Unprofessional and unplesant service. Booked an appointment a week ahead for a time. Didnt get confirmation email. Or sms. Then i pinged them and they asked me to change time - at 12.30 ( even though the place opens at 2.30) . I accepted it and rearranged by days plans .Now they messaged saying the theraphist is not available and and asked for another time and another theraphist. Saying they were unwell - I dont believe it for a second. If it is a possible lung infection , you would have known when u chatted with me yesterday. Never calling here again. read more

I have taken a break from my usual massage therapist to see Racquel for prenatal massages, and she is very good. She offers many choices for prenatal massage durations and has a very good understanding of what bothers pregnant people in particular. Her prenatal massage is not limited by the side position whatsoever. It feels amazing and she magically manages to evenly massage both sides of your back with limited access. The only downside is she was nearly 20 minutes late once and made up about half the time for me, no discount offered. Use caution when booking her close to your due date, there is zero leeway if you have a same day emergency arise on your end resulting in delay or reschedule. read more

Highly recommend their services!! I first became a client of Racquel's through a referral from a friend who was a client for years. Work-related stress was causing me to have chronic shoulder and neck pain that was not responding to anything, including pain meds and physical therapy. A few sessions with Racquel and I was finally able to sleep! I've returned numerous times for specific issues, as well as just a relaxation aid. Racquel is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and massage, and is such a positive person to be around that I always feel refreshed and happy when I leave. I really appreciate that you get the full hour, not 50 minutes, and they don't rush you in and out. The whole experience is very calming. On the few occasions when I've really needed to get in to see Racquel, she's juggled her schedule to fit me in, and on one occasion she was out of town so she graciously referred me to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was also awesome and did an fantastic job. Racquel also coordinated with Lori to set up a body walking session, followed by a massage by Racquel. It was amazing!! Can't wait to repeat it! First Massage in almost 20 years. Scheduling was as easy as clicking a mouse. My back, neck, and shoulders have been a proverbial bog of stress and after having enough, I checked yelp for a good service provider in the Campbell area. The first available date/time for a deep tissue massage happened to be with Lori, so in I went today for a 45 minute session. It was definitely helpful. Lori was considerate and always checking to make sure I was doing ok. She'd ask about various trouble spots and really knows her way around to so many of the problem areas on an aging back. I left the appointment with a pleasant lightness in my brain and as the day progressed, I've seen increased mobility in areas where I was sure I'd never move again. I'm definitely going to be going back. Maybe once every couple of weeks or once a month, but making this appointment was something I should have done long ago, and I'm very glad I made it here. read more

5 stars for me is pretty hard to come by. Look at all my other reviews, and you'll see. I have come here and have seen Racquel. Scheduling online was a breeze, parking was easy, the rates were comparable to others in the area, and she was one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. She was personable, easy to talk to, and I felt immediately comfortable with her. In fact, my massage with her was so wonderful, I haven't needed to come back as frequently for massages, like I have in the past. More than just a massage therapist, she is knowledgeable about the body and how everything works. She is able to manipulate muscles and nerves and who knows what else, just tell her your ailment. She helped take care of some neck pain I was having, and also some chronic carpal tunnel pain I was having. She gave me good tips for exercises I could do at home for my ailments, as well. Who does that nowadays? She appeared to enjoy what she does, and was very focused on my well-being. Was it a spa-like and relaxing massage? Maybe not. At least for my needs, it wasn't. I would say it was more of a sports massage, so you won't find scented linens and candles here. I think there is some soft relaxing music playing, if I can remember. But it was just what my body needed. And when it needs it again, I'll be going back! read more

The last time I came here I had Laura, who is the sweetest most relaxing person to meet. I first went to Body Therapy Services several months ago for a prenatal massage. I picked them because they give a Kaiser discount!! A 60 minute massage is only $45 and you can add on increments of 15 minutes for just $11.25!! When I made my appointment online I didn't know which massage therapist to use and I randomly got Vanessa. I must say, she is Ah-mazing!! I've had plenty of massages before and several prenatal ones too and she is absolutely the best! Vanessa was able to relieve knots that I didn't even know I had. And what's great is that I didn't have to lay in one of those massage tables with the hole in it for the prego belly. Those can get rather uncomfortable. Instead, she had me lay on my side, left side at first and for the majority of the time, then I turned over onto my right side. Very relaxing, very affordable (especially if you have Kaiser), and very addicting. Now that I'm 37 weeks pregnant, I go see Vanessa every other week! read more

This is my first yelp review. I like the online scheduling thing since it is so convenient where you dont have to call to make the appointment. You put the date you want and they show you available masseuses and time slots for that day. Great, I love technology. My appointment was with Kaitlyn for 60min insurance discounted massage and she was great. She worked wonders on my sore upper back and shoulders. She did different stretching moves to help with the soreness and she focused on the affected area as I told her. Definitely coming back again. read more

