I have been to Jamaica a few time now and have fallen in love with the cuisine! Found this place through a recommendation of a Jamaican friend and boy was he right! I had the oxtail and beef patties! The only problem is that I did not order more! The staff was super friendly and kept me entertained while I was waiting for my food to be prepared! Now that is hospitality with a smile!

(I ordered delivery) I got the oxtails with rice and peas and macaroni and a Patti and I was pleasantly surprised! I'm a bit of a harsh critic when it comes to Jamaican food (yes im Jamaican) and this was really good! The macaroni was my favorite seasoned very well and tasted fresh. The rice was cooked well, the oxtails were ok they could have been cooked a little more to make them more tender but not bad at all! I want to try other dishes from them for sure!

Food and services was amazing, was going to stop by on my way home to take a plate to-go unfortunately it was a holiday and it was closed 10 out of 10...

Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken combo (not on the menu, but we asked for a combo).

The fish that swim in the clear glass are so pretty. Clownfish I think? I've been at a table twice before, but I much prefer the barstools to watch the fish and look at the sand and coral. The bartenders are always very professional, but friendly if you talk to them. As for the menu, it's not a large list, and it's very expensive. I've had the crab nachos and the seafood tower and both were terrific. A guy next to us last night had the burger, which I wouldn't choose at a seafood bar, but he seemed happy with it. A man on the other side of us had two shots of whiskey at $260 a piece. I couldn't believe it! So it's a fun place to people watch as well, and of course just walking through the Breakers Hotel is a kick. I like to think of all its history. If you are rich, it's a nice place for a date. If you aren't rich and want a special evening, I can recommend it. I self parked for free, but if you valet you can get your ticket validated.

The seafood bar is located inside this beautiful gorgeous hotel, and yet with elegant charming atmosphere. We had a delightful dinner with friends. The perfect starting was our drink Bloody Mary! It was right saltiness with a little kick of the spice. You also get a big prawn on the glass edge. The deep tomato red and prawns soft pink kicked out our appetite. Following the drink, our grilled fish, blackened fish and sealed scallop were all fantastic. Ingredients were so fresh with right temperature and the aroma of the ocean. Fish was soft and juicy; scallops were tender with a nice texture. Especially the scallops sauce was amazing! It was based on tangy ginger and sweet peppers. Every bite gave me a great flavor. Our server was super friendly. He always had a big smile on his face and cared about our food also drinks. The whole dining room was decorated modern yet classic, comfortable seats and high sense dining tables. From window seats, you can enjoy a fabulous ocean view. I do wish they would lighted up a bit more on waterfront sidewalk for a romantic night. I do have some suggestions: it would be great if the salad bowls were served cold. And, I think they should not put pork bacon inside the Bloody Mary since not everyone takes pork. It's just a little nod to respect. Overall, it was fantastic! Out of the world experience. We will definitely come back again with family and friends.

We arrived at about 4:45 to enjoy happy hour. We sat at the bar and had an oyster sampler of Blue Points, Orient Points and Royal Canadian. We loved them all. They are Half priced during Happy hour plus drinks were 2 for 1. I had a Sidecar and ordered a Bordeaux to have with dinner. Both were delicious! We also had a couple of appetizers: SMOKED HOUSE FISH DIP pickled fresno peppers, capers, red onions $7 SPICY TUNA NACHO BITES ahi tuna, sambal sweet soy, avocado, mango, toasted sesame, cilantro on crispy fried wonton. $8 Afterwards we sat down for dinner. This was a fabulous deal as well. If you order before 6:30, buy one on entree and get the second one for free which ever is the lowest priced. We both ordered the GRILLED SEAFOOD TRIO. atlantic salmon, jumbo sea scallops, jumbo shrimp, basil scented jasmine rice, grilled broccolini, blistered baby heirloom tomatoes, lemon butter sauce $59. It was perfection! The venue is elegant and classy with two bar areas and many seating arrangements. Valet and street parking are available. I don't live around the corner but it is worth the hour trip to get here.

We sat outside for an early brunch with perfect weather... it set the tone for a beautiful, breezy morning! Food-wise, everything was solid across the board. Nothing that completely wowed me, but definitely good and enjoyable. I was especially excited for the smashed croissant avocado toast, but it fell a little short for me. Smashing the croissant kind of takes away what makes it so good in the first place... you lose that fluffy interior and crispy exterior, and it ended up a bit tough. The oysters and side of bacon were my favorites of the table, both super yummy and I'd absolutely order those again. The truffle fries and short rib benedict were also good, just didn't stand out in a big way. And of course, mimosas... no notes there. Overall, a really lovely brunch spot if you're looking for great ambiance and a relaxing outdoor vibe. The food is good, the setting is even better, and it's definitely a place I'd come back and try something else!

It quickly became clear why the drinks receive high praise! They were indeed delightful and well crafted. However, my experience with the food left much to be desired. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were topped with a creamy sauce. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet expectations, falling short in flavor and presentation. I would rate them a mere two out of ten. Additionally, we tried the oysters, which were disappointingly bland. Even with various toppings, they lacked the fresh vibrant taste one hopes for when enjoying oysters. Regrettably, both dishes missed the mark for me so I decided not to order more food and go somewhere else. On a positive note, our server was exceptional friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which helped enhance our overall experience. The restaurant's ambiance was mature and inviting and its location is indeed impressive. Despite the high ratings and popularity, I found the food lacking, which makes me hesitant to return. While I appreciate the quality of the drinks and the warmth of the service, the culinary offerings did not live up to the hype considering the basic dishes I ordered. Go for drinks only!
