They do make their own sauces, but when asked they gave these packets (which is a quality brand).

Better-than fast food, C. R. Chicks is a cute casual dining option in Wellington. You order at the counter, cafeteria-style, and help yourself. The choice of plastic utensils wasn't great... if it were my restaurant I'd either invest in better quality or offer real silverware for eat-inside guests. The chicken is extremely fresh, and cooked rotisserie style. My parent's chicken breast sandwich had an entire chicken breast in it and was served with two wings. 3 of us had pieces of chicken, I chose the cucumber salad and rice with beans as my sides. I didn't realize the cucumber salad was mayonnaise based, but it didn't taste mayonnaisey and I really enjoyed it. The rice and beans also tasted fresh and was enjoyable. Others in our party had fresh fruit which did look fresh, and coleslaw. I ate all of my chicken, most of the cucumber salad and half of the rice and beans and felt good afterwards. It felt like a good wholesome meal (100x better than Boston Market).

Banana cream and tornado sauce was delicious so much I told Matt I will be back quickly

Matt the manager is excellent runs it like a family Business I will be back just for that with my familia. The banana cream pie has real bananas wanted a whole one but let me save it for the weekend. The orange sauce is delicious . I'm not eating meat at the moment so couldn't try the chicken but had the rice and beans with the sauce and enjoyed.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars at this point. however because I love the smoky pasta I'll give them one. and unfortunately I cannot give them zero. I don't understand why any company would hire condescending 16-year-old high school prima donnas to work as the face of their company or allow slick tongue chefs in an open kitchen layout. As a biweekly customers I find it incredibly hard that a regular order seems to add so much confusion or when being simply asking for it to be remade being met with hostile remarks "well the paper said..." well guess what ? I didn't write the paper, I ordered over the phone! My boyfriend who returned to the store to pick up my order, checked it and was literally mocked from both the chef and cashier on "is it good enough?" LOL are you kidding me? That's who you guys have hired. I appreciate the order being remade but the environment was NOT customer friendly, completely rude. Lost a customer. (We asked for the sauce on the side)

Smoked chicken with penne pasta - delicious!!

Not my favorite place, but in a crunch I'll order food here. I'd take Publix over here though any day.

We were introduced to items we hadn't had ever. We decided to finally return. And we learned that 5 years ago, they got new owners. And the menu is now totally different than it was. The small restaurant is located in the back of a strip of stores on the western side of 441/SR 7. It's not the easiest to find. The menu consists of appetizers and different types of ramen. As it was a cooler than normal night, we were in the mood for soup and ramen was fine. I ordered the classic ramen. First you choose the "style", then you choose your broth base. The style determines what is in your soup and what level spice you get. I chose the soy broth. Other choices are miso, tonkatsu, or veggie miso. And I chose the regular egg noodles ramen. Other choices are kale or gluten free noodles. My classic had one piece of roast pork, a whole soft-boiled egg, one pretty colored fish cake, some bamboo shoots, and one piece of dried seaweed. Along with a lot of ramen noodles. My husband selected the Hot & Sour Ramen. It was noodle soup topped with "vegetables", but it didn't seem to have much more than some scallions and green beans. I gave him my egg, so he had some protein. He said his soup had a decent amount of heat. I'm glad we came here to try them again. Now we know.

But i ordered out the same food i usually eat in door and as you can see, the contrast is striking. The pastrami was disgusting. It was all fat dark and two pieces. The cole slaw usually you get a bowl ( see below) takeout you get half of a tiny container. The equivalent of three teaspoons total. The joke is, we complained to the manager. He promised another meal which we took him up on his offer the next day. Unfortunately, look what we got as a second meal to go. The manager didn't even check to see if it was acceptable. At least the sandwich wasn't squished like the first one.but there was still only two pieces and it was dark and there was still only a tiny amount of cole slaw. ( it looks like they saved their crappy meat for takeout). My recommendation, eating in? go here.Takeout, go somewhere else to someone that cares what they send out. Update. Spoke to the manager George. Said he would comp me a meal when I came back. I came back he was not there.. Payed in full. Maybe next time

Regular, "NY" (the way they used to stack the Reuben) and a third, with more meat (I can't remember the exact classification names.) The service was sub-par, with one woman telling me someone would be with me shortly. Waiting five minutes. Finally, another woman told me to, sit anywhere with a menu. I ordered coffee, a Reuben with fries and a side of cole slaw. I never got my cole slaw.

They had three shrimp and the sauce was not very flavor full. The last thing I had was banh mi, really it was a sandwich with chicken and vegetables. I wasn't impressed with it. I'd never had it before either. I also had a peach tea, which was the best thing of the whole meal. This was sweetened with real peach and had peach pieces at the bottom. All and all it was ok, I'd go back and try different stuff.
