Starting with Carla Moniz at the Norwood Boch Maserati/Ferrari dealership she was so sweet, helpful and responsive - then then rear ended. She was again so helpful and directed me to the correct repair shop. They use Theo repair in Providence and all I had to do was get a claim # filed with the insurance number and call Theo repair and they took it from there and met me at the dealership in Norwood took mine for repair and had a rental Maserati ready to go - so easy. Only had car 5 months and let me tell you...Car seems to have wheel bearing problem at 5 months of ownership. Thought stuff like this would be taken care of before car is even bought tor left lot. Lots of problems with this car. Cant wait for a safety accident or a crash to happen that injured me so I can sue this dealership lord knows they deserve it for their bad practices. I WILL SCREAM AT ANYONE TO NEVER COME HERE!!!Gave this place a chance and even gave them the review they wanted. 5 months of this car and the car feels like it's about to just come apart. The owner of this dealership left a review to come get my vehicle checked out but I'm worried driving over 100 miles to get a car evaluated and not fixed like I've been asking for you're mechanics to review for awhile is just ridiculous. This morning I woke up to to over pulling where the car isn't even safe anymore. The car feels like it's gonna come apart its ridiculous. If BOCH MASERATI CAN ONLY EVALUATE & NEVER FIX!! I'm tired of going to this place for what is so to be looked at never fixed. This place made my Maserati experience horrible. Something I worked my ass off to spend money on. I hate that I gave this place my money. I hate it hate it. I wish I never bought for them and I assure anyone else to NEVER buy from them. They don't fix shit. They don't care. They evaluate. They cob parts. Just to show you how much of a con job this place is I can tell you surely that my in door reflector is barely out on with a putty. This place is a joke. This place will tell you on the review to bring the car in and that they're sorry but I can guarantee you'll be wasting you time with NO FIX. I've done nothing but asked this place to address issues with my car every since I bough the thing and they just "can't duplicate" any problems they see. But maybe if you stopped driving on the fuckig oeffect paved road and go down some shitty potholes you'd see the complaint. I'm beyond pissed. I wanna fuck everyone up at this dealership I'm so mad. I Bought a 2017 Ghibli SQ4 5-6 months ago. The dealer told me they gave me an oil change. But when I checked the oil it was black black after saying they gave it a new oil change as recently as the winter. They told me they put on new tires but the tires burned in less than 10000 miles and I don't drive fast. Car has many creaks coming from either frame or control arm. Car has rattle in speakers. Break constantly squeak. Car makes this noises over bumps. Car has a whistling noise it seems from under on certain occasions. I don't believe a brand like Maserati would allow their cars to go like this nor do I think the Maserati brothers would appreciate this just like Enzo wouldn't appreciate it with his cars. Whenever you ask the dealer to fix something they can't duplicate the sound or they just choose to fix what they think it is and carry you on your way. I've never had this experience with a 10 year old Mercedes or a 5 year old bmw at it lowest entry point. I doubt this vehicle went through a 165 point check. A lot of patches and looks like they did a quick job. If this is exotic vehicle quality than it's below economy quality and that sad. If you Maserati sounds and feels like a pinto. Chances are it came from Boch Maserati‍ I'm only giving 1 star because I HAVE to. They begged me for a good review and I now know why. Steer clear and far away from this stealership from top to bottom wish I bought from herb chambers like I was going to before I went back. This dealership takes PRIDE IN LETTING ITS CUSTOMERS DOWN ON PURPOSE care doesn't feel solid. If any safety issues occur they're going to wish they'd addressed them. If this dealership wants to be the professionals they are they can call me themselves and try to make things right at 413-854-3664. Car was supposed to have a clean car fax but I doubt this. He followed up with email as promised right away. I went in the next day for a test drive and everyone in the dealership was so welcoming and personable. I came in with my 3 month old son and family and they went out the way to make sure we were comfortable while we handled paper work. The vehicle was in great shape and it was evident that no matter what you get from here, the quality stamp of the dealership would be on it. The service I received from the General Sales Manager of the dealership, Sherine Dacamara, was truly exceptional. Sherine handled everything professionally with determination and care. Throughout the process of the deal, she had a great attitude, an easy and reassuring style, exerted tremendous effort and dedicated as much time as was needed to make sure my requirements are taken care of. This place is terrible, the sleazy team over there tried to cut 6k off the price to get the deal done to compete with Chambers and the dope in finance took it off the wrong column which was sales tax! So when they finalized the contract back in 2016 with it showing like that, I brought it to their attention & they said don't worry about it. About 2 & half years goes by and another huge Liar from their headquarters calls and says that "I presented them with a tax exempt form that's why they did it like that" in 16 years in business we've been a for profit corporation and never have been tax exempt. Once I proved that to be a lie and they apologized via certified letter ( that