The Chuychanga arrived and for a minute I thought i should be reading my fortune as it literally looked and had the texture of a fortune cookie. Definitely over cooked. The fries were hot and crispy and the queso was good so the cheese fries I created were not bad. Unfortunately I didn't go there for cheese fries but based on the over cooked entree, I can't recommend coming back for another visit.
