Let me start by saying I'm sure she'll have some friendly explanation in response to this review. However she just hung up the phone on me, when I called back she did not answer. She is Jamie, apparently she is the boss, very unprofessional. I included a collage of my hair drama with these folks. I went to see dezzy, really nice girl really talented just didn't turn out how I wanted. I started with a light blonde hair, showed dezzy a picture of a white balayage. Ended up with super gray hair and some purple tints too. She invited me to come back for a clarifying shampoo which just turned my hair to a regular blonde. No bleach or white anywhere. When I told her I wasn't happy with the hair, she wanted me to speak to her boss so I knew what was coming. Jamie informed me that blonde is not a color and that sometimes they can't lift to that high pigment of bleach blonde because it's not good for your hair. That's all well and good but she should have told me this before she did my hair. MIND YOU IT COST $200. It would have been better for her to be honest and tell me "you know I don't think it's going to come out that color" or "I don't feel comfortable processing your hair so much to get it that color", "it's not natural". But she acted like it was all good and she could do it. When her friend was helping her blow dry my hair the second time around she even said, "it's still gray". So when I called to talk to Jamie (the "boss") about all this she explained why she couldn't get it white and I explained that's understandable but she should not have done my hair if she couldn't get it to the picture, or at least had been honest about not being able to get it that color. Jamie said that they could do another clarifying in 2 weeks but I would have to pay for it, or they can try to get it more blonde and use olaplex treatment that I would also have to pay for. I explained that $200 is not chump change, I'm not a happy customer, and asked what can she do to make this right if I can't get my hair colored again or it's not advised to get it colored again and I would have to pay for it? She said nothing. I explained I'm calling to give you an opportunity to make this right before I leave a Yelp review because I'm not a satisfied customer, I wasn't told that this color was not achievable, I believed it could be done, and Dezzy should have been honest up front. And Jamie hung up on me. I called back and she didn't answer and I left a message stating "I was just checking to see if you actually did hang up in my face, and you did." Extremely disappointed in the service, extremely disappointed in the customer service that is non-existent, extremely disappointed that I paid a lot of money for something I didn't want. The good news is I never have to go back and deal with that person who calls herself a boss. Look forward to seeing what you have to say to this Jamie, I'm sure you'll spin it to make you sound professional. That's how you conduct your business? I feel bad for you. read more

Update 1/30/16: Jamie has by far the WORST communication skills I have ever experienced with a stylist. This is not someone you want to touch your hair if God forbid she makes a mistake. She left me with very spotty dye job that was noticeable from multiple angles, then straight ignored me hoping I would just "go away" pictures are attached. She will guarantee her work, then straight up DITCH OUT on a color correction apt set by herself. Zero instructions on how to enter the locked building after closing hours. Left me out in freezing temps knowing I took uber to her salon, I call right at 8pm (her work line that is the only one available) waited about 15 mins and sent a text letting her know that I was waiting in the Filipino food place across the street because it was so cold. 8:30pm rolls around and I started to get that gut feeling that she was a no call/no show on her own client. Never have had that happen before. Called her the next day only to be ignored for about 4 days straight. After the horrible treatment I was receiving, I decided to pop into the salon unannounced hoping to catch her and discuss what had been going on. She was shocked to see me standing there and I just threw up my hands and said "What happened Jamie??" She didn't have an answer, just that she doesn't always check her work phone, and that she can't be going around tracking down her clients.... B*+@& I had to track YOU down!!! Long story short, I told her I was completely fed up with the horrible treatment I had received on a $300 botched dye job that left me with this ugly hot pink mess and demanded a full refund. Horrible, horrible, horrible service from this woman, when all she had to do was COMMUNICATE with me from the start. Better shape up, because that crap won't fly with anyone paying top dollar that I know of. Good luck to you, and stay away if you want to be able to reach your stylist and not track her down. read more