I requested so I didn't get in trouble for tax fraud) Another year goes by and they try to go after it again, now just saying I refused to pay it, well if I refused to pay it why would they let the sale go through and finalize the contract. Stay away from this place it's a complete joke, on average our company purchases 5 to 7 vehicles a year, from a handful of dealers with no issues, and plenty of repeat business, This place is a one and done! When I first took delivery of my Maserati Ghibli, I was extremely jubilant on driving such a beautiful machine. The stares and compliments I would receive from my friends and co-workers. Things have changed on how I am feeling about My Maserati now. On June 2nd I made plans to head out to Foxwoods casino to gamble, eat and enjoy myself, I made room and spa reservations and decided I wanted to drive the Ghibli, so I did. On my way to the casino, I noticed the tire pressure was dropping quickly, I pulled into a rest area and discovered I have flat. No worries I say, I have roadside assistance. I make a call to Maserati roadside assistance brief conversation with the agent, and they assured me that someone would be at the rest area in an hour. An hour and a half pass and no tow truck so I make another call, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes before an agent picked up. I mentioned that I was still waiting for roadside which they said they were on their way. After another 20minutes I call again, this time no answer I get a personal message stating that they have an unusual amount of calls and will be with me shortly. A friend that was meeting me a Foxwoods decided to come by to make sure I didn't need any help, thank goodness he did. My friend took upon himself to call Maserati Roadside with amazement they picked up his call while I was on hold. I was floored that I was on hold for 15 minutes and the agent picked up his call before mine (per message calls are answered as they come). I began to let my frustration out on how long the process is taking and the length of time on the phone to get a hold of someone. After a couple more minutes on the phone with the agent, roadside shows up. It's a pickup truck, not a tow truck and making things worse doesn't even have the proper equipment for a tow. So I, the customer jacked the car up and took lugs nut off. After about 20minutes the tech realized that we would need a tow, he couldn't take the tire off. The tech is now trying to call dispatch but can't get an answer. Few attempts later tech is asking me to call Maserati roadside assistance. With hesitation, I called Maserati roadside service once again and on hold for 15min waiting for a representative to pick up. Once the representative picked up, I was informed by the agent that there was no tow available at the moment and the earliest arrival would be 8 am in the morning. It was infuriating that after being on the side of the road for almost for 4 hrs and after going back and forth with the agent that had a careless approach on the whole matter we finally came to decision that I would leave my vehicle unattended with keys inside the vehicle for pickup. I left the car in the rest area with assurance from the agent that she would have a tow there in a few hrs. I was on my way to Foxwoods arriving around midnight missing my spa and dinner reservations. Disappointed and frustrated I went to bed hoping to feel better in the a.m. Once I woke up, I called Boch Maserati service to see status to my vehicle, and with complete amazement, I was told my vehicle was not there. I then called Maserati roadside assistance and was told that the vehicle was delivered to Boch Maserati dealership. Now I'm confused and frustrated not knowing exactly where my vehicle is. After a half hr. of investigating the agent for roadside assistance figured out that my vehicle was still and the rest area with keys. It was never towed out until about 4 pm the next day. I then called Boch Maserati and informed them that my vehicle was being towed in and to call me once the vehicle is physically on the lot. A rep from Boch called telling me that my vehicle was on the property. At that moment I informed the agent that there were other issues I wanted to get addressed. The service agent told me that he would call or email me the cost of the tires and address my concerns. That call or email never came. Now my first call to Boch services was June 3rd around 10 am and didn't receive a call back until I sent an Email request asking for Maserati of USA representative. Between me being abandoned on the side of the road by Maserati and ignored by Boch Maserati I don't feel I'm a valuable customer. When I leased this vehicle, I believed I would get the Ritz Carlton gold standard customer service. Boch service has had my vehicle since June 3rd. It's June 27th and I don't have possession of my vehicle. This whole process has been disappointing. read more

I would like to thank Esmael Rodrigues on what a great experience I had working with Boch Exotics. He assisted me with the purchase of a 2013 Corvette convertible 427. He went above and beyond what was expected. He kept in constant contact and always kept me informed. He was able to overnight me the paperwork on a Thursday night and I had the paperwork I needed by 8 am Friday morning in Michigan. This allowed me to go to the DMV on Friday to get my plate and registration to which I jumped on a plane from Michigan to Boston on Saturday morning. He gave myself and my wife a tour of the stunning facility. We then jumped in the vehicle and drove back to Michigan 800 miles away with no issues. That wasn't the end. Esmael after we left took it upon himself to track down the original window sticker that I had asked him about during our initial discussions and mailed it to me.
