Ordered the Cajun fillet biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese. I got charged for the sausage, but they didn't put it in. If I had dined in, I'm sure they would've corrected it no problem. Ugh. For some reason, all of my coworkers love to get this for breakfast every morning. Most of the time, I either bring my own breakfast or just eat at home. However sometimes I forget to or can't bring breakfast and have a couple of times caved in and eaten here. The food items here are either way too greasy, with this odd taste to the grease, or bone dry. There is no in between. Bojangles has always been that weird place you see when you're out of town, in another state. I have been hearing about it and had to try it out. I had the Cajun chicken filet biscuit for breakfast with the hash browns and it was decent. It's not the traditional breakfast item which I like but it was missing something like sauce. I wish they offered it as I forgot to ask for it. Prices are reasonable and service was quick. read more

So disappointed! We bought both chicken tenders and chicken pieces. The pieces were cold and the tenders were tiny and overcooked. This store is further from our home than the one on Wade Hampton in Greer but tried it since we have been so disappointed with the other. It's worse. Quality and service is gone. read more

I have been patronizing the S. Buncombe Rd. location in Greer SC for more than 20 years, and yesterday, Friday, October 8, 2021, was my last. I have never been treated so viciously in any customer experience. Yesterday at approximately 4:10 pm my family and I ordered at the drive-thru. At the window, I questioned the price, because it was much higher than I had paid in the past when placing the same order. The response I received from the employee was very rude, and quickly escalated to aggressive. When the employee repeated the order, and I informed her it was incorrect, she yelled that she had repeated the order to me several times via the intercom, and "if I didn't like it, I could just leave". I said "Yes, and it's still not correct". When I asked for the manager, the employee informed me she was the manager. Each time I attempted to answer her, she would shut the window. Sadly, this was not the first time Bojangle's has gotten my order incorrect, but this was the first time I was treated in an absolutely unprofessional manner. That manager is an EXTREMELY poor representative of the company, and-- if I were the owner-- she would be fired immediately. I will also be informing the local owner of the encounter as well. read more

Wow! I can hardly believe this has gotten four stars, unless other raters' food was a heckuva lot better than ours was tonight. We has the fish platters. Positively, we we're delighted with the cole slaw & the spicy beans. Both were 10's! However, the fish was so heavily battered there were pockets of air between the fish & the batter. The batter texture was tough to chew. I thought, maybe some, some lemon might help. There wasn't a lemon in the store. The biscuits were like the slaw & beans, awesome. But the option for eating didn't exist. We asked for butter, which we got. Jelly? Nope! Honey? Nope! Those were really dry biscuits which lessened the goodness. I hate to say never will we return to Bojangles, but I can assure you it will never be this one! read more

I realize some folks have given them bad reviews for a variety of reasons, most of them silly when you consider the fact that this is still a fast-food joint. I was delivering my son to one of his many teenage events and he needed something for breakfast/lunch. He picked Bojangles as he likes spicy chicken. The restaurant was clean and the food was ready before we even filled our drinks. If the food is good enough to make him say its good, then the restaurant has done something right. Though in the case, I'm not sure if the food here was really great of if the food at the one in TR is just subpar. Either way, he enjoyed his meal so kudos to Bojangles. read more

Bojangles in general should start using the Kanban system. Every time I come here they either hold a ridiculous amount of time on common food items or the items you receive are obviously out of hold time. Also best checking your food before you drive away from the drive thru is a must. They almost never give you any sauces you request or just give you the wrong food. QAs should definitely be done more often at this location. The only reason we come here is because it's so close to home. Usually regret coming here. On a positive note, it's usually pretty clean here. read more
