Eggs, sugar cured ham, hash browns and hash brown casserole.

We had a top notch experience at Cracker Barrel this Saturday at 10:25am! We were seated quickly, tables were clean, and our server Wendy was super quick, efficient, friendly, and thought of every detail to make our meal perfect. We ordered lattes, eggs, ham, hash brown casserole, and hash browns. The lattes were only $4 each but were better than most coffe shops - the whipped cream on top was delicious! All food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Thank you Cracker Barrel and Wendy!

Good food, good service, however, tables, chairs, and floor were not as clean as I expected.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is located 1182 Dogwood Dr SE in Conyers, GA Health Score was not posted at this location on 2/18/2025 We tried the breakfast options today. Blue, the Store Manager, was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about the menu options. The ambiance was very crowded for a Tuesday morning but we received our order in a time manner and our order was correct. I'd definitely recommend Cracker Barrel as a whole. It was the Pecan Pancakes and Pecan syrup for me. Very delicious.

I ordered regular macaroni either they put bacon in it or they burn it I cannot tell

If I could mark negative zero stars I would. I ordered chicken tender meal with a side of green beans and macaroni .the food was cold, the green beans had no flavor and I ordered regular macaroni ,either they burnt my macaroni or put bacon on it .I cannot tell but this does not look like bacon and they also burnt my fries. What a complete waste of money

Service was phenomenal. Our waitress loved her job and you could tell. The inside feels like a blast from the past. The pancakes were perfect and buttery with perfect crispy edges. The hash browns with cheese were crispy and so flavourful. The thick cut bacon and sausage were great and were not greasy. This place has been consistently good for years. 10/10 would highly recommend for breakfast!

Well, I mean, cmon man, it's Cracker Barrel. Some many great things to choose from and not enough room in the stomach to hold it all. On the trip, I decided to sample the Chicken Fried Chicken. I will admit it took me to days to eat it. The portions were definitely adequate and left me desirous of more. No need to recommend, you should already know better!

Egg whites + bacon (there was a lot more, but I was hungry and snapped a pic after--sorry)

Cracker Barrel has always been a chain restaurant favorite of mine. I love their hash brown casserole, chicken n dumplins, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, carrots, biscuits, and pancakes. Today, my work ordered from here for lunch. I can't speak on ambiance because we ordered takeout, but I guarantee it's standard to every Cracker Barrel I've been to--country, casual, and comfortable. With that said, service is lacking in making sure orders are accurate. I got Momma's Pancake Breakfast with blueberry pancakes, blueberry syrup, bacon (specified crispy), egg whites, and decaf coffee. The pancakes were great as always and a nice big portion! The price for all of this was also great ($13.17). Sadly, they forgot my blueberry syrup as well as coffee. Thankfully there was a container of maple syrup in our office refrigerator so I just used that. Otherwise, I would've had dry pancakes for lunch. The bacon was also disappointingly flimsy and chewy instead of the crispy I ordered. When it came to my star selection, what would've been 4 stars for a classic chain (I don't rate most chains a 5 unless they really impress me) became a 3 due to the several mistakes listed. I'd still patron the restaurant, especially because I am always willing to give a second chance. However, on my own, I would probably dine in in person instead of to go, to make sure everything was accurate.

It sits in a plaza with other business, so it's a shared parking lot. This spot though small it was truly a vibe and the ambiance was really nice. There was a DJ, he kept it old school hip-hop, R&B, with a little mix of today. He and the host/hypeman kept the party going for sure. They had a little karaoke going on, not sure if it was karaoke night or just something they do for fun, but it surly helped the evening be more enjoyable. Our server was everything, such personality, and very attentive. He handled our party with ease. Me and my homegirl ordered Lemon Pepper Fried Okra, Hanging Pork Belly Bacon, Ciroc and cranberry, and Honey Jack with Coke. Everything came out pretty quick and the Okra was yummy! There are 2 restrooms in separate areas of the lounge and they are unisex, the one I used was clean, which is always a plus...especially if used by men and women. If I'm down for taking a drive, I could see myself going again, for the Okra, the DJ, and crowd was age appropriate. If I get out, I need a crowd that makes my 51 year old self feel comfortable and here it did.

I got there just after they opened and glad I did because folks started pouring in. The restaurant isn't very big so you got to fit in when you can. The greeter sat me at the bar and Tee greeted me immediately after. She was so sweet! She recommended some kind of lemon drop and I took her up on her offer. I told her I like sweet drinks and she made it just like I like it. It was good but that drink was almost $20! I just about died when I saw my receipt. Next, she talked me into getting the "Statuh Sampluh" because it was half off and I get to try all the appetizers. I agreed. I loved the deviled eggs, shrimp, and egg rolls. The egg rolls definitely were my fav! For lunch, I had the "Stuff Flounduh" with added greens. The lunch was pretty dry. I think if they drizzled some type of sauce over it, it would enjoy it much better. They do have activities and I can imagine it gets pretty busy so you may want to come early or set a reservation.

I liked the name and the cuisine. Pretty good reviews, but if you've been on Yelp as long as I have, you know that standards vary greatly. And Virgils was no exception! Food was excellent! Deviled Eggs, Corn Bread, Sunday Plate, Grouper, and Seafood Platter. Undeniably Good. Service. Undeniably Bad! Muy malo! If you have to sit at the bar even when you have reservations. No bueno! If you have to flag someone down to get them to take your order. I am looking for an alternative option. If you charge a 20% service fee for services not rendered. Shame on you. "People will never forget how you made them feel". Well in a nutshell, not very valued. Having been in the restaurant industry of over 17 years, I have the perspective being on both sides, I would say service is the part severely lacking at Virgils.

The bone in chicken was delightfully crunchy but not overly so. It was just a little bit greasy but not overly so. Still I was glad it was served on a separate plate. The waffle was just big enough. I've had gigantic waffles that tasted awful and this wasn't that. No pulp in the OJ!!! The grits were reportedly just ok but I didn't try them. The tenders were equally crunchy and arrived hot. I really wanted to see if things had improved since my last visit with a large party. Unfortunately, it still feels like a place with potential that's not being supported properly. When we walked in, I thought things had turned around. The new host (her first day) was amazing warm, confident, and professional. She gave a great first impression. But once seated, it went downhill. * The music was way too loud, to the point where we had to lean in just to talk. * There was only one server working the entire restaurant, which meant slow service, long waits, and a stressed-out vibe. Let's talk food: The fish and grits (see photo) were phenomenal easily the best thing I've had on both visits. Creamy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The chicken and waffles (see photo) were average. Chicken was seasoned okay, but the waffle was a bit underwhelming and slightly rubbery. This place could be a standout in the area the branding, the menu ideas, the food (when it hits) are all there. But the inconsistency, staffing issues, and volume level hold it back. Would I come back? Maybe, for the fish and grits. But only if I hear they've fixed the basics.
