I am very disappointed in today's visit. My daughter and I stopped by for lunch. It was maybe a half hour after they opened. It took the staff a few minutes before someone greeted us to take our order. They weren't busy. My daughter ordered the gravy biscuit combo with mac n cheese as her side. The mac n cheese was cold. It is supposed to be served hot. She also got a bo-berry cookie, which was also cold. I got a 2-piece dinner with coleslaw and fries, a drink, and the peach cobbler. My chicken was flavorful and juicy, but the skin was soggy and gummy. I want that crunch when I'm getting fried chicken. That should be your pride and joy! Do it well!! It was disappointing. The fries were good, as was the cobbler. But the coleslaw wasn't creamy like it normally should be. It looked like it had been made a couple of days ago. Drinks were okay, but the soda station literally stunk like old and sour something. My daughter used to work in fast food. She said the entire thing needs to be deep cleaned. I would agree. It should NOT smell like that!! There is no telling what people are getting in their drinks!! I don't know when or if I'll be back. I was let down and vastly underwhelmed at the service, the food we were served, and the fact that the drink station smelled as bad as it does. Do better, Bojangles. You have one job.. chicken. Train your employees to make an effort. I don't know if it was just an off day or what, but all of that is unacceptable. read more

This place sucks, this is not the first time that i've had a bad experience here, the reason for this is because of the employees, you walk in and they COMPLETELY ignore you, they act as if we are invisible and it took them AT LEAST 10 minutes before they even said a word, mind you i literally made an online order 20 minutes prior and it STILL wasn't ready, they were not busy at all we were literally the only people in the place, then i asked for ranch and the cup was literally empty, the first time we came here some lady came in yapping about the service and at first i judged her but now im on her side, and whoever said they could improve on the effort of the employees said it best, all in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME period also they gave me like 4 fries and they were old ..... the chicken was mid read more

When I drove up, the place looked busy as there were cars and pick up trucks in all the convenient spaces. Surprise- I was the only customer in the place. The employees had taken all the good spaces. When I went in to order the cashier was very nice but I could not hear her over all the other employees talking so loudly, even to her while she tried to wait on me. The store was overstaffed (very unusual these days) and a total lack of management or discipline existed. The coffee was hot and some of the best I had ever had. The chicken Bisquit was old and had been sitting in the bin for quite some time. Not good. Tasted it in the parking lot. Drove to McDonalds and got two egg mcmuffins which were nice and fresh. Not the fastest place but has the best fried chicken, service is decent, a lot of the time they are out of some sides. 7/10

If you ever want bo berry biscuits don't go here they never have them. place sucks. went here numerous of times never have them would be surprised if they are sold out of chicken next time I go save your time and don't go to this place. read more

I went to bojangles for breakfast. It was about what I expected. Typical fast food breakfast. I had the Cajun filet sandwich, hash browns, and grits. The chicken sandwich was pretty weak. Biscuit was very dry. No moisture is no good. The chicken was not Cajun. It was bland and regular. Very little flavor. The hash browns were cold and greasy. The grease was expected, the cold was not. The grits were pure ass. I had to add hot sauce, salt and pepper to make them edible. However, if you like natural, plain grits they're probably fine for you. Honestly, i would give them 2 stars, but it's fast food so expectations should be pretty damn low. They get the 3 because it's cheap and you get a lot of food. Take this review with a grain of salt. Fast food is not my typical restaurant category and I dont have much experience reviewing them. read more

I came in on at a very busy time on a Friday night and was very impressed! I got a chicken sandwich combo and it was hot and fresh! The cashier was very friendly and the line moved quickly, even with a long line. I will be back again soon! read more

They don't stand behind the products they sell, I purchased a tailgate order and one of the pieces of chicken was raw on the bone I told the manager about it and I refuse to fix it so I'll never go there again read more

We have visited this location off and on since it located in Pell City and were pretty good for about 6 months. After that we said each time we will not go back. We finally gave in and went today. It was a very pleasant experience again and again we said we won't go back. They do not seem to ever being prepared. My biscuit was cooked too long and the Cajun chicken did not seem to be a a lower quality. Y husband's eggs looked like a burnt pancake. Grits were blah and I had to ask for butter which would not melt. We visit the Moody store on occasion and the food is much better. The employees in Pell City need to appear more professional in dress and manners. Always have to wait on our food. read more

Bojangles has the best spicy fried chicken in this area! Love their fixins - especially the rice - and I am not a rice lover normally. They have really friendly employees who keep the place clean and don't forget that sweet tea. I also love that their tailgate specials have a reusable box. read more

I went to this restaurant expecting it to be like an average fast food place but this one felt different it had a nice clean inside and outside. I got the 4 piece supreme and I didn't think it would be hot but it was pretty good and the biscuit was amazing can't wait to go again read more

I had salad with chicken tenders, yum. The mashed potatoes I had on the side had sausage gravy. I'm that weirdo who doesn't like ssg in gravy, but I made a mess and picked it out. Tasted good though. My friend liked her chicken platter. Affordable, tasty. Thumbs up. read more
