Went there to watch the Steelers' game and although the ambiance and decor wasn't bad the food sucked and service was a bit strange because we had a few waitress that just served us and said they were getting off and will hand over any further service request to the next waitress. WTH, was this like some sort of drive by service and close and and tip scheme? This is the second time I've been disappointed with this place. Im going to try and keep this short and sweet. They play music instead of being able to hear the football game today. Then the manager wants to throw down because he lacks all customer service skills. Better send him back to customer service school. I thought this was a sports bar, not a dance club. And they don't seem to care about veterans. So don't let this bar deceive you with the military front. I didn't even get a "thank you for your service" from anyone. Not even when I came here for Veterans Day. I don't expect people to get on their knees for me just because I'm a retired Marine, but at least acknowledge in some sort of way. First and foremost my waitress is great. She is attentive and honest. The 1 star is for the drinks. I ordered a Jim Beam on the rocks and it came out as clear as vodka..... so I brought it to her attention, she agreed and ordered a Jim beam shot for me. It was also very light in color and flavor, obviously watered down. I spoke to a manager about it and decided to order another drink. I ordered a shot of Jameson, same problem. It was clearly Jameson and water. I don't even mind whisky with water but that's not what I asked for. Shame on them for watering down drinks. Now I don't trust them to try anything else. I can't give any stars here. It was awful. We sat for 25 minutes & had to ask a server to get our drinks. After she brought drinks she was off again. We tracked her down again for our order. We asked for everything, check, boxes, you name it. She was horribly rude. The restaurant was not busy so it wasn't as if she was managing too many tables. There were many other staff working. Was not impressed for my first time going. I saw the waitress maybe 3 times and it took 10 minutes for a sweet tea refill. I had to ask the waitress what her name was cause she didn't tell me to start with. All of our food was given by other waitresses which I get they all help each other out but still. Experience was horrible. First, a friend and I get there and order a drink. It doesn't come til 25mins after we order and my beer came with Tajin which isn't what I asked for. I tell the manager Andrew that I asked for salt and it came so late he said he would make sure the next drink came out right and for the first time in my life i received my 2nd Dos XX with sugar instead of salt like I asked him. And towards closing security was rude and Andrew did nothing about security and neither did he apologize for the drinks coming wrong twice nor the rude security. Service always sucks. Probably shouldn't even give it one star... came here just now with my fiancé and daughter. We were sat by a hostess immediately when we walked up. It looked promising until after 30 minutes no sight of any waitress. My fiancé even got up and asked and a waitress said she was on her way. Never showed. No water, no drink order, nothing. As i was sitting there i was reading all the other yelp reviews, should've read them before stopping in. Horribly service, will never come back again! Went in for the first time today. The first waitress was pretty but a little cold and distant (pretty girl syndrome?). Then she swapped for another waitress. The second one was not as pretty but more friendly. The food and drink came without too much wait, and the atmosphere is pretty good. They have TV all over the place with just about any sports. Also plenty of young women in skimpy clothes. The food was mediocre and a bit pricey, but who goes there for the food? So if you like women, sports and alcohol, this is your place. read more

I come here because the waitresses are very friendly, polite, and provide excellent service. However, there food is terrible! Every time I eat there, I get sick....I don't know what the deal is over there. So instead I decide to purchase there drinks and tip the waitresses handsomely. I like staying long hours to watch the ball game. The other day I was hungry so I decide to purchase food from a third party delivery service. It came delivered. I am in the middle of my dinner and the manager and some other dude ganged up on me and said "you better eat that in your car" I told them I did not have a car, because I found alternative transportation. then they said, "you better then eat it outside in the street" I asked if I could at least finish my meal, because I was in the middle of it, and they said "NO!" I then ripped up their tickets into tiny little pieces, paid the balance of the tab in cash and I immediately left. I believe the Houston Health Department needs to go in and do an immediate investigation here. Stay away from this place! read more

Súper unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting. The behavior was just not right. As a frequent customer of the Bombshells in Austin I was excited to have a Bombshells open here in NW Houston... food is up to par to the Bombshells in Austin and it ends there... service is absolutely horrible.... slow and inattentive .... the servers are too busy socializing among themselves... management is oblivious to this. I will go back to the Brick House and Twin Peaks. I strongly recommend that you do the same. read more

Don't want to start off with negativity so I'll begin with the food is good but other than that the service is HORRIBLE. My fiancé and I come here a lot to watch games and EVERY TIME I ALWAYS have to go find a manager because we never get greeted by a server. Most restaurants have a time limit that the servers have to greet the tables and I highly doubt that's how it's ran at this establishment. I am a regular customer of this location. The crew and management has recently changed and it has not been for the better. The old staff that was here was hospitable and offered fast service. I came here today and sat at the bar with a friend. The bartender immediately had an attitude with us for no reason. She left us waiting, we got her attention to finally order our drinks and she gave us attitude. Gave us our drinks and gave us the bill. I kindly asked her for a menu she rolled her eyes and gave it to us with attitude then continued to ignore us. I saw the manager at the front. I kindly explained to him that our service at the bar was not acceptable and asked if we could be seated elsewhere to receive better service. They sat us at another table. The manager went to talk to the bartender and she proceeded to give him attitude and talk badly about us. We sat at our table for 10 minutes without receiving any other service or getting and further response from the manager. We decided to go to another restaurant where we woukd recieve decent service so we got up and walked out.
