I needed service outside of the 9-5 window when mechanics are usually open. Anykine Assistance was responsive, professional, and very reasonable. Called Anykine Assistance around 6 pm and they replied and arrived within an hour. The car worked after jumpstarting and he assured me the battery wasn't drained and wouldn't need replacing after it had been om I had already paid when Kaleo noticed my front bumper; it looked as if someone punched it, forcing the panel to jut out. He kindly offered to help fix it's appearance in a jiffy, without me mentioning it! He was able to pop the dent out and used some of his tips and tricks to make it look half decent again. It would've cost an arm and leg to replace the bumper, if he hadn't kindly offered to help make it look normal again. Kaleo went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and you can tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommended, and thank you so much! I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely!
