    I just purchased a brand new 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The folks at Bommarito Toyota were great! It took longer than expected to receive the truck, so they knocked off an extra $500 without me even asking. A few ad-ons weren't on the truck as originally advertised, but they made it right before I picked it up. Ask for Rachael. She was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process.

    Bommarito Toyota Certified Collision Center allegedly repaired the left-back quarter panel after my parked car was hit. Shortly after the repair, the blind spot monitor and rear cross-traffic both became unavailable. That sensor is exactly where my car was hit and according to Bommarito, the sensor was not damaged. The car is newer and still under factory warranty and the dealer I purchased it from said the sensor was smashed against the sheet metal from the collision repair. I took the car back to Bommarito Toyota and they refuse to repair it - they only cleared the codes. Dealership staff are condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I have escalated this to the Toyota Regional Office as the staff at Bommarito refuse to provide me with the name of the GM. Do NOT trust this Collision Center! Go anywhere else but Bommarito Toyota!

    We went to buy a new Avalon that was on their website, I called to verify that it was there and got James Oches (pronounced Oakes) on the phone. Outstanding individual! He confirmed it was there, set an appointment for me and my father in law to go and look at it. The car was for him, he got us in, we drove the car they made us a great deal on the car, gave us about $1000 more than we thought we'd get for the trade in and got us out of there.     After driving my 2005 Toyota Camry LE for 14 years, it was time to move on to a new car. My dad was a previous customer of Kevin Hall from Bommarito Honda and referred me to him. Kevin was wonderful assessing my needs and knew exactly what would work for me. He went over and beyond setting up accommodations when it came to test driving a model vehicle and made sure I would receive my own in the timeline projected. Kevin demonstrates a real sincerity and honesty in his sales approach, and genuinely cares for his customers' well being. For such a big change, the process was seamless and relieving because I knew I was in the right hands. I love my new 2022 Toyota Corolla LE, as if it were perfectly made for me.     Please think thousand times Be aware of buying a car from them, bought a black Prius from them as a certified car and after one day driving the car I heard the sound of glass cracking and it was raining so I opened the trunk and I saw a leak into the trunk as saw pieces of glass in the trunk and that cause the car changed a trunk glass in a bad place and the glass was not even from Toyota it was random brand I figured that too when I was looking in the mirror and the vision was blurred so I went back to them and picked another car and i heard from the sales man that they will send the car back to the auction cause it needs a lot of fix , can you imagine going to a certified dealership and they give you an bad car for 28000 dollars, the second car changed a windshield and when i was checking the car i pushed the plastic part under the windshield with my hands cause the plastic part was not placed right and the windshield cracked so they said it's my fault and i paid for the half amount to replace the windshield beside there was a hit on the front bumper and they said i should come on Wednesday to let the body shop repair it and to paint bumper eye and when i went to the manager he said i can not do anything for you , also after they replaced the windshield i still hear a sound of air coming into my car when i drive on the highway, that's my worst experience buying a car ever and i hope everyone in saint louis know how they fuck up the customer , please think a thousand time before you buy a car from them .

They broke the clips on the bumper so there was a noticeable gap on the passenger side grill and agreed to put another on there. I've dropped the vehicle off twice supposedly they ordered a new bumper from Weber Chevrolet which they got from the junk park they the same existing bumper on and put a dirty ass bumper on my back seat which is white instead of putting in the trunk. I still have the exact gap in my bumper. This is the worst place you can ever take your vehicle I wouldn't recommend no one the there this definitely a 1 star place

When I went to pick my vehicle up I specifically asked the office Manager were all the damaged part replaced with NEW parts & Office Mngr replied " YES, of course"...we walked out onto the repair lot I inspected my vehicle & found 7 areas that were very unprofessionally repaired & 3 parts were old/ reused or improperly installed parts. The Off. Manager agreed my findings were valid/ terrible & should have been new & professionally applied. However, he said the body shop manager & he himself looked over the vehicle before calling me for pick & to pay my insurance deductible. Sadly neither guy did the final inspection or felt the shotty job done would be acceptable to me. I asked the off. manager, are SURE you & the body shop manager looked at my vehicle? He said yes before your arrival but I see he missed alot of details that need attention. I was informed to take the vehicle the Body Shop Mngr will call me to bring my vehicle BACK. I took the vehicle back nearly two weeks later because I left town on business & they didn't have an open appt b4 I left town. Now....its going on another 2 weeks my vehicle has been back in their body shop. The loaner car they provided is old has no USB charging port, no Bluetooth for hands free while driving, the drivers door I have to kick open from the inside because it sticks badly & the tires are so worn the car slips & slides going 35-40 mph. I'm praying they'll rent me a much more safe car from Enterprise Leasing. This has been a terrible experience. SMH!

I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. Hope this helps someone else that's thinking about giving this establishment their hard earned money.

    Ive Been looking for an auto body shop to tint my car and I finally found one. My vehicle was in good condition and half the size of my truck so I agreed. When I went to pay he is now saying it was $300. So I could have very well stuck to what I was told but I then researched the cost and agreed to pay $200. Well I mistakenly paid $200 by cash app in addition to the $100 I paid in cash. When I immediately alerted him of my error they said they would return my money back and didn't! I ended up having to go there, was treated very rudely and the worker said it wasn't his problem and the owners brother gave me my $100 back in cash. He didn't apologize but yet got very indignant and was very disrespectful. I was feeling a certain way and would not recommend doing business with RJ ever again!
