Receptionist said she is running late and was unable to tell me when she could see me. Waited an hour and a half and I had to call out of work. I was recommended by my therapist to see a doctor to discuss medications. Nancy argued with me that I don't need a medication. It is also really hot in the building. I don't think their AC works. Do not go here. They will waste your time and not help you.

Lauren is clearly an expert at getting the patient prepared for the procedure. Next up was the MRI w/out contrast and then MRI w/ contrast (about 30 minutes) and Lex (the MRI operator) explained everything every step of the way. When I notified Elizabeth at the desk, who initially told me it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, she then told me it would be an additional 45 minutes until they can rerun my insurance. Low and behold, 5 minutes later I was getting my X-rays which took a total of 5 minutes. *I personally would not recommend using this company. ** Now I have to wait 10 days before the services are posted in the system and I can request a refund. *** I do have make known that the radiologist that helped me was amazing and friendly. And look, I can forgive no personality; I can even forgive lack of skill to a certain point. What I cannot forgive is a person who dgaf about the person whose arm they are digging in for so long that the patient is crying. What I cannot forgive is someone who doesn't notice sobs, someone who lacks any awareness that they have been digging in my mother's arm too long with needles. Someone who ignores the crying until my momma has to ask them to "please stop" and then a few seconds later, "stop" again. They do not have ultrasound guided IV insertion support, which is greatly needed. Do not take your loved ones to this location. If you have to go to this location, I highly recommend bringing an advocate with you into the room to make sure you successfully get an IV or are paid attention to when they repeatedly fail (they tried twice). All of the above for a copay.
