I have had a lot of MRI's with and without contrast and I'm a medical student to boot. I was wearing 100% cotton,no metal, no microfiber, and they demanded I change​​ into their gown. Ridiculous amd unnecessary. They even contradict each other with one telling me to leave my underwear on and the other saying I had take my 100% cotton no metal sports bra off. The worst was the stick. I told the person what guage needle works best. They said they 'can't' because of the auto injector They're using standard leur lock, and any auto injector can be adjusted to suit the needle gage. It takes minutes to do. Then the needle stick was so bad, they almost injected an Airbubble into me. I saw this, the tech looked at me, ripped the needle out and started to go after the other arm with the same needle. At which point I said I refuse the contrast and they told me I either do the contrast or go home. I left with blood streaming out of my arm because the tech didn't bother to put a bandaid on. They just called me and tried to say that what I went through was normal. So.I asked the person, Amanda, if she would trust the techs or go through that again. She had the audacity to say yes and that the techs are 'trained'. I called her on her bullshit and hung up. ​​

You know the story, routine breast exam leads to mammogram, unidentified mass leads to ultra sound ect.. I was sent here for a mammogram and an ultra sound. It was one of the most frightening experiences I have been through in my life. Basically they found a mass, and without knowing anything about it the Xray tech drew me a picture of how they were going to have to cut my breast open to remove the mass. No sympathy, no time for me to breathe through my sobs. He acted as though he was in a hurry to get to lunch and would I please stop carrying on. I was barely 30 years old and being told I needed breast surgery, and that it could be cancer by someone who was not qualified to have that conversation with me. Again, not by an actual doctor but by a pompous little Xray prick. Years later and I still think of driving back there and kicking him in the balls. Luckily the drugs I had to take back then have distorted my memory of that time so I can't really remember what he looks like. Anyway do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The people that work at this place couldn't give two shits about their patients.

A) they are fast. Not fast in the way they do the actual mammogram, but they are ON TOP of their appointments. You have an appointment at 2:15? You are IN at 2:15. That's rare in medical facilities these days. B) The environment is nice. This is not exactly a 'fun place' to go and quite frankly, many people get some life changing news here. This is a calming environment. C) They handle insurance like a breeze. That's rare too. D) The staff make you feel at ease as they flatten the girls like pancakes and you stand in a very awkward position. When it's time to get this super fun and not at all awkward test done.. go here if you can.

After each time I would receive a bill that would not match my EOB statement from my insurance company. I had to call each time to dispute the bill. They usually complied with my insurance company after a couple phone calls. The most recent bill they did not agree with my insurance and wanted an extra $300 over my EOB. I went on their website and paid what my insurance company told me I owed with my HSA. Simon Med is claiming to never have gotten what I paid them. My HSA has a record of the money going to Simon Med. Simon Med said I paid 'the wrong department' and cannot find the funds and threatened to send me to collections. I paid the full bill to avoid collections - so now I OVERPAID Simon Med by $300 and they refuse to refund me. My HSA won't refund me because they said it's been over 60 days. I decided to get mammograms and breast ultrasounds at a different company after the billing issue. The radiologist told me she sees no reason why Simon Med told me to come every 6 months for screening. I truly believe their billing department is fraudulent or at the very least unethical. I believe they told me to keep coming every 6 months just for the money and not because anything on my scan looked cancerous.

The people over the phone (Harvey and I forgot the other representatives name but he had an accent) helped me out a lot! When I came in for my appointment I was taken back for the X-rays by Marlyn. Marlyn was one of the nicest people I ever met and he treated me like a human not a customer. His smile lit up the room, we laughed together and to be frank im sad the appointment went to fast because he was a great person to talk to! I walked out of there feeling very happy not only that I got the xray taken care of for a reasonable price but also because I got to meet Marlyn and he made my day a lot better. He deserves 5 stars!

Was referred to this location for an MRI (was having foot pain). My appointment time was at 8am and…read morethey told me to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, so I did. Upon arrival, they gave me a one-page health survey to fill out, which I did and within 10 minutes they had called me back to the testing area. They had me put my purse into a locked locker (of which I held the key for), and took me into the MRI suite. They had me lay down on the table, and even gave me a blanket as it was a little chilly in the room. The MRI took about 15 minutes to complete and I was out of the office by 8:05am (just 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Perfect. The employees were fabulous and I have zero complaints. Hope I dont have to go back for more testing, but if I do, I'll gladly go to this location.
