My husband is not a fan of medical procedures and so I was surprised when he reported that things went beautifully. I made the appointment for him and the staff picked up on the second ring. I can't recall whom I spoke with but she was patient and addressed all questions. She told me what to expect step by step and offered several different appointments that worked with his schedule. I'm in the medical field myself and know good service. I was confident they would take good care of him and they did! My husband had a tech named Shannon. He didn't get her last name but said she had previously been a tech at Cherry Hill and chose to move to Radia since it's close to her house. He said that they were short staffed (according to some lady in the waiting area) but Shannon never rushed him or seemed preoccupied. He said his wait was less than 10 minutes. Shannon was funny and treated him like an old friend. He notes that she was confident in her approach and when she walked him out, another patient came up to insist that Shannon do her imaging. It's a testament to how good they are if Radia was able to convince Shannon to move to this clinic from a hospital! If management reads this please let Shannon know that we appreciate her and will never go elsewhere! My husband said Radia was clean and organized. Unlike some patients, we had absolutely no problems with billing. They promptly billed our insurance and when we received our EOB (explanation of benefits) we were surprised at how much less it was than had we gone to Swedish Medical Center. We promptly paid the bill that arrived a month after our EOB and have never had a problem. If you need to have imaging done, I highly recommend Shannon. I seriously almost sent her flowers. She helped my stubborn husband and that deserves 5 stars!!!!!

I was hoping for a different outcome but I have to respect their honesty. In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

I was told that I "looked fine" and advised to continue using the same topical medication, despite my concerns. My visit was also incorrectly documented with appointment notes about whiplash, a condition I never reported or had. After following their guidance, my condition got significantly worse to the point I couldn't open my eye and had to seek care elsewhere. Another provider immediately told me to stop the medication and prescribed a different treatment that worked almost overnight. I formally contested both the care and the incorrect documentation, but their medical review team still determined that everything was "appropriate" and refused to adjust the charge. I will never go back and cannot recommend them.

This is where I go for my primary care doctor. I also sometimes pick up prescriptions and get labs…read moredone here. The parking lot usually is pretty full, but I've never seen it completely full. And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.

This is the failure of the facility and the staff. Why should this be the patient's responsibility as an aid to help the situation? It should not! That means the staff failed to offer all that could have been done. Quality of care could have been better. Patients, speak up for yourself. The staff either does not care or they are ignorant. Either way better care could have and should have been provided.

A couple of them didn't have any identification (my name) and they weren't even stapled together. I filled them out and sat down. At 10:36 I was told they were running late and it would be ten more minutes. At 10:48 I went back to the counter where the two girls were having a personal conversation and ignored me. I broke in and asked what was causing the delay. One of them said there was a problem with the patient, said she would check to see how things were going. In a few minutes, she returned and said very perkily, "OK, here" and handed me something which I thought might be a medical I.D. It was a Starbucks gift card! Then the other girl opened the door to the back room, stood in the doorway and looked back and forth between me and whatever was back there. Then I heard "I'd like to say five more minutes, but . . ." Next I was told to come to the back and ended up in another waiting room. A woman was sitting there, so I asked her if things were always this unorganized. She told me she had brought her grandson in to have his left leg x-rayed and they wanted to x-ray the right leg instead. That was all I needed to hear and I left immediately. Beware! Their answering machine says they do them from 9-3 and are closed from 12-1 for lunch. I told her they should put that on the answering machine since I drove all that way.
