The Spark Pilates Reformer classes have provided positive results that I've never experienced before. My body is becoming more toned, flexible and strong. Even my husband has been noticing the positive improvements. The Spark Pilates instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I started with 3 private sessions to learn how to use the reformer. Spark Pilates also offers Barre and Pilates mat classes. As a working professional with a career that requires weekly travel, I average 3 classes a week with excellent results. I would suggest Spark Pilates to my friends and family.
