It's surprising that all servers do not wear gloves. I guess sanitation is no longer a priority in the fast food industry. I witnessed a server transfer biscuits with her bare hands a few days ago. Service through the drive thru was HORRIBLE! Matias, the guy who took my order was extremely unfriendly with a very negative attitude. He kept snorting and talked to us like we were bothering him. When we pulled up to the window, he practically threw our food at us and didn't give us any bbq sauce like we asked. And might I mention the chicken was COLD! Every single time I come to this business in Clayton . They are always forgetting half my order . Multiple times I've had to go inside after going through the drive thru to fix my order and when I do they have an attitude . Maybe if the older white lady with an attitude that passes my food to me will slow down and check the order she wouldn't be annoyed to every single customer. I ordered through DoorDash. They made sure that all bags and drinks were sealed as part of their COVID prevention. I did have one issue. Half of our order was not in the bag, I called and spoke with the manager, Lee. He was awesome and accommodating to me. He ordered lunch if I wasn't able to get there for breakfast. He was very apologetic. That is what customer service is about. read more

I went to order at this Bojangle at about 830 Sunday night the date was 7- 10-22. I was getting ready to order and the young man had told me over the intercom that there were no more fries and then I heard the female in the background say wait there's fries left over from... And then he shushed her and when I asked again so there's no fries he repeated and said no there are no fries tonight. It is on the better side of good for a Bojangles', the only thing is that no matter how I try to order or how much I emphasize my desire for a Bo sized combo, I will ALWAYS be met with a small fry and 50/50 I'll get a medium drink. The food here is great. I'm a Boneless fan so the tailgate package is great for the family. Only one bad thing. I forget the name of the meal deal I order everytime (yeah I know) and get to the register or drive thru and ask the cashier about there boneless meals and they get pushy. Like on the verge of hostile that they have to tell me what comes with it. Sorry I don't eat bo's everyday and I don't have the menu etched in my head. The service is great as in quick and accurate but they could be a little nicer while taking your order and not making you feel rushed. Once I came home and my wife said what did you get? I have read a couple bad reviews of this location but I have to disagree. Honestly, maybe someone was having an off day or something. HOW DARE YOU!?!?!? One of the managers at this "fine establishment" had a trucker's vehicle towed because it took him more than 30 minutes to order some food and eat - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! You have no restaurant without inventory that comes in on trucks - have some damn respect and appreciation. I will NEVER eat at another of these disrespectful establishments. read more

Male Management is verbally abusive to the female teen employees. It's awful! They send the teen employees home when they JUST got there due to it being "slow" ....this is common. It's like they schedule everyone there is and then tell them all to leave after they get there. They may be young adults, but they deserve some kind of respect. They don't create the work schedule starting Sunday until Saturday night, so they literally have no idea if they work Sunday until they call on Sunday. They have employees under 18 washing dishes with no training, no gloves, and in chemicals that cause their hands to peel for a week. Overall, I don't recommend supporting this business. Stay away from this Bojangles and their terrible food, and worse customer service. The employees are so busy trying to"get in" with the manager they aren't doing their job. The guy at drive thru took our order, we explained on our previous visit we paid extra for a macaroni that was never bagged in the family pack. Immediately a bossy girl took over the speaker and rudely repeated our order ignoring what we just said and told us to drive thru. We should have taken that as a sample of what was to come next. . The girl at drive thru was all attitude. . Completely rude face to face, she handed us the bag, my husband waited to check and make sure all of our order was in it this time. We pulled out what was supposed to be our order of dirty rice, it was pinto beans. . But it wasn't. . That's how much liquid was in this container, at first I wasn't sure it was even beans. . Then we showed it to the girl who shrugged her shoulders and said that's the dirty rice and said "that's what its always looked like". So we pull over, my husband goes inside to speak to the manager whose rudeness is even worse, explaining why the entire staff is broken. She acts like something is wrong with him for being unhappy with the gross brown toilet water he was served, saying that's their dirty rice. She gets him another rice. . That wow! Actually looked like rice. . Amazing!!! We get home and look over the rest of our order. . The chicken was a soggy mess, and the slaw wasn't even more than one spoonful not a family slaw at all. .
