They took my tow but when another call came in they took that first and left me on the list even though I was assigned first. 8:50 am -4:30 pm waited for assistance to no avail. Finally had to call private tow who were great. Even plugged the tire for me. Today I tried to call to get an appointment have left messages. Crickets. No response. Which was similar to yesterday. They keep saying they will call back but never do. Awful service and Audi Westwood employees are not pleasant to deal with. Since when do companies think it's ok to not get back to people?! Major regrets!

My first car was purchased here, in 2021 when I was in college! In a way, I regret buying a car…read moreduring that time, as there was a car chip shortage so limited car inventory at many dealerships & prices were marked up for this reason. I was leaning towards getting a used low mileage car but due to the chip shortage, a used car was not much cheaper, so a new car it was! I had gone to multiple different Honda dealerships all around MA just looking for somewhere to have ANY car left on the lot to buy. Originally, I was not even looking into getting a Honda at all but I was intrigued by hybrid vehicles! Ended up getting a Honda Insight Hybrid that had cloth interior and if I wanted leather, it would've been another couple of months until it would arrive lol. It was the first cloth interior car that I ever had/driven & it was not a fun time. Stains easily & super difficult to clean! The car itself was great though, can't complain. The estimated mpg was said to be ~55mpg but most of the time, I am able to get 77/mpg, so definitely gas efficient & only cost me ~$20/tank of gas. For example, a trip to NYC and even driving through NJ/Fort Lee, I only had to fill the tank once on the way back in RI! So this is a great commuter/road trip car. It's too bad they stopped manufacturing this model in 2022. BUT if I was not in so much of a need of getting a car at the time, I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. This is because the salesman I had wasn't great & was actually a college kid lol. Very pushy attitude and was not knowledgeable about the cars offered at the dealership... This unfortunately goes for most of the salesmen/saleswomen here though. I never went here for services, only have to deal with oil changes still and haven't had any actual issues yet to this day.

Not someone at the dealership. They don't return messages left on voicemail. They don't keep you updated on the progress of your repairs. Will I have a car to drive to work tomorrow? Who knows!?!?! I've been trying to get an electronics issue solved for over a year. They don't have a loaner car to let me use, and I don't have a spare car that I can drive for the weeks they say it might take to figure out the issue. Meanwhile my navigation system thinks I'm driving around in the Atlantic Ocean, and tries to convince apple and Google Maps that I'm Jesus and can just drive on top of water. Makes it really hard to get directions to home visits for work. My car is so much fun to drive. But I don't recommend it to friends because the Nucar service is so awful. It's an EV. I can't just take it to our local general mechanic.

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood as an out-of-state buyer, my experience was…read moreone of the most frustrating vehicle purchases l've ever had. My salesperson was Matt. Before traveling out there, I specifically confirmed how the out-of-state registration fees would work. I was quoted one amount, but when I arrived, the numbers were suddenly wrong. This completely disrupted the financing check from my bank and forced me to unexpectedly come up with over $1,500 cash on the spot. What should have been a simple 1-hour purchase turned into an 8-hour ordeal because the dealership was waiting on paperwork they ultimately didn't even need. It became very clear during the process that handling an out-of-state sale was outside of Matt's comfort zone, and the confusion reflected that. Things got worse when I sat down with the sales manager, Ravi, to complete paperwork. The paperwork had to be corrected and redacted because the math and registration figures were wrong. The only people in the building who inspired any confidence were the staff at the welcome desk. The biggest issue came after the sale. About 3 months later, my bank notified me that my loan interest will be increased because the lienholder still had not received the vehicle title. That was the point in time I learned Mercedes-Benz of Westwood was using a third-party company from New York called It's-EZ to process titles and registration. This was never communicated to me during the purchase process. To this day I have been unable to locate my title. When I called the company myself, they could not tell me when the title was sent, could not provide meaningful information, and eventually hung up on me. I am now almost 6 months into ownership and my lienholder and DMV still do not have the title. This entire purchase process was far more complicated and disorganized than it should have been. I would strongly caution any out of state buyer, or in state buyer, before doing business here.

We called ahead to schedule a test drive and were explicitly told that a RAV4 would be available. However, when we arrived, we were greeted by a salesperson who immediately launched into a sales pitch about limited inventory and reserved vehicles, none of which addressed the reason for our visit. When we redirected the conversation and asked about the test drive, we were told that no RAV4s were available unless we first placed a deposit to reserve one that's on the way. Being asked to commit financially before even test driving the car felt unreasonable, especially given what we've been told over the phone. Later in the day, we receive a call from them and when we shared our experience, the person told us that there was actually one available for test driving. It was extremely frustrating that we drove an hour there and back for nothing (esp. when gas price is through the roof now!) I recommend that others confirm details very carefully before visiting and avoid feeling pressured into making a decision on the spot. There are other Toyota dealerships that will take better care of you.

