Four stars for the technician who performed my ultrasound today. The front desk, maybe 3. Approximately 6+ of us in lobby (small area, so we can hear everything) and the three front desk ladies spent the majority of the time, ragging about a coworker not scanning the amount they feel she should. It was tacky, very tacky and unprofessional. The lobby and back area was very "Christmassy" which was cute. So many offices nowadays do nothing. That was a nice surprise. read more

I am not one to leave reviews in general but after consulting with two surgeons and bringing my MRI images from this company... both surgeons commented how the quality was very poor and suggested I never use them again. I should have know from how rushed and inpatient the tech was after giving me scrubs to change into that were 2 sizes two small. Then when asked if I could change in the bathroom he said he'd just close the blinds. These images are very important to surgeons who need an accurate diagnoses for surgery. Don't use Swedish Radia imaging in Edmonds. read more

Having said that, I feel unsatisfied by the experience with the one or two ladies at the front desk. They were asking personal questions, personal implies unto the person. Sarah was wonderful as the technician and made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. I was very impressed with her demeanor and kindness as well as her professionalism. I'd definitely choose to go back if I need to in the future. I have MS so I spend an awful lot of time in an MRI machine. In the past, I've just settled for whatever imaging center the doctor recommends. I've reached a point, though, where I insist on Radia. The office staff is kind and helpful. The MRI techs are outgoing and appreciative of how difficult it can be on someone to spend time in a tiny tube that's very loud. The fact that they're open after hours means I don't have to take time off of work to go. Getting an MRI is never fun. I've had roughly a dozen of them in about 5 different facilities. If you've gotta get it done, though, Radia's a great place to do it. read more

I love this place and I've never even been a patient here. My husband was referred here months ago (I should have given my review long ago). My husband is not a fan of medical procedures and so I was surprised when he reported that things went beautifully. I made the appointment for him and the staff picked up on the second ring. I can't recall whom I spoke with but she was patient and addressed all questions. She told me what to expect step by step and offered several different appointments that worked with his schedule. I'm in the medical field myself and know good service. I was confident they would take good care of him and they did! My husband had a tech named Shannon. He didn't get her last name but said she had previously been a tech at Cherry Hill and chose to move to Radia since it's close to her house. He said that they were short staffed (according to some lady in the waiting area) but Shannon never rushed him or seemed preoccupied. He said his wait was less than 10 minutes. Shannon was funny and treated him like an old friend. He notes that she was confident in her approach and when she walked him out, another patient came up to insist that Shannon do her imaging. It's a testament to how good they are if Radia was able to convince Shannon to move to this clinic from a hospital! If management reads this please let Shannon know that we appreciate her and will never go elsewhere! My husband said Radia was clean and organized. Unlike some patients, we had absolutely no problems with billing. They promptly billed our insurance and when we received our EOB (explanation of benefits) we were surprised at how much less it was than had we gone to Swedish Medical Center. We promptly paid the bill that arrived a month after our EOB and have never had a problem. If you need to have imaging done, I highly recommend Shannon. I seriously almost sent her flowers. She helped my stubborn husband and that deserves 5 stars!!!!! read more

This company seems vigorously determined to evade your efforts to pay them at all costs. I have phoned them 4 times, and given them insurance details twice. How difficult could it possibly be to accept insurance information? More difficult than I had ever imagined possible. Their modus operandi is as follows: 1) You to tell them information over the the phone. 2) They tell you everything is fine. 3) They send you a bill weeks later saying you haven't paid them. 4) You start again at step 1. This infinite loop of time-wasting presumably terminates when the four horsemen of the apocalypse ride down from the heavens. However the operator informed me that they could not confirm nor deny whether this was the case. read more

The days of my scans were fine; the staff were kind and efficient; if I were only rating the techs, I would give five stars. However, six months after my scans, I am still fighting with Radia's billing department. Last week, I gave them my correct insurance information for the SIXTEENTH time. FIFTEEN times now, they have billed the wrong insurance, which, of course, comes back as denied. Each time I get a bill from Radia, I call to ask what address they billed to and, sure enough, it's always the wrong one. I ask to talk to supervisors, I file complaints ... nothing helps. I should add that, on the date of service, the front desk made scans of my insurance card; I have since then emailed photos of my insurance card to Radia's billing department four times ... and they still bill the wrong address. For this alone, I will never, ever go there again and I will caution everyone I know to avoid them, as well. read more

