I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. Avoid Farashe Med & Spa!!!…read more I bought a $300 Groupon for 40 units, and the treatment was done poorly. The injector didn't go deep enough, left me with bumps that lasted far too long, and I bruised, none of which has ever happened to me with Botox before. When I asked about it, they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to wait two weeks. When I went back to address the issue, the physician dismissed my concerns and defended the injector, even with before-and-after photos that clearly didn't show the results I should've gotten. They refused to acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly. This place does not take accountability, does not listen to customers, and does not provide the quality of care you expect from a med spa. If you want reliable results and providers who stand behind their work, go somewhere else.
