    Bombay Grill Sandwich
    Sne G.

A bunch of our friends ordered take out from here, after hearing good reviews from others. We ordered chole bhatura, Samosa chaat, Bombay grilled sandwich. All the dishes tasted pretty good, but the tastiest was the grilled sandwich. MUST try if in the area.

    Chicken and Egg Kati Roll

A good solid spot for Kati Rolls. Definitely a fan of the chicken and egg as they load it up with a lot of chicken! The heat on this is just right - still need a glass of water nearby though. You get two rolls, and I'd say 1 roll is plenty for a lunch - so the value is pretty spit on. Definitely try this dish!!

I was just unceremoniously kicked out of this restaurant because they didn't want my service dog in the restaurant. Despite the fact that my service dog is a certified service dog and extremely well behaved in public at all times. I explained that it was a service dog but they said they didn't care and kicked me out-yikes!!! Can you say illegal and unprofessional and rude? Even though I was just ordering takeout.

Pav bhaji! With a heaping scoop of butter and toasted buttered bread on the side

It was quite empty when we walked in but we came during the midst of Coronavirus. Most were coming in to pick up take out. I love the original Bollywood grill as well but this place is a tad bit more formal ( we were given real silverware as opposed to all plastic utensils at the original). I had the paneer sandwich which was buttery, spicy, and tangy. A flavor combo that is exceptional. We also had the phav baji which is my absolute favorite at this restaurant, I am addicted to it...basically licking the bowl clean. The kati rolls are sooo good too, the paratha is buttery and flaky. It's my favorite Indian restaurant that is near me because the food seems to be made with care and attention to taste.

    Bhaji from pav bhaji

I've been looking for a good place to order Indian food from in the greater Morristown area for over a year now, and Bollywood Grill 2 finally fulfilled our search tonight. We ordered paneer masala and pav bhaji, both of which were flavorful and had the right amount of spice. My only critique is that both dishes had quite a bit of oil, however other than that the food was delicious. The quantities were decent and the paneer masala came with rice. We ordered food for pickup, and the order was ready right on time. They seemed to be taking full precautions in light of the pandemic, with staff wearing masks and tables shifted outdoors to a covered and cordoned off area to the side of the restaurant. I'm looking forward to ordering from here again soon.

The restaurant is located in a plaza and it doesn't look big from the outside but it was big and there were lots of tables inside. The staff were friendly and made suggestions when we asked. We ordered Malai chicken kebab, chicken momos, and gobi Manchurian. The gobi Manchurian was really good. The best I've had. The cauliflower lightly battered and fried and covered in the Manchurian sauce. I wasn't impressed with the chicken momos. They were plain. The malai chicken was good. For entrees we ordered, goat curry, paneer balti, and garlic naan. The paneer balti was good and different. My husband enjoyed the goat curry. The garlic naan was okay. It could have been more garlicky. The prices were a bit high. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

I was here for a particular dish, 'Tripple chicken schezwan rice'. Mumbai/Surat/Ahmedabad folks know what I am talking about. It was my fav dish when I was in Mumbai, so when I was checking their Menu and saw this, I knew I had to try it. We ordered this along with Non veg Indo-Chinese Sizzler. Tripple rice (its combo of nooldes+rice+manchurian balls in schezwan gravy) was really good, took me back to Mumbai days, but they should have added chicken pieces in their rice as well, not sure why they are not adding it. The chicken was only present in the form of Manchurian balls. coming to Sizzler- that was definitely not worth $30. It's the same fried chicken, sauteed in chicken 65 or schezwan gravy with a small ball of rice. I did not find anything special with this item, so I would skip it for sure next time Apart from that- they have like tons of options on their menu and it is a very popular chain in India. would definitely try again!

For the price and flavor it was so worth it. I got two meals out of mine. I got the gyro platter and it probably was one of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. I thought the chicken was seasoned and flavorful. But by far, the best part was the white sauce. I would pair it with the mango lassi and it was such a great explosion of flavors - both savory and sweet. I will say they ask whether you're okay with onions and raisins in your platter. I liked them but I know raisins might not be what most people prefer to add to their rice. Service was fast. You can either order at the front table or at your seat. They got the food in a reasonable amount of time. The place looks small from the outside, but when you walk in, there's a back room worth of 30 people worth of seating. It's extremely cozy inside. There's also a parking lot right next to the restaurant and also across the street. The lot right next door is kinda small though, so you might need to loop around. Parking shouldn't be a problem and you can get a really good stop if you're lucky.
