How am I supposed to do that as a 66 year old woman - I cannot pull the unit out to unplug it and plug it back in?!?!?! Extremely frustrating!!! Heard from Haylee at P and F on Tuesday. She said that the extended warranty would not have covered what she believed to be a worn igniter switch. We scheduled an appointment to replace that part On Friday, 10/17. Technician arrived early and completed repair in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding the igniter switch and its replacement schedule. Appreciate the punctuality and professionalism of the P and F staff - still cannot comprehend that using an oven for its intended purpose - baking/roasting - wears out the very parts that should support those uses!!!
