It took nearly 5 minutes for anyone to come to the speaker and greet me. When I placed the order, I drove around and was stuck in a line of 3 cars for another 10 minutes before I got my food. I ordered a basic item off the menu (wrap) and specifically asked for no sauce on the wrap and to put the sauce on the side. I drove all the way home (20 min) to discover that they soaked it in sauce. I had to toss it. The ticket even says "sauce on the side." Between the long wait and lack of attention to detail, I doubt I will go back here. Shoulda gone to Bojangles like I had planned.

For getting there at 2pm I was surprised the parking lot was so full - usually a good sign. There was a very short line, my wait to order was less than 3 minutes. the store was exceedingly clean and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a bacon deluxe, onion rings, and a caramel shake, then found a booth in a quiet corner. My lunch was delivered surprisingly quickly for having been cooked to order. My burger was great. The meat was tasty and well cooked, the bacon still had a bit of chew to it rather than being overly crisped, the tomato was good, the lettuce had some crunch. Best true fast food burger I've had in some time. A definite 5. The onion rings were good but not great. Crispy outside, but not much onion inside. The shake was very good, tasty, and about as thick as you can yet without needing a spoon. If it was closer to my house than a 30 minute drive I would be a regular customer. I'll certainly keep my eyes open for their restaurants in my travels. Wish I could give 4 1/2 stars, it was definitely better than a 4, but not quite a 5.

The meat was pile high, the ham was especially tender, and the roll was soft and pleasantly chewy, and held together well given that it was overstuffed with meat. It must have been this register girls first job, she was so timid, she was shaking and did not know how to operate the register, I felt bad for her as no other employees initially helped her. Eventually someone came to help and they too had low confidence, no hello, eye contact etc. Despite the strangeness it was good and I would've given it a three out of five stars, they did take a long time but I prob due to the new employee and lack there of. Manager said he was not able to credit the sandwich because that would entail deleting the entire order. In all fairness, he offered to remake the sandwich if I came back in to pick it up. That's not entirely convenient. I said that I really think I got someone else's turkey sandwich to which he replied "it was made exactly how you ordered it." That's went the conversation really went off the rails. I said no and he cut me off and said "listen to me, it was made EXACTLY ordered how you ordered it, so either come in or nothing." It was a rude response to which he replied that I was rude. I said I'd leave a review and he said you don't scare me and hung up. I'm attaching photos so he can see for himself that it wasn't as I ordered, which he was empathic about. Really jarring experience.