Veronica has done my hair the past two times and i love my hair every time! She always makes sure my hair looks great and the color comes out beautiful. Jamie has to be the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. She has been doing my hair for 4 years, I have spent 1,000's of dollars over the years between color and hair extensions. I recently went in 2 weeks ago and she made my hair 3 different colors. It's was yellow and orange and white. I asked her what the hell and she toned it for me. I left the salon very unhappy. After I washed my hair it began to be orange. I texted Jamie to show her but I realized she has blocked my number (very unprofessional) I then sent Jamie a message through Venmo since this is the only way I could communicate with her stating I want a refund. She then sent me an email stating I wasn't welcomed in the salon I wouldn't go back there if You paid me because you managed to do a hack job on my hair and now I need to find someone who actually knows what they're doing to fix it. Jamie's communication skills are very poor, her coloring job is very poor, and her customer service is absolutely horrible. She must pay someone on yelp to fix her reviews because as I read all her poor reviews I'm not sure how she manages to maintain 5 stars. That is a lie. She's not only a horrible stylist she's a horrible person. Don't waste your time or your money here, you'll just have to spend more to have someone else fix her hack job she does. read more

I am so thankful I found such a great salon near home. Jaime and Desi are very knowledgeable and takes their time to make sure your hair will not get damaged. I came in with red hair after having red hair for 5 years and I told them I wanted to go from red to that gray/white color that's in. Jaime explained it was going to be a process. 1st visit was color removal 2nd visit I was a nice blonde. Best of all is that I have NO breakage and my hair feels so good considering i had my whole hair bleached. I would definitely recommend this salon. I literally can't even recommend this place enough. Jamie and her team are top notch! I hadn't had my hair done in like..... 7 months? I came into diamond hair with warm highlights and Dezzy has gotten me to exactly where I want to be, platinum !! this salon uses olaplex on my hair which has prevented damage with my process going platinum. Going platinum is not an over night process. Which I knew and was ok with. Believe me when I say the process Is definitely worth the wait. I LOVE my hair. I also have Dezzy give me blow outs once a week along with an olaplex treatment which she also is amazing at. I have permanent alopecia from radiation and Jamie is the ONLY person who was willing to take on the task of trying to find a way for me to have hair again. I can't wear wigs (they give me massive headaches) so I needed an alternative. Jamie has been doing my hair for years and NEVER disappoints! I switch my style up a bit frequently and she's always up for the challenge, keeping my hair HEALTHY and beautiful! I followed her over from platinum entourage and detox salon. I went in today ready to shave my head although it looked great even with crazy roots I just needed a change and wasn't sure what I even wanted other than that I wanted to keep my length growing... That leaves only room to change the color. I told Jamie she could do whatever she wanted. Gave her complete artistic freedom without any direction other than keeping it fun without making me dark all over. She used the Olaplex treatment which if you haven't heard of you better ask somebody! It's incredible it makes my hair feel like it's never even had color on it! Soft silky and most of all HEALTHY! Before Olaplex and Jamie is brush my hair after a color service and a bunch of hair would be in the brush.... Now I comb it and no strands come out! Had just moved to Vegas and the next day needed a rebond on my extensions last minute. Jamie was accommodating, professional, and skilled. She was able to get me in and order my hair all same day and i was in getting my hair done within a few hours. While i was in the chair another client called her raving about their extensions. She is also booked up weeks in advance often. I felt that her skills were deff above average and that says alot because iv had my extensions done in some of the nicest salons in los angeles. She was very professional which is rare to come by. Her prices are very reasonable and she works with all the latest and greatest products. She was already knowledgable about the brazilian keratin which i love and the olaplex which i also love. Jamie is a true hair God. I have been seeing Jamie since she graduated from school. I had been a blonde for about five years before I found her. My hair was completely fried, crunchy, and would just completely break off at the ends. Not to mention I never had the true color I wished for. I pull a lot of brassy, red, and orange through my blonde. Jamie has been able to not only restore my faith in hair stylists, my hair is finally growing long and soft again with her doing doing Olaplex treatments on me (look up the hashtag, the before and afters are unbelievable). My color is incredible, the perfect ashy grey blonde I have always longed for. Every time I wash my hair someone asks me if I have just had it colored. I went from having my hair done every six weeks, and never being happy with the color, or the texture, to having it done every three months (which is less money in her pocket, and less out of mine). Her new salon is absolutely beautiful and I am so excited to see everything to come!! She just got a new lash girl and my appointment is next week so I will let everyone know how that goes! read more
