The very first time I came here was amazing. Mariam was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. But, I'm giving this review strictly on my experience this last time. It was my husband's birthday so I booked a couple's massage, 90 minutes, with Minja and Cindy. My husband said Cindy did a great job but Minaj was terrible. First of all, we started 9 minutes after our scheduled appointment, even though we came early. They also finished 7 minutes before the ending time. Minja used her elbows for a good half hour and nothing else. I asked her if she can massage me with her hands, as opposed to her elbows. I wasn't sure if she did not understand, but she began using the tips of her fingers, as if she did not want to get her hands oily. I stopped her AGAIN and let her know to use her hands but she continued to stab me with her sharp finger nails. She was literally digging into my skin. I kept quiet for the rest of the massage because I did not want to keep interrupting my husband's, after all, we were there for his birthday. The room was freezing, my bed was not warm, and I did not receive a cloth placed over my eyes when we turned on our backs. The massage was terrible and extremely overpriced for the lack of service received. I spent over $225 when I could have easily spent $40 on a Groupon and received better service than this. read more

I found this place last year and so far satisfied with the services among other salons. Super clean and friendly staff. Packages are bit pricey. Few things which I have noticed and would like to mention here. The details over website for each package is tempting but when it comes to the service (specially facial) I have experienced different than described. Even though I have booked different packages I found same steps/procedure for each visit but not the charges. For the micro Derma abrasion treatment The extraction machine should be repaired or changed as the suction is not powerful at all. Blackhead extraction is not always up to the mark at least for me. The Steamer (always covers one side of the face the position should be right or angled properly to provide equal steam to the full face). I had a great appointment yesterday for a custom massage. My neck has been hurting for a couple weeks and I had this nice gift card from my friend. So I decided to call and was greeted and told that my certificate can be used for the total massage and tip. When I arrived it was in a nice little parking lot and nice little building and right when you walk in you hear the sounds of water and soothing music. There's also a little water fountain in the front. It just made my tight shoulders already feel a little better. I met Anna the massage therapist she asked me what kind of issues if I had any so she can focus more on those parts. She had me lay on a nice heated bed which was great because it has gotten a lot colder temperature so I was very comfortable/ I wore a mask and also she had on a mask the whole time in case you are concerned about that. She did focus on my neck a lot but she also did my back, arms legs, shoulders feet and head it felt amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure to get all the knots out of my back and released the tension from my neck. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep but I didn't want to sleep I wanted to enjoy the massage and get more relaxed. I went home a new woman. I was ready to go home and sleep! I drank a lot of water because Anna told me that would help with my muscles. It's the next day and I can honestly say I feel so relaxed and no tension after a good nights rest. BodyCentre Fullerton came highly recommended by a new friend who said that the rates and service were amazing. I planned to treat myself to a foot massage for my aching feet and saw an offer for February for a massage at an awesome price but I needed the service the same day. The website said walk ins welcome so I went to the bank and drove by and walked in to a wonderful woman at the front desk whom I believe was the owner. I filled out a simple form and she said she had availability right at that moment since I was ready and it was late in the day 3:30 but she had a therapist named Minja help me. Minja was amazing and I am not raving about her due to he euphoria but seriously she eased all my tenison from my neck, back and shoulders that I didn't even know I had. She was able to crack my back with some amazing stretches with the back therapy add on for free that eased the tension instantly and added the hot stones also for no charge so I could have an exceptional experience. The foot massage with foot scrub was nice and helped my feet relax since my weekday job keeps me on my feet 10-12 hours a day so my feet felt great when I had to wear my heavy work boots again after my massage. Overall this was an exceptional experience and their regular prices are amazing so I will be back as a regular customer because the service is exceptional for the prices and then you can tip the therapist even nicer! When I want an inexpensive massage, I usually think to come here. I'm not a first timer but my experiences are not getting more positive. About 2 months ago I booked a 2 hour massage (and used the online discount). The experience was just ok, but I guess I forgot it was mediocre and tried them again. Last Saturday I booked another 2 hour massage for 3:45. When I arrived at 3:30, they said they were running late and they moved me to 4. Sure, no problem, things happen, right? It still irked me that they could have offered an upgrade like free hot rocks or something for inconveniencing me. What bothered me was my therapist was sick.. like she had a frigging cold or allergies. She kept sniffling, and would stop every few minutes to wipe her nose. I really should have stopped the session and asked for a "healthy" thereapist. I wasn't sure if she used anti bacterial after she used the tissue. Then midway in the first hour, she started having a coughing fit. She stopped midway while I was face down and left the room, hacking away. She left for a good 5-10 minutes, and never once apologized for leaving me. Mentally I thought, ok, she owes me +5 minutes. When my session was done, I looked immediately at the clock. It said 5:50. Not only was I cheated for my missing time, my session was not a full 2 hours. Twice I tried this place for a 2 hour massage. I need to keep it to 50 minutes (they're not really 1 hour here) or just remember that its not a "true" spa, but just a massage joint. ************************************************** Update: I received an email from the owner. She apologized for what happened to me. I responded by saying her therapist needs to stay home and get well. The therapist needs to put the clients well being first. I hope that the therapist will see this yelp review, and stay home and get better! I'm still leaving this as a 1 star yelp review. My wife had gotten me a gift certificate to BodyCentre for my birthday. My back had been bothering me a lot lately so it was a very welcome gift. So I went online and scheduled and appointment with Natali at 3 p.m. on Saturday for a massage. I arrived at 2:45 and BodyCentre was pretty busy. I checked in for my appointment and took a seat in the waiting room. I could have fallen asleep in the waiting room. It was so calming and peaceful. A little before 3, Natal greeted me and took me to the massage room. The room itself was dimly lit and very peaceful. However, it was a little too warm for me. Natali let me know ahead of time, so it didn't bother me too much. I have had massages in the past, but nothing like the one I received from Natali. Prior to the massage starting, we discussed the issues I was having with my back. Natali was great at focusing on my back during the entire massage. So much so, I started to fall asleep. After the massage was over, Natali gave me some tips on what I could do at home to help with my back issues. Parking and the entrance are in the rear of the building. BodyCentre's website is easy to navigate and it was super easy to book my appointment. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at BodyCentre and will be returning on a more regular basis. My masseuse was awesome. I don't quite remember her name. She made sure to ask me if the pressure was ok throughout the massage. With the couples massage, you get to choose a customized massage and you are side by side in the same room. Time flew by when you're relaxed. They play soothing acoustics in the background to add to the whole effect. I can get use to this on a monthly basis. My entire body feels great and I don't have anymore tension in my neck region. She really loosened up all the tight muscles. They will give you a glass of water at the end of the massage.
