We were very excited to get a Bojangles close to home(even tho hour away)... and first time when it first opened it was great! Hot, fresh and what we expected. But the 2nd and 3rd time...slower service, not nearly as friendly or helpful, food over cooked, lukewarm and not fresh at all. Really sad! The precooking and letting set so they can serve faster ruins the food. And they don't care that they are serving it that way. Do not waste your time going here. Biscuits hard as a rock, fried chicken is decent at best- KFC and Popeye's much better IMO... the jambalaya is absolutely disgusting , the chicken they use in it is like rubber... what a waste of prime real estate. This place has to be stopped... read more

The food here is decent, not great but not bad. The mashed potatoes need some work but the thing that makes this place not worth going back is Selda the cashier. She should not be working in customer service. When you go into a restaurant you should be greeted with a smile and a "can I take your order?" You shouldn't be looked at like you're annoying the workers by being there and actually have to stand there and wait as the employees take their sweet time walking over to you and then just stare at you like "what do you want?!" I won't be going back to this Bojangles. I rather drive further to go somewhere with good customer service. read more

Some of my favorite fast food in town. I was able to turn my wife into a fan too. I love their Cajun filet biscuits and dirty rice. Their sweet tea actually tastes brewed not like a syrup. Their desserts are amazing as well. They will continue to have my business. read more

I made the mistake of going through the drive thru and not checking my order before leaving. I had asked for a bacon and egg biscuit without cheese but once away from the place, discovered cheese on the sandwich. Being allergic to cheese, it was a waste. It would have been hard to eat anyway as the whole thing fell apart in my hand. I also ordered a small soda, which actually was, very small. The order came to $4.97 or so, way overpriced, even if I'd been able to eat what I got. read more

I went to the Bojangles on Route 50 west of Winchester. I was curious because so many folks I had talked to rave about Bojangles. I gave them one star because I got ok customer service. I got a 3 piece chicken with one side, to go. The chicken leg had too much pepper on the skin. The other two pieces were chicken thighs. The first chicken thigh was not cooked all the way through. The second chicken thigh was covered in cajun seasoning which I didn't want and didn't order. The mac-n-cheese, my one side, was not creamy. It was more like what you get from Golden Corral, where it's all stuck together in a lump. The biscuit, I think, had been baked on Friday because it was very dry and hard as a rock. I really wanted to like Bojangles. I wanted to like them a lot, but so far they're just OK. +1 Star for location. We can use a fried chicken restaurant to the East of Rt 81 in Winchester, so yea for that. +1 Star for dirty rice. A pretty good mix of rice, sausage, green and red peppers plus seasonings. Not overly salted. +1 Star for personality and friendliness of the drive-thru staff. I was greeted with a joyful "It's Bo time!" Given reassurance that my order was "coming right up," and given a smile as I pulled away. -1 Star for instant mashed potatoes, which both looked and tasted like, well, instant mashed potatoes. +1 Star for sausage gravy. While not spectacular, it has ample sausage and was not overly salty. -1 Star for their "Legendary Iced Tea". Really? Legendary iced tea should not taste like it went through a coffee filter. +1 Star for their fried chicken, which is a bit bready, but has a nice balance of seasoning and spiciness. In all honesty, it reminds me of Popeye's spicy version. This is a brand new location for Bojangles, and I hope they do far better in the future. Lot's of people rave about how good Bojangles is in the south, so I hope this is not a true measure of how good Bojangles can be. read more

Stopped one morning last week for a cup of coffee and a biscuit. They only have 1 size coffee (and it's little), I told them at drive thru what I wanted to put in coffee - 2 Creams, 2 Splendas and 2 Sugars. Girl at window said they put it all in the bag. Stupid me for not checking the bag. They forgot the Sugar and didn't give me a stir or a straw. I was so angry. And the biscuit was hard and dry as a brick. read more

I may not big fan of this restaurant not anymore. I went to the drive through Bojangles today and order 12pc super tailgate with coupon, it include 12pc chicken 6biscuits 3fxin's and 1/2gallon of tea. But when I home and open the box...... THIS IS 3RD TIME THEY DIDN'T PUT ALL MY ORDERS - coleslaw, mash potatoes and gravy, and this time they didn't put biscuits. I told them I had coupon when I order - is that why they skip the food? I do not understand. Why didn't I go back to the restaurant for get missing food? First time, I thought they were busy so it's mistake, second time and today, I do not want to on the road more than 50mins for pick up biscuit! Well, I don't know this MISTAKE is just mistake, or they do on purpose, or because of busy, I don't know. Important thing is a lot of good chicken restaurants in Winchester and I may go there instead go to this Bojangles. read more

I like this Bojangles' location, friendly staff and pretty good food. French fries are always hot and crisp.

I was pleasantly surprised with friendly staff and smells hit you as you enter the doorway! I love the fact that they serve breakfast all day and their prices are cheaper than the other chicken joints that are around town. read more

First, a shout out to the manager, Carlos. Tired from ref'ing soccer, I could have stopped on the way home at Popeye's or KFC. But I really wanted Bojangles. So I dropped everyone off and drove an extra 10 miles (we live in the country) just so I get get Bojangles. I ordered the tailgate which is 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, 6 biscuits and a qt of tea or lemonade. I got the sweet tea, green beans, pinto beans and dirty rice. The chicken was excellent, as was the dirty rice. The green beans were your avg green beans and the pinto beans were just okay. I hadn't tried them before, but it is hard to beat my own. But alas, there were no biscuits with the order. I looked at the receipt and it didn't list the biscuits. I called and asked if the biscuits came with the order and they said yes. I was so disappointed because they make such good biscuits. But I wasn't going to drive 10 miles back just for the biscuits. That is when the manager, Carlos, said he would hop on his motorcycle and bring them out to me. That's right! He drove 10 miles just to bring me the biscuits! Thank You Carlos!
