    Chicken teriyaki bowl
    Kyle R.

Came here on New Years Eve and it was a great way to end the year! I've never been before but so glad I came since it was so nice. The workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was so good and fresh, excited to come back!

I been there and it was a bit late but I really enjoy the quality of the vegetable and of the chicken. Service was fast I have nothing to say against it. Just find it a bit pricy for what it was otherwise it was really convenient. The restaurant was clean

For a fast food joint, Bolay has definitely earned all 5 stars. Their bowls are unique, flavorful, and filling. I normally get a bowl with kale and cilantro noodle base, Brussels sports, lemon grilled chicken, and topped and cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and cilantro. They have two flavors of chicken, lemon and teriyaki, and both are great and healthy options. My favorite part about Bolay is honestly the cleanliness. It is super clean inside, and they even have a handwashing station in the middle of the restaurant for you to conveniently wash. If you like seafood, I also recommend their grilled shrimp. It's perfectly flavored and very tender. Bolay is definitely fast-food upgraded!

I LOVE a good Bolay bowl. I always feel so healthy albeit satisfied after having a bowl from there. One thing is for sure, i will always order the sweet potato noodles as my base. They are such a good light texture but always filling. Sometimes i do all sweet potato, or sometimes i will do half kale salad. I almost always pick the teryaki chicken as my protein. The chicken is soft and moist and very very saucy. I really like their marinated mushrooms and brussel sprouts as well. For my sauce, i almost exclusively choose the creamy garlic, although ive had the mango habanero before! They offer free parmesan cheese and cilantro to top it off. For a few dollars extra, you can add avocado or their marinated tomatoes!

I'm so glad I found this place it's exactly what I've been looking for. The food is fresh, flavorful, and genuinely healthy without sacrificing taste. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the menu has a great mix of options for all kinds of diets.

Delicious lemon chicken with veggies and black rice.

Food is always amazing. Today there was literally a twig in my black rice. Still give it high marks because food here is always beyond amazing. Please be more careful with twigs! lol

Friendly staff, delicious bowls! Build your own, it's pretty easy. I liked that each part was already had sauce and flavoring so I didn't have to drench it in sauce to make it flavorful. I got the sweet potato noodles as a base with brussel sprouts and broccoli for veggies and topped with teriyaki chicken. So yummy!! And it only came to about $10.

It is possible that the vibe of Sunset Tavern will not change much, but as we all know, it may never be the same. Sunset Tavern is one of those few places where it is just as good to go in the morning for a Bloody Mary and enjoying the scenery of South Miami, as it is to go at night, drink a beer and watch a live band perform. The ambiance is casual, the service is up to the challenge, and the price is reasonable. As the matter of, I went to Sunset Tavern last night. The name of the band playing was Electric Mayhem and they were absolutely outstanding. The energy and the chemistry between the band members, the song selection, and the talent of the musicians was off the chat. I have never been so mesmerized by a local band before, and I plan to go back and see them again. They perform in Sunset Tavern the first Saturday of every month. But as I was watching the band, I took a look around. So many memories within those walls. I will miss this location.

This lady was not only unfriendly and pompous, she was actually rude. Will never return just due to her. But let's talk about the food. It was delicious! We tried the chilled pink shrimp, Berkshire pork collar and the Golden Chicken. All were very tasty & flavorful, with the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The Arroz con leche dessert was amazing! Our friends had the grouper appetizer and loved it. That said, not sure why the chicken at $60 was almost twice as much as the pork! The rice that came with the chicken was dry and tasteless, so I didn't eat that... And, the $24 glass of wine, with a very small pour, was disappointing. If they get rid of the sommelier, I might return for the food!

As far as desserts my favorite was definitely the cheesecake! The chocolate cookie was a little too bitter, but the chocolate cake was just the right amount of rich chocolate flavor to creamy ganache.