I'm not sure if the billing department is more evil or incompetent. Evil or Incompetent Evil or Incompetent or Evil or Incompetent or Evil or Incompetent...? Man I don't know..that's a really tough call. Sometimes reps hang up on you, sometimes they give you fax numbers that don't exist, sometimes they turn your account over to collections weeks before they said they would; but you can always always count on the next person you speak with to tell you that everything that the last person you spoke to told you was wrong. I can not for the life of me understand why Swedish would have any affiliation with this company. You're better than that Swedish. Know your worth. read more

I had a cervical mri just last week. My appointment was made within a few days of calling. Which surprised me, my last mri (at another location) took 4 weeks to get in. When I arrived I was taken back within 10 minutes. The tech were courteous and neat. They explained things as we went along. I and to have a shunt for later dye injection. It was quick and painless as can be expected. I was then taken into the MRI room. Everything was explained. I was offered headphones and a choice of music or earplugs. I opted for headphones. The tech explained the time of each step (there were 6 of various lengths). When it was all completed, I was taken back to the changing area and got ready to go. All in all it was a very good experience. I received my results in 2 days. I'm very pleased with the way this all went! read more

Billing is horrible. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing who is providing the radiology services when they are done. I would never use Swedish Radia willingly. Literally every time they do our radiology, we are never sent a bill. I mean ever. The first we hear about any outstanding debt is from their collections agency with no date of service just an amount. Thus begins the hour long phone calls to the insurance provider who very helpfully informs us when claims were paid and to Swedish radia who are shady af! This last collections bill? From 2014 which we paid when they sent the collections notice in 2015 and from June of this year which our insurance sent a check for that they just never bothered to cash. Angry doesn't even begin to cover it.... read more

I had a poor experience with this imaging center for my detailed anatomy scan. The technician didn't orient us with the procedure and was mostly quiet during the procedure. We didn't even have the complete copy of all the images she took. She rushed towards the latter part of the scan too. Worst case is when I called their center to get a copy of the gender image, the receptionist said it wasn't part of the service which I thought was ridiculous and just an excuse to protect their center. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The billing department has the worst, unhelpful, rude, incompetent, and evil representatives. They do not care about their customers/patients. They claimed that they sent me 2 bills which I have never received. The only noticed that I received from them was a letter that my bill was being sent to collection agency. Moreover, I was charged for a full charge because the billing department sent a wrong code to my insurance company. MY BILL WAS ABOUT $300 WITHOUT MY INSURANCE AND I COULD HAVE PAID IT RIGHT AWAY IF THEY HAD SENT ME THE BILL IN THE FIRST PLACE NOT THE NOTICE FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY. CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT? DO IT RIGHT. read more

Risking months of a billing nightmare from this greedy company is not worth ANY service that they provide! They use a billing company from Indiana and only provide two ways to make payments, neither of which give you a receipt or any proof that the bill has been paid! They pretend to input your insurance information, but do not, and keep sending you bills. They rush to send your account to an even dirtier collection agency out of Renton, and no matter when or what you pay, they keep calling you! Avoid like the plague!!! read more

Absolutely the most god awful billing department I have ever dealt with. I don't like that I had to even give them one star. They claim they sent me 3 bills for services rendered yet I never received even one. The only notice I got was when they sent it to pre collections. I asked to be given copies of the statements they supposedly sent yet they could not provide me duplicate copies. That is because they were never generated yet they claim it is because it is company policy to not provide duplicate copies. They said "they were sent because we have your correct address" REALLY? That does not mean diddly that you have my correct address. Especially when they can't even provide proof they generated statements. I spoke with India first who was rude and all she could do was talk over me. Plus she continued to give me bad information which was later determined when I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor Suzanna was basically just as bad and told me I just had to complain to corporate in writing about the fact that I could not request duplicate copies of the bills...but even if I did that I would not be able to get copies of the bills. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous that they can send someone to pre collections but cannot provide proof they ever sent a bill in the first place. read more

Went there for a colonography. In the middle of procedure I broke out in a sweat, began gagging & vomited bile. The nurse/technicians kept apologizing, kept me inform of how much longer, brought me wet towels, kept checking my BP and oxygen levels. They were so caring and kept apologizing - don't know why as it wasn't them, just my body reacting to stress. Place is very clean & I could not have asked for better people. read more
