The day of service, Jim took great care to cover and protect other surfaces in the bathroom and set up a good effective ventilation system before starting the refinishing process. He came back the next day to remove protective covering, replaced drain hardware with new and re-caulked around the tub and even another area of the bathroom that needed it!
