We don't recommend ordering online delivery from this place. They appear to have untrained staff who do not follow instructions on the orders. We recently had an issue with missing ( but paid for ) add on items (artichokes x4), and are still waiting for a refund. Rotisserie chicken also appeared undercooked, as the meat was red right by the bone. See pictures. There are no artichokes in the Primavera Linguine or extra mushrooms as we requested and paid for (paid for added, double artichokes per item ordered). We will not order from this location again as they don't follow order instructions and we'll be stuck trying to get refunds for the items they missed. read more

Better-than fast food, C. R. Chicks is a cute casual dining option in Wellington. You order at the counter, cafeteria-style, and help yourself. The choice of plastic utensils wasn't great... if it were my restaurant I'd either invest in better quality or offer real silverware for eat-inside guests. The chicken is extremely fresh, and cooked rotisserie style. My parent's chicken breast sandwich had an entire chicken breast in it and was served with two wings. 3 of us had pieces of chicken, I chose the cucumber salad and rice with beans as my sides. I didn't realize the cucumber salad was mayonnaise based, but it didn't taste mayonnaisey and I really enjoyed it. The rice and beans also tasted fresh and was enjoyable. Others in our party had fresh fruit which did look fresh, and coleslaw. I ate all of my chicken, most of the cucumber salad and half of the rice and beans and felt good afterwards. It felt like a good wholesome meal (100x better than Boston Market). read more

Last night was my first time trying any C R Chicks location. The menu itself has so many options and variety which I can really appreciate. I am really limited in food right now so I got the rotisserie chicken with parsley carrots and HAD to try the horseradish smashers. The chicken had so much flavor and was perfectly juicy. The carrots were ok, nothing to rave about and didn't really taste parsley but I appreciated a carrot option over broccoli or green beans. The smashers, do not let the horseradish scare you! It is so so faint of a flavor and not spicy at all. They are delicious and perfectly creamy. My husband also got the chicken pot pie which was quite large and made for two meals! We ordered online and the order was ready upon walking in so I can't speak much to the restaurant itself or the service but it appeared to have plenty of indoor seating and the staff was friendly as I grabbed my order. I came because I heard this place is healthy and tasty..... The Mac and cheese is just cooked pasta with watered cheese that sinks to the bottom of the plate. I ordered 2 Smokey 2 loaves bread and a large salad, my family loves CR chicks but today we used Door Dash and 1 of the smokies was not in the bag. I could not reach the driver after she pulled away so I called the Wellington store and they ran a Smokey right out to me, I wish I would have gotten the man's name name that delivered it. He was super nice and fixed the issue he also would not except a tip because he was part of the management team. I am always treated with a smile and respect when I order. Place is clean service is fast and my order at least is correct when ordered. I like how they 1/4 the thigh and drum stick without me asking. I went last night 11/18/24. The food was ready faster than the app said it would be. The chicken seemed to have more of the apple cider taste to it than normal. Not sure if that can even happen or if it's just premade. Any how it was very good. Good enough that I may have gone back and bought more. However there was no need. I ordered two of the best items on the menu. The apple pie is the best apple pie I've ever had, not just store bought but homemade. It was tough to tell my mom that. Then she tasted and agreed. This was my 2nd time ordering food from CR Chicks and my first time from this particular location. The smoked chicken with penne pasta never disappoints!! Always delicious!! I also ordered the meatloaf with horseradish smashers and brown rice & beans. I really enjoyed the meatloaf but was not a fan of the horseradish smashers (I guess that particular taste just doesn't appeal to me). I mean if you've lived in palm beach county area for a while, C.R. Chicks is a local place you should know of. Of course everyone orders the Caesar salad or their famous penne pasta, and it is exactly what we ordered along with a family meal consisting of a whole chicken and two sides of horseradish taters along with beans and rice. I screwed up the order and was suppose to have the carrots instead of the rice. The penne pasta everyone enjoyed with their vodka sauce and roasted chicken mixed in. The Caesar salad was devoured and is a must have if you're going to order from here. The taters along with the wrong order of beans and rice, lol, by me were also good. The chicken is pretty special and as always disappeared. Moist tasty roasted chicken. It's a local favorite that is worth the price for a very tasty meal. Today like any other day sounded like an awesome day for a "Smokey" which is one of their most popular dishes (basically just smoked vodka penne and roasted chicken). Order the bread and dip it in the extra sauce you ordered and paid over 15 dollars for right? *wrong* CR chicks has unfortunately been on a steady decline. If I order extra sauce for a dish that costs more than a salad, steak and side with unlimited bread at outback, I should at least get the sauce I ordered. Prices are pretty high and there are lots of options out here now and if one orders extra sauce which should be free they should get the extra sauce not get a comment that's its there (when it certainly wasn't). Came across C.R Chicks randomly while driving by and have to say I'm a fan. Picture Boston Market type food only way better, way fresher and served in a place that's way more inviting. Decided to try 2 sandwiches this time around, the meatloaf and the chicken salad. Meatloaf was tasty and chicken salad fresh. For sides the carrots are a good healthy choice and the mashed potatoes were delicious with just a hint of horseradish. Definitely going to give the rotisserie chicken a try next time around. One other thing I should mention is the sandwiches are stacked unlike most other places that like to skimp out on the meat and leave you with a ton of bread. So come hungry! read more

I've been going to this CR Chicks location for about 10 years now and it seems like every year their prices have gone up, and their portions have shriveled. I understand cutting costs, but the last straw was when I ordered catering for a party of 8 people. When we opened the tray, there was only enough for 4. I called the manager and he told me, "For a catering event, we give everyone half a plate." Half a plate of food per person. I'm not sure if this is the way it's always been done, but I can guarantee from the years I've been ordering from this place, that was the least amount of food I've gotten and the most I've paid. Normally we go out on Saturday nights, I was a little under the weather so my husband picked up dinner. I cannot remember how long ago I had CR Chicks, but it has been awhile. We have always gotten takeout. Tonight, we ordered the same dish as usual, the smoked chicken penne pasta. It lacked sauce and flavor. I will reheat everything and add sauce. I'm disappointed. Love their food but this location was extremely disorganized. All the sides were finished, had to wait for them to make more, and sadly the girls behind the counter seemed confused. Also the chicken was raw in some parts, so disappointing because their food is usually delicious. Favorites are Smokey, with and without chicken Caesar Salad, lite dressing or dressing on the side House Salad, dressing on the side Loaf of Homemade bread, with butter (ask for the smokey butter) Chicken salad sandwich- half, a whole is HUGE! Chicken Breast sandwich, lite mayo Family style chicken dinner (whole chicken with two sides) Favorite sides: Pasta salad, smashers, green beans, gazpacho soup, black beans and rice Cookies and all the pies, especially the chocolate banana cream pie!!! This place was so yummy. We don't have any in Broward County where we live so I'm definitely a little jealous. The food was delicious and baby approved. Our 9 month old and 2 year old chowed down on drumsticks and wings from the rotisserie as well as a side of fruit. The kids meal was $1.60!!!! Love it. With tiny people you can feel like you're getting ripped off. Kids meals are meant for kids 12 and under so ordering a $5 meal for them to maybe take 3 bites is annoying. I had a half chicken with green beans and fruit. When the kids finished their chicken they helped with mine. My husband had a chicken sandwich which he said it was awesome (I despise mayo so didn't try) and a side of pasta salad that was really good.