By 8:00 AM, I had not received any updates regarding the vehicle's repairs. I left in a rental car. After I sent an email inquiring about the repair progress: At 1:50 PM, I received an update regarding the repairs. The cost for replacing the Front Exhaust Pipe: $1,870. Pre-tax cost for replacing the engine valve cover gasket: $900. Parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. May 7, 2026 The parts arrived, and the repairs were carried out. Repairs and testing were completed before 6:00 PM. The total bill came to $2,940, which was $800 higher than I had anticipated. My ratings are as follows: 1. Service: 4 Stars. This is credited to Dang's professional and prompt service. 2. Price: 2 Stars. Very expensive; The total charge for replacing the Front Exhaust Pipe (parts plus labor) was $1,981. Front Exhaust Pipe - Mopar (68225541AC): The Mopar retail price is $857, but Central priced it at $1,245. 3. Time Required: 2 Stars. I had to rent a car for three days. 4. JEEP Vehicle Quality: 2 Stars. In the 3rd year of ownership (approx. 33,000 miles), the Exhaust Flex Pipe cracked. I spent $200 to have it replaced at a muffler repair shop. In the 4th year (approx. 40,000 miles), the engine valve cover gasket began to leak oil. In the 5th year alone, repairs are expected to cost $3,000. 5. Dealership Parts Inventory Management: 2 Stars. I booked an appointment online, specifying the fault and the parts requiring replacement; however, the dealership lacked effective and timely follow-up, and their inventory management was inadequate.

EXCEPT this one particular fall day in. November. I go in to get my car inspected and immediately it started off horrible. The guy who greeted us seemed to be new & he had great customer service skills it was until he went over to a senior advisor NOAH STERN is where shit went left. First off, we was greeted with an attitude I guess we disturbed his working progress and it wasn't until I let him know what I was here for is when the tone changed, then it came time to check out my car. (Keep in mind you I have NEVER been pulled over, stopped or nothing for my tints, but let NOAH tell it. They was too dark) I proceeded to let him know, No, they were not and prior to him taking my car in the back I told him if it's not going to pass inspection let me know I will take it somewhere else. 30 minutes lates Noah comes back, with "bad news". I'm sorry you didn't pass the inspection... I asked if he put the R on the car and he informed me yes they had to. So even after I let him know. He did whatever he wanted to do anyway. You lied about my tints being too dark You lied about where I could have my front windshield Tint placement. The AS-1 line was no where, where you pointed and now 4 months later I am fighting with the RMV to get a tint waiver as I watch all these other cars drive by me with super dark tints way darker then mine. But this particular day. You was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I am not happy. I will never ever deal with him for as long as I come to Acura. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a dealership. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. Bryan was standing directly in front of me, looked up briefly, then went right back to his phone before eventually deciding to help me. There was no greeting, no "How can I help you?", no explanation of the process, nothing. He informed me the repair would take 3-4 hours and that there were no loaner vehicles available. When I questioned why I even had an appointment if I was going to be waiting that long, he compared it to a doctor's office and said they take the car back and a technician eventually gets to it. If that's how appointments work, customers should be told that before they arrive so they can plan accordingly. What really stood out was the complete lack of hospitality. I wasn't told where the waiting area was, where the restrooms were, whether there was coffee or water available, or anything else that would make a customer who was expected to wait several hours feel welcome. I had to figure everything out on my own. I even suggested that the dealership call customers ahead of time when recall appointments are expected to take several hours, especially when appointments are booked online. My suggestion was met with nothing more than a shrug, which made it clear customer feedback wasn't important. About 3 1/2 hours later, I received a call saying my vehicle was almost finished. However, the following day I checked my vehicle app and the recall is still listed as open. Whether the repair wasn't completed or the system simply hasn't updated, it doesn't inspire confidence. I understand that recalls can take time and that loaner vehicles aren't always available. My issue is the dismissive attitude, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service from start to finish. A simple greeting, a brief explanation of the process, and directing customers to the waiting area would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this is the closest dealership to me, but based on this experience, I won't be returning unless I absolutely have no other choice.

Aston Martin & Lotus Cars of Boston proposed nearly $20,000 in repairs, many unnecessary, others that would have actively degraded the car's performance. When I questioned the estimate, service advisor Jance Sae-Eung threatened to put my roofless car outside overnight before an incoming rainstorm. He then went completely silent, leaving me to wonder all weekend whether my car was sitting in the rain. When I escalated to service manager Brian Nadeau, things got worse. He informed me a valet would return my car. Instead, I got a call from a tow truck driver saying he was at Cadillac of Norwood waiting to pick it up. I had explicitly told Brian I did not want the car towed, as improper flatbed loading can damage a low-slung exotic, and asked that any transport be filmed so I could verify it was done correctly. His response: "Well it's already on the flatbed. Do you want me to have them take it off so we can film putting it back on?" That exchange tells you everything you need to know about how this shop treats its customers. There is one more detail worth noting. Despite marketing a dedicated exotic vehicle service facility, my car was actually being serviced at Cadillac of Norwood, not by technicians trained on Aston Martins or Lotuses. I only discovered this because the tow truck driver called me directly and mentioned his location. A Cadillac dealership with a 2-star Yelp rating (https://www.yelp.com/biz/cadillac-of-norwood-norwood-4) is apparently where your exotic goes when you trust this shop. Zero stars. Look elsewhere for both sales and service.
