This one of the worst food experience I have had in a while. I ordered the 3 piece chicken supreme combo. The food I received was old, cold and should have been discarded at least two days prior. I would have turned around and ask for a complete refund if I had time. I don't understand how "food" like this was deemed acceptable to serve to someone. There seems to be zero quality control or care to what is served to customers at this location. I should have know better when I pulled up to the location and basically no one was there, McDonald's across the street was packed...If is a franchise store, then I would suggest that the owner(s) immediately retrained their staff, because this was totally unacceptable. read more

It is a Bojangles. So if a tasty biscuit is what you are looking for then this is a good choice. Staff was friendly and were trying their best to move fast and ensure an accurate order. Ours was simple so no issues. Good light cooked Steak egg and cheese for me and a SEC for my son. No issues. read more

I was headed to Hendersonville to drop something off for my daughter and she had a pregnancy craving only Bojangles could fix. So I grabbed a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese and of course a Bo Berry Biscuit. The guy who took my order was so kind. He didn't realize they were out of Bo Berry Biscuits but asked if I'd mind waiting 3 minutes for some. I didn't mind at all , after all whatever my daughter wants right now is what she will get. I had a seat in the waiting room and noticed how clean it was , it was about 1:30 pm and if they had a lunch rush they certainly cleaned up well . In no time at all the kind gentleman brought me my daughter's food. I won't lie the smell almost made me grab a Bo Berry biscuit! I delivered it to her and she called and said it was so good and so fresh . She said the crispy chicken sandwich was perfect and the Mac and cheese was so delicious. We ate there a week ago. When I looked under the chicken, there was dark brown oil dripping out of the chicken. I managed a fried chicken restaurant when I was younger, so I know that the oil was burned. The oil smelled old and burned. The chicken tasted that way too. We could not eat it. We ate the biscuits and potatoes. They were OK, but nothing special. Several employees were waiting to go on duty ( I assume) were horsing around and talking loudly. Been to North Carolina twice, been to Bojangles twice. First time in a nice young lady got me fed, second time was attended by an equally nice older gentleman. 2-piece leg/thigh combo with some crazy-good red soda called "cheerwine" + a side... chicky is way good but kinda small but not real spendy so it balances. dirty rice is as good as i've had at full service sit downs, and the beans are spot on too. biscuits are a little cookeder than some places but I prefer this way to half-baked. Not sure that I'd log 1200 miles just for this, but maybe for this and some golfs with friends. read more

Stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Dining room was open and they were fully staffed. Young man at the counter "Ricky, was super friendly. Manager was busy with the youngsters working there, our order was ready quickly and the young lady was very polite and friendly. Restrooms were clean. Best of all the food was fresh and tasty. Compared to the other Bojangles we have been to post Covid, they are doing it right at this location. read more

Cars were paced in the drive-thru so employees could tell customers they weren't making more food and would only sell what was pre-made...at a fast food restaurant. My Father who is a regular customer at this location went in this morning for his usual coffee and biscuit. There were several people in front of him waiting for their food. After waiting 15 minutes the others finally got their orders. The lady taking orders walked off into the dining room to gather trays. My Father turned around and mentioned that he had already waited 15 minutes to have his order taken. The lady turned and hatefully responded, "Well, then you can wait another 10 minutes." He responded by saying he would not buy another thing here and would never be back. She didn't offer to apologize. I called management after the incident and they didn't really offer a sincere apology but rather made excuses for the woman's behavior. This should have been an immediate termination. If they keep this up this location will be closing sooner rather than later. The #1 Rule in Customer Service is the customer is ALWAYS right. The customers always come first. read more

Was in the drivethru and ordered 2 thighs and a breast. Employee quoted $6.30. Scrambled around and found the change only to get to the window to hear $8.29 please. ($8.29 for 3 pieces of chicken, no drinks and no sides?). Employee says "she put it in wrong". Line was long so I paid up but then thought I got screwed ...called manager Daryl. I went through the drive up this evening 7oct17 about 630pm and the guy in the window went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Forks/spoons, napkins, ketchup, and even plates!! Honestly, i would give it a zero but that's not the option here, I live close by so we do visit this bojangles quite often. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's ridiculous. We came in from a trip yesterday, 8/8/18 and decided to stop for dinner and head home. We, I kid you not, waited in drive thru for over a half hour. Some people in the line just pulled off. You think, eh, they must be busy inside. First of all, when we get to the window, finally, the order was a little wrong, nothing major. Just wanted supremes not tenders. No biggie, right? Well, it took the girl at least 5 minutes to get it in the register correct. The manager, I'm thinking his name is Daryl, not 100% positive, does something to the register and messes the order up. Okay, she tells me the amount which is a few cents more than originally quoted. Only because the original order had a drink as a combo added in, then she did it different. No biggie! I am not lying, we sat at that window for at least another 10 minutes!!!! Why??? Get's better. I tell my husband to pull over once we got our food to check it. Missing a fry, of course. Okay, I normally would not care and go on, I was tired from the trip. But after waiting over 40 minutes for food through a drive thru, I couldn't. I had to go in there. Go in, the manager and lady running the drive thru never once acknowledged me. A girl who was working on an order inside asked me politely what i needed. I explained to her what was missing from our meal. In the meantime, she is finishing up the order she was working on, an elderly lady pointed to the register like i needed to go there to place my order. I told her, I just waited in that drive thru line for over 30 minutes and they forgot something from my order. She rudely said to me "you see why you had to wait in that line for 30 minutes, we had to pull an employee of the road to come in and help"! Was she serious, there was only one man waiting on a box of chicken and one person in the restaurant eating! Never once did any one apologize or offer us anything for the inconvenience! Honestly, anytime I go in there and that manager is there, there is usually something wrong or it takes forever. Not understanding why!!!!
