    The two gentlemen who moved me were very nice, efficient and fast. I tipped them as much as I could to show them my appreciation and even purchased donuts for them. I have a through the wall AC that was not included in the original estimate because quite frankly I forgot about it. But I'm sure this happens a lot which is why it's an ESTIMATE and not a final bill. I pointed out the AC to the crew as needing to be moved. They didn't bat an eye and just removed it from the wall sleeve and loaded it on the truck with the rest of my items. Fast forward a few hours later, we're all exhausted and they announce they are finished. Later I go to my room and see they left this 75 pound AC on my bedroom floor. tThey had not bothered to return it the wall sleeve in my new apartment. I called Lisa Ireland who first said it was maintenance responsibility to return it to the wall sleeve (absolutely untrue as it is MINE). When I pointed this out to her she then said how it wasn't included in the original list of items to be moved (so? the original list was an ESTIMATE. Your guys moved it, they should have put it back!). I should have noticed BEFORE they left but had been up since 3am as I had every morning for two weeks since learning of this emergency move by my landlord. I WAS EXHAUSTED! I am disabled and this monstrosity of an AC still sits on my bedroom floor. Oh and they placed it in front of my closet just for an additional inconvenience. Lisa's response to this issue was was poor, lack problem solving skill, empathy and to me exemplified poor customer service. Oh, and all these mysterious "carton" fees for cartons that were never used?? That's a whole 'nother issue. 4 stars to the crew a star taken off for not putting my AC back. 1 star to Lisa Ireland for her poor response and lack of the excellent customer service Brohrens seems to pride itself in.

    Bohren's Moving company relocated us to TX from NJ. Very professional team right from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend them.

No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt to make the situation right. This left our family completely stranded on moving day. We were required to vacate our apartment due to the end of our lease, and this company abandoned us at the last possible moment with all of our belongings packed and nowhere to turn. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of support that followed. No alternative crews were offered. No referrals. No meaningful assistance whatsoever. We were simply told they would not be showing up. When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager, Drew, refused to connect me and stated that the owner would call me in two days. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. When your company creates an emergency for a customer, the least you can do is make yourself available and work toward a solution. Reliability is the single most important quality in a moving company, and unfortunately, this company demonstrated that they cannot be counted on when it matters most. Our experience was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

    Website kicked me out of the estimate process and asked for a log-in that never existed. I was only…read moreever given a reference number, and cannot find a way to actually create an account on the website. Edit: There was in-fact a link in the email with my reference number, but it was so hidden that I had to look at the email 5 times. I would also look into the website design so that it does not confuse future customers by asking for nonexistant log-ins.
