I do not like getting my hair cut and/or meeting new people. Harrowing experiences and surprise, I had to do both in one day and trust that things work out or deal with the consequences. I moved to Vegas "for good" over a year ago :( and now, coming to terms with the weather (aka the HEAT) I decided it was time to find a hair stylist and get a good amount chopped off. I explained everything to her and she eased my mind with the whole "don't worry, it'll grow back" -talk stylists have for their nervous clients.. she was nice so I believed her lol The atmosphere in there was what you want when you're going somewhere new to do something you're unsure of; relaxing, friendly, professional, clean! and everyone was personable. You know there's a different feeling you get in a room of people that just work near each other vs people who work well together? It's nice to be a in a space where they all seem to like each other. And it smells nice. Chazary (maybe people are calling her something else in these reviews? idk, I can't find her on their website either) was sweet the whole time and I was confident she knew what she was doing. I apologized for not washing my hair or getting ready or anything, I didn't know what to do.. she said, "no worries, that's what I'm here for! Just relax, this'll be good." Btw, if you expect to get your hair washed, make sure all your chores are done for the day and maybe get a ride home bc the shampoo+head massage could put a mf out. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted. The price is right, no complaints whatsoever. Whether or not she or this salon remembers me, this is the only one I will go to and can recommend in Vegas. The next time I find out my sister plans to go to whatever supercuts-y place she can walk-in to, I will be escorting her here instead. read more

I paid $200 for this service and when I requested a partial refund- i was ignored then pushed into trying to seeing the stylist again.. then the stylist was unaware about this no refund rule and said she would have been happy to refund. Screenshots included. Came in for half highlights of a warm tone. I left with grey/platinum highlights that weren't blended at all and far too close to my roots. And only on the top of my head... my stylist was apparently a "master stylist" but it genuinely looks like she gave me grey streaks on the top of my head with a at-home box dye kit... and now i feel insecure enough to need to wear a hat. very disappointed but even more disappointed with the horrible customer service.. i will definitely be urging everyone i know to stay away from this place. read more

I'm a bit late but my daughter and I received haircuts from Erika on 9/19 and She was amazing. My daughter has crazy curls and always complains that her hair was cut crooked or uneven. Brooke has been cutting my hair five years. Mike has cut my sons for a few as well. I've also sent my mom and brothers to various employees at the salon and it continues to be the only place we'll go. The prices are extremely fair compared to other high quality salons and they can always get you taken care of. Brooke gave me my first real style after years of this and that in my twenties and I've never felt so polished and wonderful before in my life. I find myself booking appointments earlier than needed to continue feeling perfect. Girl follows me out the door with scissors looking for that freshness it's great. They all take pride and I can't recommend them more than I do, especially considering they are capable of so many styles and desires. Brooke and Paige have also done great color on my family. I brought my grandma here yesterday after a referral from my friend. I have seen the same stylist for years, however didn't have time to wait for her. So we went with it. We got there and Natalie was immediate kind and friendly. My grandma has some memory issues that can lead to her being a bit.. difficult. Natalie handled everything really well and spent an extreme amount of time explaining to my grandma calmly and with kindness. Even though we did not end up getting her hair colored, Natalie did a wash, beautiful trim and a blow out. My grandma (and I) were very happy with the end result.
