Food and service was terrible. Chicken tenders were hard and impossible to eat. Fries ( the hand full amount given) were greasy and cold. Forgot to add my sauce and barely greeted me at the window. Trash, trash, trash. 15min wait in the drive thru, 20 plus min wait post order because the FOOD WASNT READY!!!! I literally CALLED THE STORE while waiting in hopes of expeditng my order. Food finally comes, delivered by a RUDE human who lacked people skills. This was my 2nd visit this week, and the first visit was just as poor. I returned in hopes of it being a "one off". Good ole southern classic realness. From the biscuits to the chicken, it's all good. A staples in the southern region, Bojangles never disappoints. It can be a little greasy at times, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I fancy the Chicken Supremes which are indeed different from the Homestyle (more seasoned). The prices are good for the various menus items they have, especially when you consider the quality. Also, can't go wrong with the Cajun Fillet Biscuit. That is definitely a must have. When visiting this establishment, all I can say is bring your appetite and some elastic pants. read more

A very nicely decorated franchise a step above the typical store in this chain. The service was friendly and prompt. And the food was the great quality and flavor that we expect from this chain. Conveniently located off I-20 and easy to access and get back onto the interstate. read more

I went through the drive-through today and it was a wonderful experience. There was a long line but the woman who spoke on the speaker was so sweet and welcoming that it made me smile! Number 1 this place never have Chicken available when I go. The lobby isn't open and they still can't have items available. Sat in line for dam near 1hr and 30 mins to get stuck in the line and them tell me it's another 15 mins wait on chicken. I never have this problem on Panola Road. I should have just went there. I brought my grandmother here for a quick and cheap breakfast a little while ago. The hospitality we experienced was out of this world. This location is down the street from my place, so I've been before, just never inside. I've always hit the drive thru. The cashier was so nice and patient with us while we decided on what to order. He actually gave a senior citizen discount to my grandmother. Now this may be simple or standard to anyone else, but it went a long way with her and made all the difference in the world. On top of that, the food was really good, as usual. We both had the smoked sausage biscuit combo. As great as the food is, I was so impressed by the service and the cleanliness of the facility this go 'round. I know its a fairly new location, but I've seen what people can do to a store in a very short period of time. So, KUDOS! read more

I went to this location on 7/22/2019. I ordered the 3 piece wing meal.The place was empty(that should have been my 1st sign). I went to the drive thru and was told that there were not any wings available and the wait time for wings would be 15mins. I said that I was ok with waiting 15mins, I was told to pull up. The girl at the window seemed annoyed that I wanted to wait for the wings. I pulled up and waited for over 30mins..as I'm waiting I see several people coming out of the store with boxes of chicken. I had to call into the store and ask if they had forgot about me??? A girl with short blonde hair came out the store about 10mins after my call with the food. The 3 wings were the smallest wings that I have ever seen!!! I asked her if I could get an extra wing..because of the long wait time and the SMALL SIZE of the wings. She had a very bad attitude/Customer Service Skills were Terrible. She advised me that my only options were to take the food or get a refund. I Got The REFUND. Will not be back. Thanks read more