This an long overdue review for Kaitlyn Murphy - the best massage therapist ever :) ...and I've had my share of massage therapists I've been seeing Kaitlyn regularly for about 2 years now and she never dissapoints. She always starts with asking what areas are in need of attention. When there are areas, she really hones in on those areas, while still giving a good amount of time to the other areas that don't as much attention. Kaitlyn uses an wide range of massage techniques for the different areas and I always feel the great results afterwards. When it is just a relaxing massage with no specific needs, I just melt on the table. In the winter or cooler days, I just love the heated massage table. It's the icing on the cake! And the online scheduling is great too because you can see the therapist's openings and just click on the day/time that fits your schedule. i bought a deal on trubates.com for a "One-Hour Dermalogica Facial with Hand Repair Treatment" with Jane Germain. scheduling was quick and easy, go to the website and book the appt. i hadn't gotten a facial in several years, but since my wedding was the following week, it was recommended that i get a facial so that i could look my best for the big day. jane was amazing, from the minute i walked in until the minute i left, very professional and super attentive. i was greeted with some water, then she did a brief consultation with me about my skin and daily cleansing routine. she then proceeded to clean my face, exfoliate, steam, extract, mask, clean, and moisturise. with each step, she carefully explained what she was doing and what effects i might feel, if any. i also received a shoulder and upper back massage, which was very soothing. there was also a hand treatment w/massage which left my hands and fingers feeling relaxed. overall, just a terrific experience, and i left with glowing skin! the glowing look and feel of my face continued throughout the week and into my wedding day, so i was very pleased. i highly recommend going to see her as she'll work magic on your face! read more

Hot Stone Massage...with Aromatherapy! I had it done a few days ago with Lori R. and let me tell you- I've had hot stone many times and in many places.... and this one tops the charts! Lori also asked me if I had any areas to avoid or focus on which is always a true sign of great work! I've been seeing Lori Robinson for over a year for deep tissue massage. I needed massage therapy for a real bad carpal tunnel pain in my arm. After four sessions the pain was significantly reduced to the point that it doesn't keep me awake at night. I continue to visit Lori every month for preventative health. Lori is very intuitive to what area of your body to focus on and how much pressure to apply. The work she has performed on me is not for the timid. Lori has strong arms and fingers and sometimes I'll will come out sore (in a good way), but you can definitely tell her to ease the pressure during the session. Your comfort is her priority. I have visited the other massage therapists at Body Therapy and they are fantastic too. Because I've had excellent results with Lori for my pain, she is my preferred therapist. Kaitlyn is AMAZING!!! As a runner and a waitress, I've visited a lot of massage therapists in my time. Kaitlyn is by far the best of them all. I first saw kaitlyn because I had a sudden onset of tinnitus relapse. My neck/shoulder was so tight it actually impaired my hearing in one ear, not to mention hurt. An hour-long massage, then a couple of hours later, pain and tension were gone, and the tinnitus had subsided. Yay. Since then, I've been back several times regularly for normal aches associated with working in Silicon Valley and staying active. She's not your typical massage therapist with a set "routine", she adapts the session based on what areas need more attention and varies the pressure/technique to get results. She truly cares about the well being of her patients and is an effective therapist. A great, but somewhat rare, combination in my opinion. Very professional, therapeutic massage. This is not a "spa" massage, but a real, work-that-knot-out-even-if-it-hurts massage. I have had sessions with Laura, Raquel and Vanessa, and while all have different styles, I always leave feeling great, and taller somehow.... For the past year, I've been seeing Laura at BTS for a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, and craniosacral massage therapy. Laura possesses a rare combination of infinite strength and immeasurable grace. She listens intently to my often scattered and tangential interpretation of how my body is feeling and proceeds to tailor my massage in such a way as to suggest that she is not only a masterful healer, but also a mind reader. Selfishly, I'm afraid that by reviewing her services she'll become perpetually booked and I'll never get in for another massage. Kaitlyn was the first (and only) massage therapist to get the pressure right with the first try - not too rough for a deep tissue massage, yet firm enough that it worked out the tension in my shoulders. Body Therapy Services offers many types of massage. I've had swedish, hot stone, cup and crainiosacral. Most of my massages have been with Lori and Laura. They both use Reiki, as needed. This place is the best place I've been for for deep tissue massage. I have Lori work on my shoulder and back and she does a great job. She's very knowledgeable and technical. It's probably the reason why I can play guitar without pain again. It's 85 for a session, which is high for me but well worth it. It adds up if you decide to go weekly but she actually recommends 3 weeks or so for deep tissue. Highly recommended! read more

I am very happy with all of the services I have had done that are provided here. First, Jane for a facial. I have super sensitive skin, and she is the only person who has ever waxed my eyebrows without them ending up red and puffy. My skin looked and felt great. And I was completely relaxed throughout the entire process. I recently visited Racquel for a prenatal massage, and it was amazing. I didn't realize just how interestingly my body was trying to balance itself until Racquel got everything back to where it should be. She also taught me some stretches to assist with muscle tightness. I wasn't sure if I could get completely comfortable during a prenatal massage, but she made it happen. Just go. You can thank me later. Also note that many of the therapists offer discounted rates for those who have massage therapy covered by insurance (say, Kaiser). She is very versatile and combines craniosacral, Swedish, and deep tissue techniques. My aches and pains magically disappear after a session with her, and I feel so relaxed. EVERY FACIAL IS $60, so depending on the type of skin you have, the facial is tailored specifically for your skin. I had the anti-aging facial and I really enjoyed all the Dermalogica products that Jane used on my skin. She was very informative during the facial about the products she was using and mentioned their benefits and ingredients, yet not pushy at all. The heated bed, incredible shoulder massage and warm towels had me relaxed in no time. The time passed all too quickly. I scheduled facials for myself and my daughter last weekend and it was such a treat! The location of Body Therapy Services was very easy to find, and the street was nice and quiet. Jane was very professional and kind, and her room offered a perfect, relaxing environment for us. Jane's facial was wonderful! She really took the time to evaluate my skin and offer recommendations for my sun spots and aging areas. She explained each step of the way. I was so happy with the facial, and all her products are amazing. My daughter's skin tends to be normal/oily and Jane took the time to show her techniques on how to wash her face, and sent her home with a Dermalogica starter kit to test out some really great products for her face.
