I love the way they remodeled this place and Janney is still my masseuse of choice because she is super strong and listens to what really hurts. I'm sure there are other therapists but I followed Janney from her last location so it's really a blessing that she started this place with her family. She comes from a lineage of massage therapists who also own different Bay Area Thai massage spots so it runs in the family and is definitely something that comes so naturally for her! Though parking is a bit of a challenge, it's not bad considering the price and quality. The rooms are nice and all materials are always clean from my experience. Lisa was great! She is a sweet lady and makes sure you are comfortable despite limited English. She was thorough with areas where I asked for special attention​. I got the traditional Thai massage for 60 minutes; she covered a lot in that amount of time. She also used a tool to work briefly some knots on my feet without me asking; that was kind of ticklish but nice. They do give you the pajama pants. I did wish they gave you a top for modesty toward the end of the massage as they do stretch your back and chest, but it was not a deal-breaker.​ I did not make an appointment online, but called the listed phone number. Someone immediately returned my call and booked it only 30 minutes out from the phone call, quickly accommodating me. Very professional and kind staff. This was my first time here. It is beautifully decorated. I had a massage from Jenny.. I I had been hurting in my low back, legs and feet. And I got the Thai Aroma massage. It was pure heaven! About halfway through my massage I felt so much better. My pain was gone and i had full mobility. Thai style massage is so much better than a regular massage. This place change ownership. It's nothing like it use to be . The new owners relaying on old good reviews that keep bringing new customers to find out it's anything but a massage place. They have no idea what they are doing they have no professional masseuse that know what they are doing . This place was old school Thai massage that even though it was old and dated but they kept it clean and professional- not anymore , the place smell and while you are getting a massage you can hear the receptionist dealing and negotiating prices and type of services provided since ifs only a curtains walls between you mattress and the reception.- it's used to be so quiet and peaceful and it's not like that anymore, they have no respect to the cuswho are in treatments and you can learn all their practice while you see getting an amateur massage stepping on your back waiting for the hour massage to finish . None of them is actually Thai people that know they work . It's a very dirty place , smell like sweat and mold and there masseuse are from anywhere but Thailand. There management have no idea how to manage that business and they are relaying on their old reviews that keep bringing people in but will never come back ! I'm a 100 % sure they will close doors very soon once the secret will be out and their return customers will realise it's a different owner and different service people that preforming the service. I had a 10 massages package and after using 6 out of the 10 massages they informed me that my package is expired. Apparently they have a 12 month expiration ( that they never disclosed with me ) I was surprised to know that the new owners bought out the old owners and the new owners won't honour the balance treatments I have left to use. If I could get credit on the treatments that have left I would take it and not do anymore treatments there since the quality is not there anymore but since I understand how businesses works I thought I can only somehow used that treatments I have left and get over it and then they called to say my package is expired now. I'm not acting out of revenge- I just think everybody needs to know that that's how they are operating now and this is how they treat their customers and if you still feel you can go there - good for you . I had been going many years to Siwaree Thai Spa. I found that it benefited a hip and muscle imbalance that I have on one side. I had always received good therapeutic massages there, but, when I finally made my way to an experienced licensed massage therapist (and personal trainer) named Pearl, it went from good to outstanding. The business has recently changed hands at the same location. There have been changes to the staff. If you can get Pearl Garrett, or locate her elsewhere, that would be my strongest recommendation. Otherwise, you'll have to take your chances there, or elsewhere. She is a Pearl of great value. Good luck. read more
