The owner Kim welcomes me with a pleasant smile and asked if she could assist me. I told her that I just need a simple trimming and she said to give her a few minutes she'll be glad to help. I came here to get my hair done by Kim and she is really good . She is professional and gave me good advices on how to take care of my hair . My hair was damaged because I bleached it too much and I wanted to go back with one color . Kim picked out a medium brown color for my hair and it looks healthier than my blondish hair color. She even advices me to go buy coconut oil to keep my hair healthy. One of the most down to earth hair stylist I have met . I been here three times already and she always on time with appt too . I have been getting my haircut by Kim since she was at her original location on Brookhurst between Trask and Garden Grove, so probably 5+ years now. Kim is very nice, takes her time and I leave feeling like a million bucks every time. There's a reason why she's kept so many regulars such as myself for so long. My hair was so dry and brittle due to the monthly coloring. Kim suggested I should trim all the split ends then color with a well known brand specifically made for my hair. She also suggested a shampoo and conditioner to take home for self-care. After 3 days, my hair loss diminishes by 50% and it gets healthier and healthier. This is a great salon. My first time here and everyone was so nice. Kim cut my hair and she was great. I had the best cut ever. Usually, other place on take 10 minutes to cut my hair but Kim took over 40 minutes to cut mine. She made sure that everything is up to my expectations.
