1 star is too high for this dirty, distgusting place. I went in for a late night dessert. Waited at counter. Couldn't get service. I then noticed the self-serve screen. They look like they were never cleaned. I ordered a shamrock oreo sundae. It had very little mint taste. There were no napkins in the entire restaurant. There was no one eating inside. The tables were dirty, and the drink station was disgusting. The floor was full of food and gross. I went back to the counter and asked for napkins. A woman worker looked at me but didn't understand english, so got someone else who i asked for a few napkins. There was a glitch in the Matrix, I mean, the McDonald's app today which didn't prompt me with a pickup number. I ended up having to walk in to inform the staff about the mishap. First person I spoke to wasn't able to find my order and went to consult with the manager. I'm regretful that I didn't get her name, but she found my order, acknowledged the issue with the app, and offered to remake all items in my order to ensure they were hot/fresh. All in all, she turned a potentially frustrating circumstance around. No Hokey Pokey needed. read more

My son Anav is huge fan of McD. It was his birthday yesterday 9/18 and we offered him to take him out for lunch anywhere he wants. He choose his fav place McD. We took him to McD at #waverly, Dad took him inside the resting and told the guy on counter (he celebrated his birthday a day before on 9/17) that its our son's birthday and he chose his fav place to eat lunch. He was so kind he got a full bag of toys for my son, and later Manager gave him a ice cream. Thank you so much for making our son so happy on his special day. Food was perfect the way my son like. I paid a $15 and change order, but I was going to pay in cash. The person that rung me up was one of the managers. I gave him a $50 bill, to which he gave me back $4 in ones. The change is incorrect and I politely told him that I paid in a $50 bill, to what he gave me a 20 and then disappeared. Upon me trying to get the attention of another employee or a manager, he seemed completely unaware or unwilling to help us further. I further explained it to another service manager that came up that I still needed another $10 and change, to which he seemed confused as well, doubting that we paid a 50. When he saw the receipt, he happily gave us our money, but everybody seemed to have a very negative attitude on wanting to give us the money that we paid and are due back. Food was undercooked and not served properly. French fries were cold. Several employees were throwing food around the dining area of the restaurant. This McDonald's is the most hit or miss McD's I've ever been to. I've been here probably 10 times in the past year. I'd say 50% of the time they hit it out of the park and the food is excellent. The other 50% of the time I'm missing one or more items and I have to go back through the drive-through. I haven't had any issues with the employees at any point with 'tude or sass when I mention my incorrect order, so props to them for that. But, it being fast food, it definitely takes more time here to get the order right than it should. read more

THIS McDONALD's IS HORRIBLE! I WAS ROBBED! It was around 3:00. The other food places near us were either too busy or not offering decent deals and we were starving. I gave in and agreed to eat McDonald's food. What a mistake! There were six cars ahead of us. The speaker phone guy was patient and friendly. It took 17 minutes to move up to pay. The money guy was polite. We slowly moved up to the pick-up window where I was told they'd just started my Quarter Pounder with cheese. Seriously?! They'd had 20 minutes with no inside dining. We were told to pull forward and wait. I was assured my receipt would be in the bag along with our dipping sauces. While we were waiting our fries and nuggets were shoved into a paper bag so they could cool down to room temperature. McDonald's fries are great when fresh. They're inedible when cold. No receipt. No dipping sauces. Cold fries. Improperly wrapped burger, which slid out and hit the floor. We looked at the line knowing it would take another half hour to fix the situation. And with no receipt? This review was my only hope of reaching out to corporate....but I doubt they care anymore. It's so sad. And I'm out $14. Never again. I don't care if I'm literally starving. I'd rather buy a pack of balogna and eat it in my car. I'd feel less violated. read more

If there was a 0 star I would do it. This location needs to close until they can fix there customer service problem. Don't come at me all angry and rude because I order a second item. Don't say "what else" after every item. And sure as heck don't come at me at the window saying you confirmed my order with me when you couldn't get me away from the window quick enough. Absolute terrible experience at this site. The employees were actually arguing and throwing things in front of customers. This included the on shift manager. Terrible service. Wait at drive thru can be very long. (20 minutes or more ) Sometimes you'll get there and there is no line, but then you sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone talks to you. ( even just to say we'll take your order in a minute). Check your food carefully before you leave the window as they will forget stuff half the time. ( fries, burger, sauces, pretty much anything) Food itself is usually ok, though sometimes they just toss the burger together any which way. I get the impression that they rarely have a real manger on duty. read more

Typical McD's --this location in particular is quick and efficient. Food is just McDonald's, nothing compelling here. Staff seem friendly enough and the drive-through was well ran. Ordered are always correct. Plenty of parking outside, tons of seating indoors, and easy on/off Procidence Road. Nothing more special to report here. read more

I gave one star at least because when I come here for breakfast the morning shift is pretty cool. But the evening? I pulled up at 8:30p and a young guy says, "Sorry for your inconvenience. We're closed." I ask if they close at 8:30. They then repeat the former statement as if they're a machine. So I ask again if they close at 8:30 and they say, "We're closed." No explanation. If you're closed why not put the cones there to block the entry? I honestly believe the teens decided not to work tonight and to tell everyone they're closed. I'm not your usual McDonalds connoisseur, but when you're craving McDonalds, you're craving McDonalds. The first time I came here was after a concert one of my favorite people and I went to. No where else was open for a quick bite (on our way home) but this McDonalds. I haven't been to McDonalds in YEARS!!! We strolled in around 10:10 pm on a weekday and the place was pretty much dead (bedtime for most folks). The staff was friendly and the place was super clean (could be because it's spanking new). The food was hot, well... McDonalds food. The quality was typical McDonalds food, you know nothing to write home about, but again, isn't it mostly about the experience? Needless to say if you're hankering for McDonalds, the Waverly McDonalds isn't too shabby of a spot to go in for a quick bite to eat. read more
