The service was exceptional, had a staff member stop by 2-3 times to check on me including the manager. The food was fresh, tasty and most importantly it's on the healthier side, big plus for me. Fountain drinks were superb, the mandarin cardamon was a hit for me, so was the Baja Chicken bowl. 10 out of 10. If you enjoy other popular establishments in the area like Fresh Kitchen and So Fresh, you shouldn't be disappointed with Bolay. Highly recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I love Bolay! We eat here at least 1-2 times a week. We don't really eat fast food so it's nice to have a quick service restaurant that offers healthy options. The team working has a streamlined process to make sure everyone gets served quickly. Great place for a fresh bowl! I actually like Bolay better than Fresh Kitchen or other competitors because their bowls come hot! Most others come cold. I was so excited to try this place out! I think it's at a great location and close to the Crunch gym so if you want to grab something healthy you aren't far away. The staff was very nice and patient when explaining the different options. They have chef "bols" or create your own. We decided on the create your own and loved it! The food was fresh and tasted delicious. It's the same concept of a fresh kitchen and basically same price point. They also give you samples if you aren't sure if you'd like something. Since we brought out daughter with a million allergies, it was nice because they do have nice vegan and peanut free options. Love my experience every time I come here. I'm guaranteed fresh food and friendly service. Came in on a busy weekday. The line moved fast. The staff was helpful and answered any questions that i had. I never had the black rice so the employee gave me a little side sample to try. It was actually pretty good so I'll be sure to try that next time! I ended up getting one of the preselected lemon chicken bowls. Good portions and great flavors. There's a display of juices on ice by the cashier. I decided to give this new location a try since it was free delivery on a delivery app. I got the large bol and got to choose 4 bases, 2 protein, and additional toppings. I decided to get the kale, cilantro noodles, broccoli, and mushrooms which were all delicious. I got two scoops of the lemon chicken as my protein and topped with cilantro and avocado. I would compare Bolay to Fresh Kitchen however I personally think Bolay is much tastier. I would recommend the shrimp, bbq chicken and the mojo pork, so good! I love cilantro so I always pour on the cilantro pesto sauce on top of my bowl. The manager at this location came by to ask me how my food was and if I needed anything else which was really nice, so five stars on the customer service too.
