This would work if anyone prefers this texture. The sauce just tasted like it was freshly ladled over (no oven baked in flavor). The topping left very little space for the crust edge. I am still stuck on how unfamiliar the crust texture was. I am used to thin crust texture from raised bread dough not a corn-meal like feel. Another reviewer was also baffled with the crust. Reheat review: unfortunately, was not convincing to nudge up the rating. From tip to mid way of the slice, the structure was floppy. From mid way to the edge of the slice: structure held up. Flavor was still good, maybe now better tasting bc sauce now tasted baked in because of the re heating. Service was on time.

Our meal was off to a great start! I ordered their Linguini de Mar which was supposed to have four seafoods: shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams. Unfortunately, mine was missing the calamari. However, the pasta was incredibly flavorful and the seafood was cooked perfectly - not overdone or underdone at all. YUM! My coworker got their Cheese Ravioli with the Bolognese sauce (unsure if it was extra as I didn't see the check). She loved her pasta as well! She's usually a light eater, but she devoured half the calamari appetizer and all of her pasta, which speaks volumes about how much she enjoyed the meal. I felt that the one downside was the unusual amount of water I drank (maybe ten cups?). This was my own personal indicator that there was definitely some sort of flavor enhancer which wasn't a negative thing. I'm not certain, but the food was very good, so kudos to them if that's the case. Overall, definitely a hidden gem! The calamari was good and I know places that have messed up calamari (this was not one of them). I enjoyed my plain individual pie and the crust in my opinion made the pizza. The lasagna was tasty as well and I think the sauce made the dish. The brussel sprouts were crispy and the added bacon added a nice flavor to it. I only wish that the dish had more whole sprouts. Great experience overall.
