I'm very disappointed with the service. I reserved a 50 minute deep tissue massage for 2/28/19 for my boyfriend who's been experiencing tension with the masseuse Minja. Shortly after his appointment started I get a call from my boyfriend telling me that Minja said she would only massage him for 15 mins. Of course my boyfriend was confused and requested that she at least give him a total of 30 minutes. He didn't realize I booked a 50 minute session at that time. I'm confused as to why she only wanted to massage him for 15 minutes and why did he have to negotiate with her to get 3o minutes?? She also stated "next time I'll give you 50 minutes and 10% off". It just doesnt make sense, there goes my boyfriend looking forward to relax and Minja states she could only do 15 minutes. read more

I received a gift certificate for this location. I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and myself. It was just what the doctor ordered. We had one room, side by side, 60 minute stone massages! What a perfect setting. We both agreed the pressure precision was on point. We loved that Liz and Mariam only talked to us when they wanted to be sure everything was going well. I do not know how anyone could give the BodyCentre a bad review, but I think it must have been that they did not explain to the therapist what they wanted or they did not read the cancellation policy. I have been coming to the BodyCentre for over 10 years and the reason I have stayed loyal to them is the outstanding service. I hate to give the name for my therapist, but she deserves the praise. I go to Olga for deep tissue massage. She has helped me so much when I have had neck and shoulder problems. I tend to hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and she works miracles with her hands. She is a great woman to talk to and truly cares for her clients. I also have used their esthetician services and I have had great results with Cindy. She has extremely gentle hands and you can barely feel it when she performs extractions. I have had some facials before that have left marks from the extractions or have not really produced results, but I have had great results with Cindy. read more

I got the deep pressure massage and it was what dreams are made of. Olga's pressure was very strong but not uncomfortable. My husband and I have been here a couple of times and were starting a 90 minute Valentine's couples massage tradition in addition to any "just because" visits we need here and there... Let me start from the beginning and how the review could have stayed positive but it takes one bad visit to ruin things for me and it goes south really quick for me... My first visit there was because I had been in a horrific accident that left me dealing with a lot of stress and physical pain. My wonderful husband wanted to bless me and set up a 60 minute massage just for me. I arrive and my first impression was that the place had a calm and peaceful feel to it as soon as you walk in, but then you are greeted by the young woman at the front desk (I am huge on reading body language) and felt like she was cold, lacked a welcoming spark and kind of has a "whatever attitude" look to her, BUT I quickly had to check myself because I myself, unfortunately have a RBF aka resting bitch face lol but I'm a blast once you get to know me... Anyway, lol that didn't keep me from enjoying my massage. So much so that I called hubby to thank him before going home and said, "you need to come with me next time! Let's do this more often!" Had I did the review back then, they would have gotten 5 stars from me but I forgot to do one. My bad. We came back and had a couples massage with facial included... All good, more visits, I'm horrible at remembering people's names so I can't say who's great and who isn't but this last time we were there for our 2021 90 minute Valentine's couples massage, I had the worst experience in my life when it comes to massages and this is how it all went downhill.. My hubby was greeted by DeeDee (I'll explain later why I now only remember her name lol) and I was greeted by someone that had a name and it starts with an "M"... She had a mask on and I couldn't make out her name... Anyway, they ask us what we want them to focus on and we tell them and proceed to change and get ready for them to start off our Valentine's day on the right foot. Well, here we go! I'm excited and dying to experience major stress and pain relief from this so I'm mentally pumped! My therapist starts off as they all usually do by relaxing your body with warm and relaxing strokes with some oils (which I requested that they both upgrade us to CBD oils). 10 minutes in I'm like, ok, start the real massage and work it! I bring it to her attention by kindly reminding her to focus on my shoulders, neck, shoulder blades and sciatic nerve. She continued doing what she wanted to do and I swear, I became a human slip and slide for her hands and her arm because she kept going back every couple of minutes to pump for more oil to lather me up like a fat pig that was about to get rotisseried. I kept taking deep breaths because I didn't want to ruin it for my husband. I kept looking up to see how he was doing and he seemed to be in another world so I sucked it up and kept trying to get my therapist to do what I needed her to do but she refused to give me what I wanted. When the nightmare was over for me and we got up to leave, my husband starts raving about DeeDee and how he was so impressed and didn't want her to stop. He was about to give her $50 tip and that just pissed me off even more (happy for him and loved that she took care of him but I was so upset that I was like, "Oh heck naw! She's not getting that much, quit playing! She gets $20!" Sorry DeeDee, my bad! Lol) He proceeds to ask me how my massage was? I say, "I'm so upset that I can't talk about it here or it's going to get ugly real quick!" He tried to give me to money to give her and I have him the look of death.. I'm not giving her a dime! They sure made their money with me today! You need to give DeeDee her money directly to her because I don't need her thinking she needs to split it with the other lady. I proceed to go pay for the "online deal" that said it came with something at the end of the visit and if what I went through wasn't bad enough, the gal that has no spunk to her at the front desk places a container that has 2 chocolate covered strawberries for us to share o.O... You mean to tell me that my close to $300 bill that we just forked over and I was screwed over for 90 minutes now gets me 2 freaking chocolate covered strawberries?! Last year was 5 nasty ass Godiva chocolate balls and I bit my tongue then but this.... This has thrown me over the edge! I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I got in my truck and received an email asking me about my experience and I answered before I could leave the lot! It is now going on over a week that has passed and I have yet to hear from them since they got an ear full in that survey. I'm extremely disappointed and will not return nor refer anyone to them at this time. read more

I booked a facial and feet combination package. My facial by esthetician was Aarti Bamola was the best I have ever had. She scrubbed and massaged my face for 60 minutes in a series of approximately seven levels of treatment. She also massaged and scrubbed my feet for 30 minutes all the while to "chill" type music. Afterwards my face was bright, clear and glowing. Even some of the under puffiness that I had been experiencing from travel and allergies were gone. I wanna start off this post by saying that the staff from BodyCentre Fullerton is top tier. I called on Monday regarding a concern my son had on his face, a large pimple who seemed to gain muscle over night. My son already having low self esteem couldn't bear having a big pimple in between his yes (forehead). I called the front desk regarding their advice and they mentioned they could take a look at the pimple to determine what they needed to do. Miriam had previously worked on my son, and I immediately remembered her name. She was amazing over the phone and I booked the 1 hour facial right away with her. She was very welcoming and paid attention to every detail and concern my son had. She worked on all extractions cleaned his face very well and even gave him a small massage. My son was amazed and his face was glowing. the pimple had shrunk and a few days later it was pretty much gone. My son wanted to know what miracle cream and products she used because his face is simply glowing.
