It doesn't matter what you spend, they will charge you for water and they are the ONLY fast food chain of any kind within about 300 miles (not kidding) who does this. Usually though it's a nominal charge, $.23 to $.50. So I just pay it. Elko though? A dollar. Honestly. And I ordered a soda too. I could see if I just asked for water. Oh, after a decade living in Elko, I should have been ready for the good old "Elko extra". But I forgot now that I live out of town.
