The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

Tow truck was expensive (another company), but I was grateful it was available and arrived quickly. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business. Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.

On the 4th one I was told it WOULD crack and was not covered by a warranty. And yes, it did after about a year. We were going to Canada (20190719 - Friday) and wanted to have either the frame/windshield replaced, or at least the windshield prior to going. I contacted A Touch of Class and they immediately provided me with a quote for a replacement of both, and then contacted me to drop off the vehicle on 0715 - Monday. On Wednesday they notified me that the job was complete and ready for pickup. (Every summer we take the side windows out - we have full doors - and roll up the back window. It stays that way until fall. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting outside with the entire back end wrapped in plastic - just in case it rained!) The new frame (and hinges) looked amazing. So amazing, that the rest of the Jeep really looks like sh*t! My wife and I are already discussing other possible areas that could use their service. If you need work done, this is the place. They are courteous, fast, and do an amazing job.

After waiting a week for it I picked it up and saw that the hood looked ok but, later on noticed when the sun was shining on it from a certain angle, that both sides of the car were covered in swirl marks from the buffing wheel. I dropped off my car to Mario and he said no problem to fix and paint my bumpers and fix a spot on my roof. they cut my windshield seal and the paint is bubbling everywhere they touched. there is silver paint coming thru the blue the bumper don't line up. they did not install the parts I provided or the bumper reinforcement for the rear bumper. not only that my car does not run right after getting it back from them twice. I have had it at 3 different shops trying to figure out what they did but still nothing. to anyone considering this place please do your research. I was better off driving it crashed like I did for a year before I had it fixed. it's a complete loss at this point and I'm thinking about scrapping it now. and on top of all of that. I reset my mileage on my way to his shop and had 2.6 miles on the odometer. picked it up to over 29 miles. smh this is a complete waste of $1500
