I am currently at bombshells! I have been here a few times before and had some pretty great service. I have also had very great experiences! Today I am here to watch the DU national championship game in between a couple concerts I have with a great orchestra! I come to watch the game in between concerts so I am still heading to a concert in a few minutes to play! I am not drinking but I am at the bar! I didn't want to take up any tables! I was very excited to get the opportunity to see my school play and possibly win a championship! I sat at the table for 40 minutes and watched the waitresses walk around me and look at me with attitude! A new person came in and sat next to me and they were instantly served! I asked the waitress if she had a problem or if I had done anything to offend her and she told me no! Then continued to treat me with an attitude like I did something wrong! She was very rude and I felt I did nothing to deserve this but come and try to watch my school win a title! This treatment very much ruined my day and ruined my experience and I still have a concert to play in a few! I felt I did nothing to deserve This treatment and I didn't see her treat anyone else with this attitude or disrespect! DU won the championship and my day is officially ruined. I did nothing to deserve this and I felt I was not treated as a customer but a hinderance! On a day where I'm playing with a group that I dreamed of playing with since I was young I have to say that this completely ruined my day and weekend! I'm hurt and offended! This was a terrible experience! I did nothing to deserve the disrespect and for everyone to treat me this way when I have always given them respect is hurtful! As a certified cheese-pull enthusiast, this was a spiritual experience. Stretchy, crunchy, unapologetically indulgent. The location feels a little random at first, but once you find it, the place opens up into a massive, high-energy space. Booths, high tops, bar seating, and TVs everywhere--prime setup for sports, groups, or just vibing with snacks and a drink. We recently visited Bombshells to get food and drinks before an event downtown. The set up is nice and there is tons of space! It also has pool tables and a large menu! If you are looking for a large spot to gather people, this seems to be a space that can accommodate that. The service fell short however! It almost seemed as if we were bothering the servers by being present . They seemed much happier folding napkins at a table near the front. We had to ask the manager to get our server to pay the bill. Unfortunately, we did not taste the food because we decided to leave after it took 15/20 minutes to get our drinks. We kindly drank them, and went somewhere else to get dinner! Great potential but the service needs major work! read more

This is our third time visiting bombshells and they have some of the best happy hour and daily drink specials in the downtown Denver area. We were there on a Wednesday and they had an amazing old-fashioned on happy hour. And if you want to watch a sporting event, they have TVs on all the walls and TV at each booth. For Denver Broncos games, they have all the TVs on and the volume up. Go Broncos. Also, we had some questions for the manager on possibly bringing some of our friends and they were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. We saw a concert at Boettcher Concert Hall and as we were walking around checking out the local area, we found this place. We decided this was the place for dinner and a few beers. The place was packed but we only waited for ten minutes for a table. It was a full twenty minutes before we spoke with a server and that's the only reason this was not a five star review. The wait for a server and refills, extra beers etc was uncommonly long. It was crazy busy but it was still unrealistic. I ordered blackened salmon with cajun sauce and noodles with mashed potatoes. My meal was absolutely incredible and second to very few salmon meals I've had. The atmosphere was very downtown and I loved it. I have been down in the masses of downtown in several years. This place is very bright and I absolutely loved the motif. It was very loud but again, it was packed and it was fight night. I rather enjoyed myself but I do wish the service was a tad faster. I will return on a weekday for lunch/dinner and try something else on the menu. read more

New sports bar in downtown Denver near the convention center just opened. Huge television screens everywhere so you have a great view of your favorite team. Wide selection of eats which we sampled the Pinup Girl salad, nachos, chicken wings and multiple drinks. All tasty, but somewhat pricey. The Bombshell servers/girls, are dressed with very short outfits highlighting their best assets and were very attentive to our food and drink needs. Not sure if I would call this family oriented, but on the afternoon I was there, kids were at many tables. Of course, parking is a headache, but worth the effort to get in. read more

We had theater tickets, and I was initially concerned about the service, as it took a while for our server to come by the table and take our drink order. The bar was also backed up, so it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. The restaurant is very close to the theater, and it was busy for a Saturday night. However, we told our waitress, Mikaela, what time we needed to leave and she worked hard to get us out the door in plenty of time to get to the show.
