Kyler Talik was my salesperson for a recent purchase of a used Lexus RX at Reliable Lexus. When I came into the showroom I was immediately greeted by Kery Spinabelli. I told him I had a lease I was looking to replace with a Lexus purchase. While at Lexus having my car serviced, I noticed my dream car in the service garage. I inquired about the car (RC 350 F Sport) through salesperson J.T. J.T. took his time to explain everything about the car...even one thing that wasn't perfect about it. He wasn't trying to just sell me the car, he wanted to make sure I would love it as well. Although he was extremely busy, he took a lot of time going over all the details and making sure I got the best deal possible. I felt like his number one priority from the beginning to putting the temp tag on for me. I know he was working later than the dealership was open, but he always was smiling because I believe he truly loves helping people! Couldn't recommend a better salesperson than J.T.! I recently decided to go in for the new RX350H. I had heard that there was a long wait for the RX and an even longer wait for the RX hybrid. Myles is blaming me for a scratch on their loan vehicles. Warning! if you service your car here, and you have to deal with Myles you will have no smiles. If they give you a loaner actually walk around the car and check if you see any scratches take pictures. Also if they give it to you dirty don't be nice and wash it because things that where visible will be visible when it nice and clean. They are charging me 1,000 dollars for a scratch I did not do. I serviced my car here for over two years but after today's horrible experience I'm never coming back, Myles is running a scam. To bad because everyone else was nice read more

Walked into the Lexus dealership 6 months ago to get a feel for a new vehicle. My salesperson Jacob Keck was accommodating to my time and didn't treat me like a tire kicker, I knew what I wanted, and 6 months later when the car I wanted came available, he called me 10 minutes into his shift and I drove it home less than a week later.
