I came home to find my garage completely flooded with water shooting out of my water heater. I wasn't sure if I could find anyone to come replace it same day since it was later in the afternoon. Bogart did an excellent job repairing a hot water line leak. His electronic leak detection identified the leak under slab in the kitchen which would have been a nightmare to directly repair. Instead he canceled that line and rerouted water using a hot water return line that was no longer in use. This saved me thousands in repair and avoided breaking the slab, flooring, and island. Amazing service. 5 stars! On Christmas day my wife had to call a plumber to get service after a report from tenant about water heater not heating. Who would pick up the call on Christmas day? Bogart did. He was kind to offer help over the phone after my wife explained the issue. Bogart suggested to have the tenant call him and he would work him through the lighting the pilot, and he did, the heater started working within no time. I called Bogart Plumbing to have a slab leak detected and repaired. Within one hour Bogart and Ernie were at my house. They found two leaks going to two different areas of the house!! They identified where they were and how to re-route them. They explained and showed me the leaks and the evidence of the leakage. After noticing ceiling leak under my 2nd floor bathroom shower last night, I sent out quotes to multiple servicers on yelp. Of all 5 companies that got back to me quickly, I selected 1 other company based on awesome yelp reviews who came out within couple of hours to take a look. Without much inspection, the guy quoted me $1300 to fix the entire shower. Bogart responded quickly as well so I decided to get his second opinion. He spoke to me and collected pictures by phone at 9pm last night. He came out today at 11am with his son helper (+1 for good parenting). Bogart and son team were very respectful of my belongings, making sure to cover the entire area on the 1st floor. He got to work right away and gave me some possibilities on what may be the issue. He quoted me a fraction of what the other guy quoted me based on repairing the damage, not immediately jumping to replacing everything. Not only did he fixed the hole damage on the tub fill spout by replacing the pipe which could have been facilitated by breaking down the drywall behind the shower, he did everything from the front side the harder way to reduce headaches for me to restore the wall. I appreciated this. He swapped out my valve cartridge and caulked everything water tight. He got everything done in 2 hours that I thought would've taken days to get done. This is the best laborers experience in my lifetime. We had called several big name plumbing companies with larger amount of positive reviews but boy were they expensive. Part of me thinks I am paying for the pretty nice vans because they were much much more expensive. Woke up Sunday morning with a leaking hot water heater and thought oh crap how much is this going to be , after getting several quotes we called Bogarts and not only was the phone conversation great but they quoted us on the spot with a few photos of the tank. Approximately two hours ago I was sitting in our Family Room and suddenly felt a drop of wetness on my shoulder. I turned to my husband, he looked at the ceiling above me and said he saw a wet spot on the dry wall. We assumed it was a problem coming from one of two sinks upstairs in the primary bathroom. Today is Sunday and we are going out of town tomorrow so a bit of panic set in. We called Bogart Plumbing expecting to leave a message requesting a service call on Tuesday. Mr. Bogart picked up the phone. Upon hearing the issue he said he would be right over. He arrived within minutes and had every tool with him to access and correct the problem (a pin-hole in a section of copper pipe). He cut a square in the ceiling drywall (approximately 18") and was able to correct all but the minor drywall repair while standing on a ladder in our Family Room. In less than 30 minutes he identified and fixed the problem. We have used the services of Bogart Plumbing for many years and consider him our first-stop for leak detection/repair, faucet installation, toilet installation, and water heater replacement.
