It's just an auto message saying their hours/parking and that if you want to order take out please go to their website and order that way. Well your fucking online ordering system hasn't worked in atleast 4 months from what I have tried. So you expect me to show up just to place a take out order in person and then sit and wait 40 mins for that take out order to be ready? What's the point of take out then? The food is good but just too expensive for the quality. I'm visiting from Houston and my family wanted to eat some Indian food. You can find much better Indian cuisine for much cheaper where I'm from, so when I saw the prices I thought the food must be amazing! At $16+ for each dish, the food just didn't live up to my expectations. The paneer makhani was very sweet. We got it at mild spiciness but there was no spice. You could also tell they used a lot of tomato paste/sauce because that was the biggest taste I got. The malai kofta and chole were good, but nothing special to justify the price. We also ordered those at medium spiciness but there was no spice. The chickpeas in the chole were also a bit hard (raw). The naan does not come buttered unless you ask for it to come buttered..so this was the first time I had butter-less, dry naan at a restaurant. The portions along with the place are also pretty small. The servers tend to get busy with other customers, but you do get your food quickly. Overall, I have had better. read more

Had my friend go pick up Indian for us. I love Indian food but it's definitely treat food for me(tad expensive BUT VERY VERY WORTH IT, the work that goes into making it is amazing) I haven't been here for awhile but it's still as tasty as I remember. Even the rice compliments what your eating and I have to admit it's my favorite rice (Basmati) now it does have a kick which I know can be adjusted if you just ask but that kick is so pleasant. A lot of spicy foods just make you sweat and feel uncomfortable but it pairs so well with the butter chicken. The spice and that dish are definitely meant to be. We also got veggie samosas. They are a dream and one of our personal favorites. Comes with sauces but honestly I just dip mine in the butter chicken sauce cause it's so flavorful and Marry well. If you are eating indian food or if it's your first time trying it I guarantee you will love samosas and it's a great place to start. If you like spicy food, then you may want to try Bombay Palace. Not much atmosphere but the service was great.

We were contemplating whether to go here or not given recent bad ratings, but I'm glad we went. Was greeted pleasantly at entrance and since we were the first, got a very nice view seats offered. We ordered Veg Korma, Paneer Makhani, side of rice, garlic and butter Naan. Everything was great and finger licking good. Loved the customer service as well and ended up ordering desserts too. Definitely worth the visit. Will go again ! read more

The only reason this restaurant deserves a 3 star because the food was good. but the restaurant lacked proper service. The parking service is horrible and we were stuck at the parking garage for about 30 minutes because the waiter gave us a one hour stamp even after we stopped for dine in.Also it seems like the management doesn't care about service and only cares about cheap tricks to get a quick buck like incorrect parking stamps and charging fees for horrible service. read more

We wanted more food, manager stated that we can't order more food and that it says we can't order more food on the first page of the menu. I think it's important that you direct the patrons attention to the first page as soon as we are seated. It might be routine for the waitress but for us it wasn't mentioned at all. Food took forever!! I went with people from India and when we asked for what beer they had they didn't carry Indian beer! I gave two stars BUT I have to be totally honest. The food was delicious. Like wow! So on that note I will give them 5 stars in the comments. But on yelp it will be an official 2 star review. You want good food? This is the spot! The food is very aromatic and filled with flavor. As far as portions go .. you'll get a toddlers amount of rice with a cat food amount of meat. The only thing better than the portions was the complimentary refill of warm dirty water in my wine cup. Do yourself a favor and if your "sky miles" program doesn't include bad service and dirty water then this is not the place for you. Due to Covid the restaurant is short staffed. You are asked to order prior to seating. Our pre seated order was not served and we were told the we did not order it in advance. Firstly, this place is terribly understaffed. Even with many empty tables, with just one waiter around, we(me and my wife) were made to wait for 20 mins along with other guests. After being seated, we were made to wait for another 10 mins to serve water and menu card. After 30 mins, we were served with food. Once in between, we were mis-served with a non-veg food(we are vegetarians). Later, when we got the bill, the bill had 18% service charge added. This is our 5th day in Hawaii and we have been to many dine-in restaurants and no where there was a mandatory service charge. When asked, the owner "seems to have lied" to us saying that it is a mandatory Hawaiian law. We did our search but we couldn't find any such mandatory law! My 2 cents to the owner - Good food only doesn't make great experience. One needs to be prompt in service to earn the service charge! read more

We went there for dinner. The waiting was there , Which is ok. They ask you to write the final order which cannot be edited once placed. Issue is with the quantity. There sizes would be half than expected. Naan size would be half than expected. Servings are very small. While the chicken gravy was fine, there were barely 4 small chunks and that pieces were slightly burnt taste. The location is easy to go to. I was really looking forward to some Indian food so I ordered take-out. Went and picked it up and boy, what a disappointment. They must have a new cook as all the dishes I ordered I had eaten previously; what a letdown. Even the naan bread - I really don't know what it was but it was not naan. The shish kabab was edible but came without any onions or peppers. The portion of curry was tiny and not as good as usual. This place is great! AUTHENTIC Indian food. I usually get Himalayan Kitchen, but given the fact they are closed during this uncertain time, I decided to try a new place. I got the chicken korma (spicy) chicken tikka masala (extra spicy) raita and naan. Everything was amazing! I love spicy food and most places never quite bring as much heat as I would like, but this place blew it out of the water. Spicy and flavorful. The korma was gingery goodness and the tikka was rich and creamy with a big bite. The portions were so big I had food for the next 2 days and I still couldn't finish. This is definitely not a high end place so leave your high expectations of amazing service behind, but if you want great food this is the place. One of my new favorite places! This is my favorite Indian restaurant on the island. The food is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. That said the service is sooooo sloooowwwww. Make sure you arrive before you're hungry. The last time I went there were 3 wait staff but only one of them could take food or drink orders. The restaurant is so good that it's always packed. This equals a long wait to put in your order and get your food. Also - the restaurant is very hot. The ac doesn't work or doesn't blow cold. Be prepared to get sweaty. read more

Absolutely loved this place. We had cravings for indian food, so we visited this in the late evening. Took 15 minutes to get a table and another 15 minutes for the food. Took my wife and family here for Mother's Day Lunch buffet. On paper it looked promising. They took our reservation the morning of and we were seated immediately on arrival. The food on the line looked legit and colors were on point. But when it came to eating it, the flavors were too weak. My wife was looking forward to the butter chicken, but it tasted like overcooked chicken in a very tomatoey tomato bisque which it should not taste like. All the curries/masalas were bland. The only dish that was close to how they make it back home was the dal. The kheer for desert was good, I had two bowls, but was missing the cardamom. Overall, the staff were very friendly and kept the naan coming! We probably won't be back, because all my wife eats is butter chicken and so far we haven't found anything in Oahu close to our $7.99 lunch buffet in Cali. They also charged 1 kids buffet for our 3 and 1 year old and all they ate was rice and couple of naan. I didn't want to make fuss about it since they were too nice. But $24 pp is the most I ever spent on Indian food and I don't plan on doing it again. read more
