My husband and I came here for a 90 minute couples massage while in the area for another event and after our visit yesterday, we only wish this business were closer to us! I booked online after finding this place through a Yelp search, making it already very convenient. Missy and Coco were our massage therapists and both were wonderful! Even though she was hitting some spots that hurt, they needed it. She was very attentive to me when I was explaining my issues, and took care of all of them! Interestingly, I went to a lot of Chinese massage place where the massagers would tell me about the stiffness of my neck, but none of them did anything more to release it. I have been to BodyCentre in Fullerton on numerous occasions. Each has given me a special experience ranging from skin care, pregnancy massage, couples massage and relaxation massages to name a few. Upon entering I was greeted by the manager Chayla, who was very knowledgeable and informative in catering to my specific needs. She was able to point me to certain therapists that would suit exactly what I was looking for in my massages. The environment was extremely peaceful and very cleanly which I appreciate.. as well as the staff being very friendly. Each therapist I have had has been awesome.. with the latest Ive had an experience with being Chelsea. A very bright spirited woman that is very knowledgeable in her craft.. whether you enjoy a good conversation or just want complete silence shes a definite winner. I just had the most incredible deep pressure massage with Lani. I was in some serious discomfort for several weeks before booking an appointment online. I had researched and talked to others about deep tissue massage and the benefits and drawbacks. Finally, I pulled the trigger and I'm so glad that I chose Lani and the Body Centre. I am a regular client now, twice a month for the past 8 week. The staff is always friendly, and I am always able to book an appointment around my hectic schedule. On one occasion, Chelsea wasn't available, so I tried Olga. Now I have 2 awesome choices. How amazing! Got here ten minutes before my appointment with Miriam. She was wonderful and very well informed me regarding my skin concerns. I have always had bad skin and felt very bad about it until today she said hun you don't have bad skin, you just need to stay on top of cleansing and moisturizing! I booked for an enzyme facial but she recommended something else which I was definitely okay with since it was my first time getting a facial! I am more than definite I will be back she recommended once a month. I asked for cleansing and moisturizer recommendations which she had products for but didn't pressure to buy and I will do that go and purchase what she said and throw away all that was recommended for years by a dermatologist that never worked. I hope this will finally get me back to my skin I once loved. The prices are nothingness compared to fancy spas who wants your money and don't answer questions. read more

I've had several massages at the BodyCentre in Anaheim Hills, and they've always been great. Today (June 6, 2015, at 3:00 p.m.) I got a one-hour back, neck, and shoulder massage at the Fullerton location, and it was extremely disappointing. The therapist just did a lot of very small and slow circular motion on the joints or whatever. It was very slow and light pressue, at times it seemed like nothing was happening, at times it was a little uncomfortable, i.e. skin rolling. She used hardly any lotion; in fact, I asked her 4-5 times to use more lotion. (I've never had to tell a massage therapist to do this on any other occasion.) I could tell this was going to be a dud massage because she was going so slow and hardly doing anything from the start. I asked her if she was doing a deep tissue or something because she was going so slow and rubbing very particular points. She spent way too much time on the first side, going slow, with minimal impact. When I glanced at the clock on the wall, 20 minutes had gone by and she was still doing the same BS on the right side. At one point, I flat out asked her to just rub my trapezius muscles by my neck. I've gotten lots of massages and I can always tell the basic rhythm and flow or order the therapist follows. This was not like any other massage I've gotten and my neck and shoulders feel no better than when I came in. On almost every other massage I've ever had at the BodyCentre and other establishments, I always feel better and releaved afterwards. This was not the case at all. And then when I went to the counter to pay, she kept asking me how I felt, etc. I didn't say much. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. She could tell I was upset and kept pressing me to say something. I finally told her it was disappointing and I felt no better. She then said "Well, you should have spoken up during the massage." I thought I'd said enough during the massage. (She seemed kind of clueless to body cues, e.g. when the skin rolling hurt, I would say "ouch" and pull away, and she kept doing it. I had to tell her to stop and she seemed annoyed that I didn't like it. This happened a few times, and I did say "ow" and she kept doing it even when I pulled away.) I kept looking at the receptionist, waiting for her to give me the bill, but she kept her head down and wouldn't make eye contact with me. The therapist finally said in an irritated voice, "Just don't charge her" so I just threw my wallet in my purse and walked out. read more
