Bomburrito is the perfect place for that burrito craving in Pismo Beach. The shop is very clean, spacious, and there is an outside patio with umbrellas and heat lamps. The owner Eric was very friendly, and makes all of the burritos and chips fresh to order. He even grilled both sides of our burrito to make sure that it stayed together on our road trip. He also gave us some free stickers. When you think of a large burrito, think even bigger. Then think bigger than that. It was just that big, it could definitely feed at least 2 people. I honestly have never seen a burrito that big. It was juicy, crispy, and the meat very tender and flavorful. Next time I'm road trippin through the area, I will stop for another giant homemade burrito.

Located on Price Street in the heart of Pismo beach. I just know this burrito spot is going to do well! I tried the grilled chicken burrito. The portion was very big for a small sized burrito. The chicken tender and juicy the tortilla grilled to perfection. All the ingredients fresh and delicious. I look forward to trying other menu items.

Was walking by on a Saturday night and saw they were sold out so we decided to check it out on Sunday afternoon because the food had to be good if they were sold out. So glad we did because the food is incredible! The owner was such a cool guy and explained his flavors and how he made the food, service was 10000/10. The carne asada and carnitas were so flavorful. The salsas were equally as delicious and so full of flavor with the perfect amount of heat. The burrito is huge and my boyfriend and I ate half together so definitely share! The patio area has seating and is nice on a sunny day. Please make this your next stop!

Humongous burrito!! Epic Cheese sauce, salsa and chicken quesadilla!

Wow. This place is special. This was our first visit to Pismo and we hit the jackpot with Bomburrito. The owner is passionate about his craft and really makes everything with love. The menu is small - kind of like In n Out but for burritos. Don't come here looking for a taco or a salad. We had to get the Bomburrito per his recommendation and it did not disappoint. The quality came through in every bite. The pork was next level along with the beans, chips and salsa. And the portions are massive - my wife and I split a burrito and still took home almost half. So damn good.

I finally tried this new burrito joint. I'm glad I did. I ordered the small Chile Verde burrito. It was huge! I can't imagine what the large looks like. I also had a small chips and salsa. The chips appeared to be freshly made. The red and green salsas were very good. The Chile Verde sauce was slightly spicey and delicious. While I was there, the the staff member (I believe on of the owners) brought out a sample of their Spanish rice. It was also delicious. Next time I'm trying the chicken.

Great vibe and amazing food. Don't let the price you fool you, the volume and quality of the food is well worth it! I know they're still new and working out the flow, and the employees were so kind and helpful to each other while I was waiting, it just added to the positive energy. I didn't wait long at all and the burrito was massive and delicious. The queso is unreal: cheesey, velvety, and wonderfully spicy! Also, love the Fanta selection. I will be back!

Stop reading the reviews and just go to Bomburrito now! Eric and his small beach town burrito shop are a soon to be staple for Pismo visitors from everywhere. He deeply cares about his ingredients and his customers. That effort flowers with the taste of his food. His burritos are fresh, massive, messy, and absolutely delicious. You will not be disappointed and you'll probably come back.

The space has a cool, modern vibe while still feeling welcoming, and everything was spotless--it honestly looks brand new and very well maintained. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable lingering a bit longer and enjoying your meal. The only small downside for me was that the chips and salsa were served at the same time as the main dishes. I would have preferred to have them brought out earlier as a starter, just to enjoy them before the meal arrived. Overall, it's more than just a quick bite--it's a place we'd gladly come back to for both the food and the inviting environment.

Earlier during our stay, we were at the bus stop just catty-corner from this place and later decided to stop in for a final meal before moving on to our next adventure. There were absolutely no regrets! Based on the pictures -- which don't do the food nearly enough justice - the burritos were substantial! The food tasted as if your friend's mom made it for you. And, the salsas -- ohemgee! were delicious! I'm not normally a habanero person -- but this salsa added in small dollops was the perfect complement to the menudo -- not that the menudo needed much enhancement. The broth was scrumptious and well seasoned. I could tell that the broth was home-made / hand-made as I could taste the roastedness of it. The menudo was seasoned with even proportions of garlic, mild spice, and just plain good heartiness! And...what's more, is the tripe was CLEAN! There was definitely a lot to try -- but my tummy only had room for the menudo, sadly. Service was great, staff was super friendly and helpful. This place is not to be taken for granted.

The thing that originally got me hooked on this place was their clam chowder. An ex-girlfriend brought some back for me to try, and it ended up being one of the best clam chowders I've ever had. That alone made me want to come try the restaurant in person. Now, every time I visit, it's a must-order. Honestly, it's better than any other place in Pismo Beach that claims to have the best. Zorro's is the one that actually delivers. Beyond the chowder, it's a full Mexican restaurant with a wide menu. They bring out chips and salsa to start, and they also have their own house-made hot sauce on every table, which is a nice touch. The food across the board has been consistently good. This last visit, my girlfriend had the carnitas tacos, and I ordered the shrimp diablo plate. I've also had their fish and chips, enchiladas, tacos, and burritos on previous visits, and I haven't had a bad meal yet. They also have a solid drink selection, including Mexican beers, good cocktails, and especially strong Bloody Marys and micheladas. The service has always been reliable. Even when it's busy, the staff checks in often enough to keep drinks filled and make sure you have what you need, including more chips and salsa. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and parking is pretty easy since it's all street parking nearby. You're usually only a short walk away. If you're in Pismo Beach and like Mexican food, this place is definitely worth a stop. And seriously, don't skip the clam chowder. It's the standout.

We walked to the entry way, less than a couple yards from the hostess booth and in clear view of her to be signaled over. In the meantime, another couple walked up requesting a table, instead of being instructed to return, they stood there and waited persistently to be seated. As I noticed a table clearing, I walked up to check with the hostess to ensure we would be getting that table. The other couple took that as their cue to insists that they get the table that was being cleared. Instead of seating us, the hostess gave the excuse that there was no reservations and no naming for tables, and instead gave the now open table to the extremely pushy couple demanding a table they were 2nd in line for. Had we not been adamantly instructed to wait and check in again in a couple minutes coupled with the fact that we were literally sitting at a table within view AND normal talking distance for her to say "we are ready", she caved in to the rude couple's persistence in being given that table. Catering to customers like that surely isn't the best choice and had others, like us, walk away. We did speak with the supervisor on shift. He did his best to make things right, but at this point the entire situation left us little appetite to dine here.

The bartender/server welcomed me in and seated me in the dining area. I already knew what I wanted so he put in my order as soon as I sat. The interior has a nostalgic charm, great for a date night. Executive chef and owner, Douglas MacMillan, fuses recipes from his mother, Ada Rosa's, hometown of Bonito, Italy and New England cuisine where his father is from. Although the "award winning" clam chowder didn't blow me away, it was delicious, creamy, not too salty and had clams in each spoonful. The Brussels Sprouts was one of the best I've had though. The sprouts were perfectly fried, not greasy, bacon was crispy, the dried cherries were subtle, goat cheese was evenly sprinkled on top and the balsamic reduction was well balanced. I had no problem eating the whole appetizer myself. The lobster roll came with big chunks of Maine lobster, topped with a big claw and nestled in a soft yet toasted New England roll. I asked for butter instead of it being dressed, so it was pretty plain, which was perfect for me because all I wanted to taste was the lobster with a little butter. I've had one too many lobster rolls with more mayo than I prefer. The fries it came with were also thick and fried perfectly with a light sprinkle of salt. I washed it all down with a nice glass of Chardonnay and was very satisfied with my last meal here. I would definitely come back to Ada's when in Pismo!
